From start to finish, they exceeded every expectation for the work they did in my backyard. Their team was incredibly communicative, keeping me informed at every step of the process and ensuring all my questions were answered with patience and expertise. They were also very reasonably priced, offering outstanding value for the quality of work they delivered. What truly set Baldwin's apart was their commitment and professionalism. It's so rare to find contractors who say they're going to do a job and actually show up every single day, work hard all day, and get the project done on time. Their dedication and work ethic were truly impressive. Not only did they do a fantastic job, but they were also super informative, explaining what they were doing and why, which made me feel completely confident in their work. My backyard has never looked better, and everything works perfectly. We had the best experience with them!!! They were attentive, punctual, knowledgeable, and fairly priced. They kept to their word, always showed up when they said they would, and work was done on time, and honestly in less time than I had anticipated. Taelor and Mike (I think Mike?!) are extremely personable and knowledgeable and are easy to reach via text and e-mail. Outside of all of that, our yard is BEAUTIFUL. We love hanging out in it. They literally took a dirt lot and worked within our budget to give us our own little getaway. We also had a small issue which was not their fault at all, in which our dog hurt her foot on metal edging we elected to have installed; despite it not being their fault, they worked with us to reduce the price of our overall bid to make up for her injury, and were truly so kind and compassionate. Thank you SO MUCH! We will continue consulting with you for our landscaping needs.

We just had our yard done by Baldwin’s Customized Sprinklers and we love how it turned out! First of all, they were so courteous and prompt in all their communications with us. Taelor Baldwin designed our yard and Mike Baldwin and his workers completed it. We were informed of every action taken. They worked hard and fast and completed our yard on time. Any questions we had were answered quickly and anything we asked to be changed was addressed. Every worker was polite and informative. We would highly recommend them to anyone who wants their yard done well. We would definitely have them do work for us in the future.

We have used them multiple times and will continue to use them to finish the landscaping on our new home. They are so great to work with and they do more than just sprinklers. Just make sure you book them early. Their schedule fills up fast!

We were recommended this business from a co-worker. We called and they were so nice and sent Josh out in two days after our call. He was on time, professional, wore a mask (covid) and he was also very nice. Josh fixed a broken sprinkler pipe and then moved 3 sprinkler heads that same morning. He then showed me where all of the sprinklers hit and checked to make sure every area of the yard was being watered. I would highly recommend this business! We like to shop small business and shop local so it was a win win for us! Thank you for the great service!

I was in need of a backyard completion with sprinklers, sod, trees, and flower beds. Being new to the area I Googled landscapers in Herriman, UT. Baldwin's came up and had raving reviews so I gave them a call. They came out and looked at my property, drew up a plan, and a detailed estimate and sent it to me very quickly. Since I liked what I saw, I hired them. I have zero regrets. I asked Mike Baldwin if he would work in conjunction with my concrete and fence people and he said he would. They all worked well together and Mike made sure they did things the right way. Their expertise, timeliness and professionalism were impressive. These folks are the real deal. If you are looking to hire someone to put in your complete yard or partial yard I would recommend them very highly. They know what they are doing and won't jack you around.

Mike, Taylor and the crew were wonderful to work with. Mike's attention to detail is very appreciated. The crew was respectful and worked hard to do everything we needed.
