Horrible service

Pick up your trash, trash cans are $10 at Walmart. It shouldn t be my job to pick up after you.

And still leaving the dirt right in front of my gate

Saw them in the neighborhood finishing up a job and got a quick quote, they went above and beyond what they quoted and would highly recommend to anyone in the area.. The service was amazing and they did an amazing job on my lawn and flower gardens. I plan to use them for more work, including some brush clearing. They were very knowledgable about plants i had around my house and trimmed them appropriately and gave me good advice on how to maintain them.

I contacted Premiere for some routine trimming of our shrubs and also for an estimate on putting river rock around my pool. Aaron was extremely responsive to my request, coming the very next day to view the property and give me an estimate. Within a week, the job was complete and I couldn t be more satisfied. Aaron did an amazing job! I will definitely use them again for any of my lawn needs.

I couldn t recommend a better company for yard servicing. Aaron and Wayne offered loads of knowledge on our plants and the maintenance involved. I reached out this morning and within an hour they were at my house to help! We completed an in depth walk through of the property and reviewed the services I was interested in and options surrounding those services (and even noted some additional services they could help with). Aaron provided a fast and very reasonable quote and they were able to service my lawn the same day. I truly appreciate the level of communication they offer and he made sure that I was satisfied with their services before departing. Premier did an amazing job making the beds and trees around my house look great again. The Herrings are extremely professional and deliver great results.

I chose this place because of the reviews and I called for an estimate on a Monday and an appointment was made for Thursday the same week the lady said it was hard for them due to the time I was available and will let the workers know but they didnt show up and a phone call was not received to let me know they couldnt come.I call Friday and asked why and that same day after letting them know multiple times my availability they showed up before the arranged time where I could be home. At this point I just emailed the owner and asked if he looked at the property for an estimate, his response was that he is backup on his current client that he wont be able to do business with me. This statement should have been told the first time I called and avoid all this back and forth. If they are so busy why even give me an appointment and why even show up at my house if you were not doing it in the first place. This was my experience with them so I dont know how they do landscaping but my first impression on costumer service was not a good one.

Premier lawn care was incredible! I had a big, very last minute request and they were so accommodating. They were easy to get a hold of, prompt and on time, and so thorough. He was hard at work taking care of my neighbors yard when I waived him down to ask if he would be interested in mowing my yard once he was finished with the job he is working on. I usually mow my lawn myself but my mower needed some work so I hoped he could help on short notice. He was very personable and professional and that impressed but when he agreed to mow my yard on short notice that really Wow d me. He actually impressed enough to ask if he would be interested in taking care of my lawn on routine basis. He agreed and when he came he did an amazing job. We had Azaleas and shrubs needing pruning, landscaped beds needed to be trimmed and weeded and an overall sprucing up.
