I had nothing but exceptional service from Trim Pro Tree Service & Landscaping and would very highly recommend their services to anyone. Trim Pro Tree Service & Landscaping is definitely worthy of a 5 star rating. My initial contact was with Len who scheduled a time for Sam to come out and evaluate the tree I needed taken down. Sam showed up on time and was very thorough with her presentation as to how the tree would be removed and the type of equipment that would be used to remove the tree. She took photos of the tree that was being removed and also told me that the job would be insured with a 2 million dollar insurance certificate. A copy of the certificate of liability insurance along with the photos of the tree being removed and a list of 28 references were all included with the quote. Thank you Len, Sam, and all the woodcutters for your excellent work. I was extremely impressed and satisfied by the whole process. I will definitely be using Trim Pro Tree & Landscaping for any future needs.
The week before Hurricane Helene hit, I hired Trim Pro Tree & Landscaping to take down twelve trees in my yard. Four of these twelve were extremely large. One was within fifteen to twenty yards from our home and needed very special care to prevent any harm to our property. Two of the others were right next to our detached carport and needed extra care to avoid any damage to it. Len and his crew worked diligently sometimes even through rain to complete the job. They were courteous and respectful the entire time and finished the job exactly as Len said they would. I requested that they leave some logs for me to use as firewood and they did, making four different piles for me with logs about 10-12 feet long. Their cleanup was very good as well. You would almost not even know that they had been here, except for the twelve stumps left behind (which I did not pay to have removed!). Finally, when I first made contact with Len to come by and give me a quote for the work, it's important for me to note that he arrived at our agreed upon time, spent plenty of time going over what I wanted to do, took pictures of each tree I wanted removed, gave me background on his company and finally, gave me a very fair and competitive quote. By the end of the evening, he had supplied me with a written estimate and a Certificate of Liability Insurance. It was a no brainer for me. I made my choice right then, and now that the work is done, I know that I made the absolute right decision. Thank you, Len and Sam, for doing a great job.
They did beautiful work, quickly and efficiently, removing two large trees that were struck by lightning and had dropped huge limbs into the street in front of my home. The job was finished within 48 hours of my call to them, at a very fair price. I highly recommend them.
We had two huge trees to cut and remove from our backyard after the Debbie Storm. Trim pro was very competent with skilled workers and all the necessary equipment. They had to navigate some situations to cut trees and load debris on trucks. They did a great job with no problems. I would highly recommend their services!
Nothing but great. We had some issues because there was rain for days when we first scheduled, but as soon as the sky cleared up they were out here and knocked it out with perfection. We were obviously a little worried because this beast was so close to the house but everything went off without a hitch, and the quote was less than I thought it was going to be
I have used trim pro twice. Frist time they trimmed tree branches away from my house and trimmed my hedges in front of my house. I understand how difficult it is to do deep cuts into hedges, my hedge cutters couldn’t handle the thick branches that’s why I hired them to heavily shape my hedges. They have more powerful hedge cutters but their cutters tore the branches , my hedges in front have seemed to have survived the ripping of the branches. The second time the crew did not know what to do. No knowledgeable lead person. Dull tools, uneven cutting, left a lot of cut branches in the hedges. I had to ask and encourage them to finish the work. I was disappointed with the quality of the whole job.

This team made it so easy! Len came out and was clear about both what we wanted and recommendations he would make on stumps, leaves, overhead branches, etc. I felt very heard and not pushed into extras that weren’t needed. The team was so efficient. 10/10 I will definitely be hiring them again for the rest of our property

Yes, they are as good as the reviews...good price and they showed up and completed the job as promised.....and were very careful to not damage existing landscaping which was very important to us. Cleaned up as though they were never here. Will definitely use them again if I need tree work.

I want to retract a bad review that I wrote yesterday.I was upset that I havent received a call back from Len about doing my trees. I text an employee and they explained that Len was out sick and would get back with me. Instead of accepting their explanations I said some things that were completely out of character for me. Ive met Len. Hes a great guy and does excellent work. He really cares about what he does and is respectful of your property. He did a great job for me and I hate I wont be able to use him because of the review. I want to apologize to him and the employee I text. He didnt deserve that review and the employee was just doing their job. I would highly recommend him.
What a blessing Trim Pro is! They trimmed trees that were overhanging our fence, which impeded the mowing process. What a difference it made! We had three large trees removed from our property, two being practically on top of our home. Lenn, Sam and crew were fantastic to work with. Their quote came out a couple thousand less than the competition. They were also incredibly timely, given how busy Im sure they stay. They removed all trees flawlessly with no collateral damage to the property, ground all stumps and did a great cleanup after everything was completed. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone with an especially tricky tree removal job (or any tree job for that matter). These guys are pros.
Trim Pro Tree is AWESOME! Len (and/or Sam) -met with us and was very knowledgeable; gave an excellent quote -kept us is in the loop about the job status almost daily due to weather -is a man of his word (rare quality) -exceeded my moms standards and expectations (WOW!!!!) -left minimal or hardly any debris -is very polite, courteous, and reliable - has the right equipment to get the job done!!! We were super happy with the entire experience. Trim Pro responded immediately to my first contact and were able to work in an urgent tree removal in a timely manner. We waited far too long to have a rotting tree removed, but they handled it safely. Dont be like us. Have your tree removed when it is safer for the folks taking the risks to remove your tree. I recommend this family-owned business as they take pride in their work and their good name.
After the winter storm struck our house late Sunday, 1/2 into early Monday, 1/3. we have multiple trees that had fallen all over our property, including one landing on our home, and another across the driveway - blocking my wife and myself in. After calling around and being told the soonest some could come by would be at least 2 days - the owner, Leon, answered and agreed to visit and assess the damage in 30 minutes. Within hours, his crew had arrived and removed the tree from the roof, tarped over the damage, and removed the tree that blocked the driveway. Once the weather improved, the crew returned to finish their work and clean up - my wife and I were beyond thrilled with how clean and organized our yard had looked, and are truly thankful we found and hired Trim Pro. I cannot say enough of how excellent and professional everyone involved had acted, and I will tell anyone thats willing to listen that if they need anything tree/landscaping-related in the area to absolutely contact this company - they will not disappoint! Great crew and company!

This family-owned business is the only tree/landscaping company we ll use. They were very reasonable in their quote for our very large tree removal job that included approximately 20 trees, limbing, stump grinding, and material removal. Several trees were right beside our house and one was actually in our deck, but their crew safely and quickly made these precision removals look easy. I will use them again and already have some jobs in mind including grading and top soil. They re the best!
I would highly recommend TrimPro Tree & Landscaping LLC. The owner was very professional, and was prompt when he came to do the estimate. The price he gave me was very reasonable, considering I wanted 4 trees taken down. The crew was very polite, and extremely hard workers! This company did tree removal work for my neighbor and left a mess on my property. Chips from their wood chipper were all over on our side of the fence, in our vinyl-lined pool and on our pool deck. This is costing me around $350 for cleanup and chemicals for the pool. When I asked the employee about it, the young woman told me that its not their fault, they cant help where their chipper blows, that I should purchase a pool cover and that Id have to take things up with the homeowners, who are an elderly couple. Another employee said he has a company that could vacuum my pool for $80, which doesn t take care of the time and chemicals needed. Completely unethical.
This company is professional and does impressive work. Owner is very responsive and gives a fair price. Additionally, everyone on the crew was extremely nice and thoughtful. My backyard looks better now than before they got here! Would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking to have quality work done.
