Green Forever in Hesperia

Was approached by a door to door salesmen who represents the company Green Forever. Had a initial good contact. Decided to get a free quote and talk about a full backyard renovation. Spent 3+ weeks and countless hours designing my backyard. Started getting a few weird vibes such as EXTREME pressure to submit a application for their preferred Lyon Financing for the job. I was asked atleast 4 times to submit the app. And i hadn't even finished designing my backyard. After designing my backyard and getting my price at $42,000 dollars. I decided to finally submit my application. Boom almost instantly approved for the loan. Not even 48-72 hours later..... The sales rep and owner look over the final for submittal. The price magically jumps to $70,000..... How the hell were we off $30,000. Absolute disrespect having me run my credit off a initial price then it jumps by 60% the original price. And the excuse the knuckle head sales men said was a error on his part. This is a collosal error.... Now their telling me we can change my whole design and get me down to $49,000.... Awww how sweet and kind of you.(Sarcasm) I decided to be the bigger person.(Foolish on my part, but i already ran my credit for the loan.) I continued speaking with the knuckle head sales rep and some how agreed to their crappy new quote of $49,000 and a complete redesign. I tell the sales rep i want a additional $1200-1500 discount to close this deal and feel good about being screwed over.... Sales rep and Owner wouldnt budge. But if im going to be treated like crap i wanted to test their good faith practices. And im glad i did. Cause this was the final straw that broke the camels back. I stopped communicating with the sales rep at this point. Finally. I decided to reach out to TJ the owner. And explained "Is this really how were going to end this?" Paraphrasing. He swore he would correct this and personally meet me and go over the property and give a significantly more accurate quote as the salesmen was completely out of his capabilities and understanding. Welp i contacted him multiple. At first he explained he was busy due to the holidays. I texted him the week after the holidays. No response. Couple weeks later. No response. Ghosted..... Great customer service. And this is a "Veteran owned" company. This is just pandering at its greatest. TJ if you disagree with my experience so be it. Really couldnt care less what you think or will have to say in response. But i know the reality of what happened.

I would first like to thank Jeff and owner Tj for making my front yard vision come to life. Jeff from the moment I met him was very knowledgeable and thorough with everything. I appreciated the communication Jeff kept during the whole process. We had some hiccups during the installation, but Tj is a man of his word and insured everything will be the way I wanted. I highly recommend anyone going for artificial turf to reach out to green forever. The workers always checked in with me when they arrived. Thank you Alejandro for doing a thorough job on completing the rock and turf install. We always get compliments and questions on to who did our turf install in our neighborhood. I’m looking forward to hiring green forever for my backyard. Thank you !

I have nothing but great feelings and a great experience With Green Forever Turf from the Owner down to the employees. This company did exactly what they promised. They promised no more than two days and they delivered. The guys went over care and maintenance after the install ,told me when they were going on break and ALWAYS checked with me if they had a question or concern. They never made assumptions about what they thought I wanted and instead, asked I tell them at any point if I had a concern. I thoroughly enjoyed this experience and have ZERO buyers remorse. I can't give them high enough praise for the job and their professional but welcomeling and almost fun disposition. I now have the best yard in the block 😁🎊🎉🙌

Orren was a complete gentleman and professional, estimated the job at a fantastic price and had the job done within 3 days. The installation crew did a fantastic job, above and beyond my expectation. I will recommend this company very highly to all my friends and family. Simply put, amazing.

I have to say I am extremely happy with how our experience was with Green Forever Turf From Fullerton! Orren was our rep/General manager and he was very accommodating to meet up with us late evening considering I work long hours. He was very detailed in explaining the process, what they use, and was willing to work with me on how we wanted our yard done. I did my fair amount of shopping from a few different turf companies, and yes some came in just slightly cheaper and some came in wildly higher. I’m a firm believer in you get what you pay for and for the level of quality of turf, fair price, professionals on the team that actually came out to do the job. Save yourself the time shopping around and go with Green forever you will NOT be disappointed. I want to thank Noe who was very helpful and had good communication with me as they were doing the yard and building the planters I wanted and the team they did a great job! Thank you Orren and Green forever! I can say I have 100% confidence in their expertise!

I had my backyard done with green forever and i have never been happier! The quality and workmanship exceeded my expectations! Orren was great to work with and he definitely takes the time to make sure you are happy. They completed my backyard so quickly which was a plus!!! Thank you green forever!!

First we would like to thank the LORD God for providing the means and making a way for us to get turf. We have been shopping around for turf for a couple of years now and there was always something that didn't please my wife and I in the process with all these different companies, but not with Green Forever. Salesman was easy to talk to, went over all the different options and provided us a great price. On the day of the install, the guys worked hard from start to finish, answered any questions we had and cleaned up after themselves in the yard and the driveway. Perfect turf, perfect price. Thanks for they great turf Green Forever.

I posted this on yelp recently, but felt like I needed to share here as well, considering there were no other reviews yet. I have to say, I was skeptical as to how fast and well done our side yard could be done. Yet, this company has done an astonishing job. Our dogs love playing on the turf and it is perfect for their potty clean up. Not only was it done in a timely manner (1 day), but very well done. It looks as if our house had grass there originally, even though we had concrete previously. The guys were very professional and gave it all for a great price! Highly recommend.
