I have been utilizing Scenic View for my lawn care needs for the last 10 years or so. They manage my weeds as well as prep and overseed in the fall. Some years ago they installed all my front landscaping and stacked stone retaining walls. Recently I had some worrisome discoloration show up all over my lawn. After a call to Scenic View they sent someone out to identify the problem and shortly thereafter a technician was out treating my lawn. I cannot imagine using anyone else. Great lawn care and even better people.

I have been using Scenic View Landscapes for almost 5 years. During that time, they have almost completely replaced all of my existing landscaping. The before and after pictures are amazing! Recently, they installed sod in one problem area. Even though this was a small project, their work was of the same high quality. They are always professional and very courteous. This week the team from Scenic View Landscapes installed a French drain across the backyard at my house. From the initial review and estimate stages of this project throughout the actual installation work they were professional, respectful of my property, efficient, thorough, and informative. In short, they were everything that defines a World Class landscaping company. I highly recommend them for any and all landscaping work.
We just finished our second major project with Kevin Sipe and Scenic View Landscapes LLC. Again, we are very pleased with the work and his crew. The majority work of both of our projects (this one and the one in Fall 2022) are "re-dos" and "fixes" done by other companies which failed. Integrity speaks for itself. It can not be totally imitated. Actions speak far louder than words. I have found Kevin to have absolutely outstanding integrity. He will never discount any of your questions or concerns. He will gladly itemize and account for expenses incurred. He stands behind his commitments with impeccable resolve. I'm impressed to see that a local business still is meeting the needs of clients in the local community with such outstanding success. Kudos Scenic View Landscaping for facing and accepting the challenges of our current economic climate and making the curb appeal of each client remarkably outstanding!
Kevin is great at designing however when I found out that he charged me for a large amount of mulch, and other costly materials he didnt use but half and kept the rest.. he purposely does this to save money. He over estimates to get free msterials. No reimbursement. Hundred of dollars gone. I know Im not the only one hes done this to either. Clients beware! I would have never known but one of his amazing employees informed me. Thank you Bryson for being the only honest person there.
Left a message to get some service didnt get a call back until the following week I found somebody else in the meanwhile.
This guy must be good as they can t do any new business for 4 to 6 months. They did have a friendly lady answer my call call, she ask good questions. Said it would take up to 2 weeks to get a return call from Kevin, it would take 2 months to have a consultation and another 2 to 3 months to actually get the job done. So on the long side I could have to wait a half a year to get anything done which is disappointing but I appreciate their honesty.

Its not often that the business owner is as knowledgable and accessible as Kevin is. He is friendly and helpful because he enjoys his business and helping others. A first class organization and beautiful work. They check all boxes when meeting criteria for design, quality of work, and customer service.
I have referred Scenic View to many of our customers and I have always received positive feedback about their work. Scenic View Landscapes have also referred many customers to us, and I have had opportunity to see their work in person. Scenic Views landscaping work, hardscapes, and firepits are all of the highest quality, and the properties they maintain look immaculate. I am going to have Scenic View come later this year to bring in fill dirt to build up around my home and smooth out my lawn. Highly recommended.
