I currently have pest and mosquito treatment. I have seen wonders with the pest control of ants, spiders, centipedes and earwigs all over my home and property but with the mosquito service my legs and arms full of bites tell a different story. I can t walk through my yard, to the alley to throw away the garbage without getting bit a few times. I have had a few gatherings right after the treatment and I have citronella torches, table top candles and hanging zappers yet nothing seemed to tame these mosquitoes.

I called TrueGreen because my lawn weeds were invading my flower and vegetable beds and I couldn t take it anymore!! Because I started later in the season, I had a few different lawn technicians treat the grass each time. All of them were very nice and careful of the vegetables and flowers. They were informative about cutting, watering and what to expect next. I see a difference already and I m so happy about that!! Thank you TrueGreen!

He takes care of my lawn as if it is his home. I am totally satisfied with TruGreen. Jorge takes the time to explain any issues and knocks on my door at each treatment. He is very knowledgeable and personable. I would highly recommend Trugreen and Jorge Morales to my family and friends.

Very disappointing experience w tru green. The service person sent to do my lawn did a very unsatisfactory job or did not do what he is supposed to do. Weeds are out of control front and back yard. This person put a sign in my front lawn that he did his application but there was no proof that he actually applied fertilizer except sign on the lawn.I have a ring doorbell and camera at the backyard and no sign of him doing the work nor leaving a note in my front door that he was there . I called customer service and I was told he was in my property at 7:15 am as per record . I was home with patio door open as I was eating my breakfast and never saw him. I canceled my service. I asked for a refund as I paid for the whole year. The customer service Barbara hung up the phone as I was explaining how dissatisfied I was.

Thanks to True Green our lawn is looking really good being free of dandelions and weeds. We have a lawn that we re proud of. Our lawn technician, David M is awesome and keeps us informed on where our lawn needs attention and how to treat problem spots in the lawn. David is very knowledgeable about the work he does and takes pride in his job. Thank you David M and Thank you True Green.

We love our Trugreen lawn care. When we got it, our grass looked better than ever before. We had an issue with something burning the grass but they came out and assessed. Now it looks great again. Also, we have the mosquito spray, and we havent been bit at all. Thank God bc the mosquitos are horrific by my neighbors but not in my yard.

Jeff showed up today to spray for Mosquitos today. I asked him about all the weeds showing up on the lawn now. He agreed it did not look good and that he was only there to spray for Mosquitos today. What he did do is take a bunch of pictures to send with a request for the service to get a better handle on this. Jeff was a real nice guy interested in what he was doing and knew how to talk to people.

J Amparo Diaz did an excellent job for the second time to spray my yard for mosquito defense service rang the doorbell let me know he was here explain what he was going to do and did a professional job.

Absolutely terrible! Had to schedule a re-service because mosquitoes came back after 2.5 weeks. Only for the technician to not treat my full property. Called before he left the property as I m at work and was hung up on. Called back and was told they will try to come out again in 3-5 days. They can t transfer you to anyone, you can t talk to anyone local. I stopped using their lawn service years ago because of this behavior, and now the mosquito service is becoming the same thing. They are charging too much money to not be able to do the bare minimum. I will definitely be looking at making a switch away from them.

Never sure what TruGreen service person is putting on my lawn. He says something and bill reflects something else.

Healthy lawn and great service. The technicians are very knowledgeable of the chemicals being applied on your lawn. If you have questions, the technician answers in a way to help you understand the process. If you have any issues with your lawn, at anytime during the service, TrueGreen customer service is nice and will address your concerns right away. If the technician has to come back to clear up the issue, they will. I have been a customer for three years and I am pleased with their services.

I had Trugreen before but cancel my service. I wasnt satisfied with their service. So after a year or so I decided to try them again after received information in my email. Since I returned in 2023, I can really see a great different in my lawn . I spoke to the Technical and was told there a different product begin used. So far everything is good, if there s a change I will NOTICE IT I checked regularly.

Not really sure why they don t tell you that they don t spray for dandelions in the first application. So when your lawn is full of em in spring you get a bad taste in your mouth. It s an odd communication strategy.

The Specialist text me making me aware that he had arrived, I went out to unlock the back gate, I greeted him and he in return greeted back he proceeded to spray the yard and i show him bare spots. I then asked him what all he was doing today he informed me and went to spray the front areas afterwards he pulled his hose up rolled it up and got into his truck, I was in the window he texted me and drove off. Leaving me in doult as to whats next?

Our rep (John) was kind enough to ring our doorbell to let us know he was here. I had a question about some weeds, he sprayed a little extra weed killer and said he would monitor them. I appreciated his professionalism. He is an asset to TruGreen. Thank you.

After my 7th application on 7/20/23 they billed me $46.25 for the 7th application stating my agreement was 6 services. They refused to credit the 7th service. No longer a customer. Beware what you sign up for cause they will change the terms with no notice

Lush back yard, front yard reestablishing itself after massive quack grass infestation due to late seeding. In time, it will catch up with the back. Turning yard care (except mowing( over to TruGreen freed me up to handle landscaping and garden plants.

Terrible service supervisors were menacing supervisor came to my house with a terrible attitude then I received a phone call from another manager from the same office with a unprofessional tone of voice, telling me they re not gonna do this service I did not ask him to do anything a district manager was supposed to reach out to me never did instead, I had one of his thugs to call me to intimidate me I am not intimidated by this company. Just very disappointing a corporate company able to. Disrespecting their customers and try to belittle them and to top it off the six months that I had the service and I still have weeds in my lawn

My yard is healthier and has a better appearance since Ive been with Tru Green.

Grass is slightly greener and thicker than the neighbors which is likely because of the treatments its receiving.Treatments didnt eradicate the weeds well. Applied grub treatment but I didnt have grubs. Costly for the amount of lawn I have.

My lawn is thick and weed free, I like the communication as to when my lawn techs will arrive and they have all been polite and have given good tips.

I feel safe and secure, knowing TruGreen is taking care of my lawn. I didnt see the service person come over, but its always good to see the sign in my yard, knowing the work was done.

I chose TruGreen based on the customer reviews and past experience with the company in a different state. What a mistake! My 25-year old lawn has always been beautiful but is currently filled with weeds. Now Im trying to reach the company to schedule a repeat service but its impossible to get thru. I was promised a call back in approximately one minute. Still waiting 2+ hours later. Obviously Im canceling service with this company. I wont hold my breath waiting for a pro-rated refund.

Today was just a evaluation of my evergreen trees, but I usual professional care person Jeorge came out and it s always a pleasure seeing and speaking with him, he s very knowledgeable and helpful.

I asked the tech a question about my service and he gave me a don t bother me cold stare with an attitude, gave a short quick answer, didn t even ask me if I had any questions about my lawn. Very POOR people skills.

Exceptional Services

My husband and I used to think that all we had to do is fertilize a couple or three times. Nope! Whatever they use, that is pet friendly, works! We now just mow and trim it and it looks great! We have some bare spots bc of a king German shepherd and they have told us what we had to do for it. I always refer TruGreen to all my friends who complain of their lawn. If you have all weeds...it s going to burn all out but regrows to lush and green grass if taken care of!

The specialists that come to the house are great ..:: customer service not so great if you ever have to call them 4 stars to the people who come out and actually do the work !

The service man Joseph was very through. I appreciated him leaving the receipt on my back door, because that is the only way I could tell if the back was sprayed as well. One other time the serviceman left treatment tags on the back and front lawn. Thank you! It helps me to want to keep the service going when you know they have done the full job in my absence.
