I wonder of this company is still in business? We have used them before. They were always difficult to get ahold of and not so good as to keeping commitments. Some of the product they planted this past fall has died. Have called numerous times to seek resolution and NO ONE has bothered to return our calls.
Picture Perfect has done several jobs in my yard. They always do a good job & have timely service. Mark, Eric & Drew & the sprinkler team are very knowledgeable!
With changing climate & chronic water deficits, we needed an entirely new approach to our property landscaping that would significantly & permanently reduce water consumption. The leadership of PPL& L did a great job at communicating both with us and the crews, demonstrated from design to completion. The master plan is beautiful and artfully imagined, proof that rockscaping does not have to look stark or unwelcoming. Leadership was onsite daily throughout, ensuring the project was being well executed. They give you a quote without hidden expenses and they stand by their word. We are well pleased & can highly recommend.
I have never seen a more professional, harder working, conscientious crew than this one. They cleared and prepped the entire front of our house for a brick walkway. Accommodating minor requests along the way, without hesitation. And all under the blazing 100 degree sun. I would hire them again in a second, and highly recommend them to anyone needing any landscaping work.

I had a very specific plan in mind for a gravel path around a large live oak in front of my house and Picture Perfect Landscape executed my plan perfectly. They worked very carefully to ensure that the symmetry of the path would be perfect in the end. They also did a great job of keeping me informed during each step of the installation process. The staff was also very friendly. I went on a trip and could not see the finished project until I returned. They were nice enough to send me photos send so I did not have to wait. They cleaned up very well and so there were no unwanted surprises when I returned from my trip! I have a few other projects I would like to get done early next year, and I am choosing Picture Perfect Landscape.
We used this company for several jobs and they are absolutely amazing! They showed up on time, worked hard and everyone kept us in the loop on what was going on. We just completed building a house and I cannot tell you how many times we were disappointed with contractors, it was such a nice change to work with someone who did what they said they would do and stood behind their work. We will never use another landscaper, 100% satisfied.

Recently we bought a house that had an awful backyard pool. Mark, from Picture Perfect Landscaping developed a wonderful design to fill the pool, add sod, and build a magnificent patio in its place. The workers were both professional and knowledgeable as they finished the project. Kaleb helped me reconfigure the sprinklers and gave me excellent advice on the care of the sod and a metric for future watering. Rebecca, the receptionist, was welcoming and helpful and in every way. The crew carefully cleaned up the sight and were very customer friendly in every way during the process. This is the company to contact if you need landscaping help. They are the best.

I spoke with Landscape Lawn Service. The quality of service seemed lacking as a result of a poor attitude . Asking and answering question on a sales call. There wasn t a willingness of friendly customer service. I would choose wisely another service.
These folks are in high demand, and therefore wait times for your project may be longer than you would like. The wait is worth it, though. From initial consultation, to design, to installation and follow up, I have been nothing but pleased. The landscape designer listened to everything we said and laid out our new front yard exactly as we envisioned it. This included sod, beds, plants, and irrigation updates. Every employee I interacted with was passionate about their job and enjoyed their work. Knowledgeable, capable, dedicated. I have nothing but praise for Picture Perfect, from the start of my project to its completion. Highly recommend.
We have a weekly service and are very pleased. Staff that comes to do the work is nice and easy to work with. Only drawback is like with a lot of service businesses getting a call returned from management. Otherwise, fabulous service and I highly recommend.

My husband , David and I hired Picture Perfect to design and build a backyard deck, arbor and landscape That would be useable for relaxing and entertaining. The company succeeded in doing both. I requested this group, the spa group and electrician to all meet with us one evening to discuss and Toss ideas around. The main concern was a short and long yard, try not to over-power our home and Neighbors, as well as a main drainage problem under the deck. All our concerns were met and more. Drainage is fine, not too high a deck so not to over-power neighbors and landscaping to compliment Deck and provide privacy for our spa. This was an extensive plan and one we have never done before. It did take time but weather caused a few delays and I want things done yesterday ! But all worth the wait. There was a hang-up at the last but was corrected with prompt attention and repair. David and I would recommend this company for any landscaping projects. They all have the knowledge and Muscles to complete any job !
From design to completion, Picture perfect executed our landscape/irrigation plan to perfection. We were very satisfied with the work done and they have great employees that communicated with us during the whole project.

Picture Perfect Lawn and Landscape solved problem of tree branches overhanging the electric wire leading into our house. Joshua came to estimate the job on a Friday morning and by Friday afternoon the crew was here working. They completely cleared the wire from road to house and they cut down several dead trees near the wire as well. The crew cleaned the work area and it looks great and now no more worries when storms blow through!
Hired this company for several years. They were great at first then they seemed to care less about helping me maintain my yard. I had to let them go and I can honestly say my yard looked worse than when they started. Be careful about who you let on your property.
BJ and his team are GREAT! When I moved into my home they helped me make my front yard more appealing by creating flower beds and installing sod. Over the last three years I have used them to trim my trees, fertilize and mow my yard. I always call Picture Perfect to help me with my lawn care needs.
Picture Perfect landscaped our yard after installing a pool and they did a wonderful job. He was very creative and showed up quickly with sample landscape lighting when we were in a pinch. They also took care of my sprinkler system that had to be redone. I liked being able to just tell him what I was thinking and step back and let him execute it without worry. He also takes care of many of my clients yards while I have them listed and I never have to worry about them not showing up or there being an issues.
