Dalton is a great guy who runs a great business. He did our Christmas lights and did a great job. Highly recommend his company to all!

They installed Christmas lights in 2023 that we really liked. This year we received an email telling of the discounted price this year which we were happy with. I tried calling telling them that we may want add'l lights this year, but got no response. We called at least 4-5 times and left messages every time with no response. I finally decided to go ahead and accept the price figuring we would just forget the extra lights we wanted added. I received a text from my credit card bank telling me that a request came in from Daltons for the amount and also received an email from Dalton's telling me that they received the accepted bid. They never claimed the money. I then began receiving emails from them saying there were only so many days left to accept the bid, which we already did. So, I called AGAIN and left another message - no response. A week or so later, another email telling me that we're running out of time to accept the bid. Called again with no response. I finally got another email saying I had only 5 days left to accept the bid. So, I just gave up. Don't know how they're staying in business if they don't return customer's phone calls.

I would honestly leave 0 stars if it allowed me too. I have held off making a bad review to see if Dalton would help to fix the problem. I moved to my home April of 2022. We noticed we were getting letters in the mail from the previous owner of invoices that she owed Dalton's Landscaping. One day while I was at my home I noticed a crew was out in my front yard mowing, edging, and blowing off my driveway. I walked out with a blank check and told them the lady no longer lives here, but since they had already done everything before I noticed, I wanted to pay them right then. The guy called Dalton and Dalton told him not make me pay because it was their mistake and told him to give me a business card in the event that we wanted to continue with their services. I immediately called and left a voicemail to switch the information into my name and continue up with their services. After two weeks I finally got a call back and spoke with a lady who updated and changed all of the accurate information. The next week I was getting invoices again for dates before I even closed on my home. I called the lady who changed the information and apparently she was new and did not change the information appropriately. Despite all of this, I still continued to use their services and they came and cut my grass twice but then I received a bill for several cuts. I tried to reach Dalton specifically to get this issue resolved and was able to reach him finally. When I broke down everything and told him what my issues was, he told me he would look into everything and then call me back with more information on how we could resolve the problem. Dalton did get back with me and told me he reviewed the time cards from his crew that said they were out at my house and DALTON HIMSELF told me he noticed the times wrote were at such late times that there was no way his crew was there and he would fix those invoices because my yard was never touched for over half of invoices that I received. I told Dalton I did not mind paying as long as it was accurate. Dalton apologized and said he is young and just starting out his business and said he was going to try to start adding Christmas Lights and things like that around the holidays and he would like to do that on my house, which never happened. Dalton and I came up with a reasonable agreement for me to pay out and I immediately provided him with my card information. When I woke up the next morning and checked my account Dalton had charged me double what we agreed to. I have been sent to collections for invoices from where his crew lied and from when I lived in Georgia. After the owner himself admitting to me that his crew lied several times about coming to my house and still being charged for it, but refusing to fix this problem accordingly, I would NOT recommend this company to anyone. There is no excuse for an Owner of a company to do any person the way that Dalton has done me and my family.

Everyone I've spoken with at Dalton's has been so kind and thorough with information. We asked for a bid for holiday lights, and the information provided was upfront and clear. They have been so professional during each interaction. Dalton was in our neighborhood, and stopped by himself to make sure we had all the information we needed to decide on services. Although we decided to use a different company for lights, I would HIGHLY recommend them for anyone! We've seen their landscaping work at our neighbors' homes, and it has always been impressive! We very much look forward to having them do work at our home as well!

We have been using Dalton's Lawn and Landscaping for over 5 years. He has completed a variety of landscaping tasks including weekly lawn mowing and trimming as well as aerating and spreading chemical treatments for weed and grub control along with fertilization. He has laid new sod and also placed decorative rock under our new deck. He has mulched our flower beds and does yearly spring and fall cleanups. We have been very pleased with his services. He is easy to work with and his pricing is fair and competitive.

When we purchased our home in September 2021, we also inherited a massive 800-square-foot island, filled with every single plant, flower, bush, etc, known to man, right in our front yard. In 2021, it wasn’t too bad, as the previous owners (for what it’s worth) “maintained” what was in there before we moved in. By 2022, it was getting out of our control, and we had Dalton come out, evaluate, and clean it up. He mentioned that while there was some neat flowers and plants in there, they were actually competing with each other, and choking each other out. In April 2023, we had to get a dead tree cut down that was in the island due to these crazy flowers/plants/weeds taking over. We threw in the towel and finally got everything excavated and sodded by Dalton & his crew this week. Best decision ever. Huge shout out to Dalton's Lawn and Landscaping LLC. - seriously, hit them up for any outdoor landscaping work you need completed! Thanks again, we appreciate all you do!
