The landscaping project started out well. However, during the project it was clear that Jose (who appeared professional) was clueless with respect to various plants and bushes for a mountain community - Zone 7. Despite constant and consistent watering, the trees that were planted died shortly after install. There were representations made that he would replant new trees. Thereafter, he did not follow up or return my calls. Disappointed!

I contacted several companies to fix our front yard (25 years old). Jose was most helpful and gave us a great bid (more than I thought, but worth every penny. They showed up on the day they promised and worked for 3 days like trojans! Great crew, friendly, and our front yard looks fantastic (according to family and neighbors). They are now working on a couple of projects in my backyard. 5 out of 5 stars!

I had 3 trees and a catus removed. They were easy to work with and did an excellent job and did beyond my expectations.Their team was friendly and easy to work with.

5 stars for showing up and being on time

I had High Desert come out to install irrigation throughout the front half of my property (about an acre of land). They got everything done in a day with their crew with everything set up well and with ease of use in mind. A little over a year later a gopher chewed through a large drip line causing a bit of wasted water and clogging up a large chunk of the drip lines. They had their crew out the following morning after contacting them and fixed everything up for a reasonable fee and didn t charge for parts. Overall, from speed of service to quality and communication, i ve been very happy with them and will continue to use them for future projects.

Jose, Brian, and there whole crew was great. They did a great job on my yard and gave me exactly what I wanted plus some. I love how my yard turned out. Jose even threw in extra curbing that I did not ask for because he thought it would look better and he was right. They completed the job in a reasonable time even though we were having bad weather and it was very affordable. Overdue review here but well deserved nonetheless. Jose, Brian, and team gave our backyard a complete overhaul last year. 1k+ sq ft of concrete, 1k+ sq ft of decomposed granite, 1k+ sq ft of new grass, plus dozens of new plants and irrigation. All done impeccably. Whenever there were issues/questions, they were happy to work with us to figure it out. They showed up on time, answered the phone when we called, and were always transparent and communicative. We liked them so much that we called them back for a flagstone path project earlier this year (which came out great), and will definitely be calling them out again for our front yard. Highly recommend you give High Desert Affordable Landscaping a call for any landscaping project. Great work and a great group of people.

Brian and his team did a full yard clean up on our home and we couldnt be more thrilled with the results. Not only did they remove all the unwanted shrubbery but, they put down a weed repellent spray that is going to last us all winter long. The office manager is fantastic I cant say enough nice things about her. Gabriel was especially professional and worked with our budget to give us everything we needed for the price that didnt break out bank. 10/10 would recommend.

Made an appt for an estimate to landscape backyard. Had to wait 2-3 weeks for the appt and they never showed up. I called and was told they didnt have it scheduled. They gave me the date and time.

Our patio was done sooner than expected and for a fair price. They willingly made some last minute changes to the dimensions and other details. I highly recommend them.

Desert valley landscape left me impressed with the quality of their work that they did for the front of my house. They did stamped concrete, a trail called river rocks, lights, a stairway to my front door, timed sprinklers, and they put san Agustín which is a type of grass. They left my house looking amazing and I got so many compliments from neighbors, family, and friends. Desert valley landscaping is really professional and I totally recommend them.

We asked High Desert Affordable Landscaping to weed a 50 x 100 foot area and trim 5 or six shrubs. For this minuscule work they charged $2,000. amounting to approx. $75.+ per hour for each of two workers. They damaged our drip watering system in at least twelve places. The receipt they gave us did not have an invoice number or a State of California Contractors License number. They do not have workers comp. insurance as they claim they have no employees. Our request for a partial refund has been ignored except that they offered a discount for any future work with them. We will NEVER use their company again. We urge potential customers to be cautious and be wary of the comments posted for their business. We believe that they may be working under three different contractors license numbers???
