Grant from Think Green Lawn service came out to our house, and took his time to aerate and over seed my lawn. He was knowledgeable and took his time to figure out issues with the lawn. I would highly recommend using their services. They are easy to contact and when problems arise, they will figure them out with you.
I have been a Think Green customer for several years. I had previously used several other large companies in the past. Think Green has done an exceptional job and at a great price. I currently have them visit throughout the year including reseeding every fall. My neighbors have noticed how great my turf looks during all 4 seasons.
Being a new customer to Think Green, I wasn’t sure what to expect, but I have been pleasantly surprised with their services! In addition to fertilizing, I also purchased the aerating/seeding and mosquito control services. All areas have exceeded my expectations and provided a cost savings by bundling all services. Their technicians are prompt, courteous and always follow up to let me know what services have been provided and ask if I have questions. I highly recommend using Think Green!
Noticed a much better result then another top name company that I had over the last 2 years. Pricing was much better and they leave you a message on what service had been done.

Best lawn service I’ve tried. I have a stubborn front lawn, on a steep hill with lots of rocks and weeds. I’ve spent thousands at other lawn services only for my lawn to still look terrible. Within two treatments and their recommendations, I have the best lawn since I bought the home eight years ago. HIGHLY recommend
I have used two other Lawn Care Services. I never felt that the other companies walked my full lawn. The results proved me right. Think Green cares, and puts time and effort in my lawn. After 2 years of great service by Roots Landscaping, we were forced to switch companies because Roots discontinued service in our area. We ultimately landed on Think Green Lawn Service, based on a referral. A few days after our initial service, we noticed an excessive number of dead patches in our yard. Upon further inspection, we realized that these were areas where weeds had been sprayed. The weeds were dead, but so was a large swath of grass around it. Additionally, there was a trail of dead grass where the spray wand had dripped when the technician was walking around our yard. We immediately called (on a Monday) and asked for someone to come out to view the damage to our lawn, and were promised someone would be out by the end of the week. A full 7 days later, we received a phone call stating they could come out on the 8th day. At this point we had made the decision to cancel the service. When I advised them of this decision, we were told that "a lot" of weed killer needs to be used and because we had Bermuda sod, that it would come back. In 2 years of service with Roots, we never experienced anything like this, and we are now unfortunately back to having to search for a new lawn care company.

I had called the Nashville Think Green office to discuss the condition of our lawn and requested a representative to come see our concerns. My request was not met. However their representative requested that I send pictures of our yard which was done. Their representative attempted to tell me that our turf is Bermuda and it s dormant over the cooler months. Which I indicated that I manage commercial landscaping and am aware of the tendencies of Bermuda turf. A prompt telephone call was received after the pictures were sent which was appreciated, however it was an insult! The representative stated that we have an erosion problem-of course we do since all of our turf has died and washed away causing the erosion! We had no erosion until the turf died. Additionally stating that our dog had something to do with the condition of our yard was beyond belief. Our turf was lush and in great condition (we have pictures of years past) until after their last chemical application. Our surrounding neighbors are not using Think Green and have no issues with their Bermuda. It s even more disturbing when I was told that the turf would return. Our backyard is (mud) in terrible condition and what do we receive in return? A proposal to come treat our yard this season? Think Green has an unhappy customer and proposing another season is ludicrous. Their customer service addressing our concerns is very disappointing. Do not recommend.
So I m sitting here in front of my house, just trying to pull into my driveway on the one day off from work that I get every week. Unfortunately, I can t pull into my driveway because someone from this company, who s treating my neighbors lawn, is parked in front of my driveway with their big company truck. He seen me awkwardly parked in the road trying to get into my driveway and he waved and went back to what he was doing. there s way more than enough space for him to pull up in front of his customers home, and absolutely no reason to block anybody s driveway, especially in this situation with there being so much available room for him to park.
Right now Think Green trying to prepare my yard to seed this fall. The builder left my yard with hardly any grass. Especially no top soil for nutrients. So Think Green has been adding chemicals or ingredients for preparation to seed this fall. Hopefully everything will go as plan and the beginning of a beautiful yard once again like I had at the other house.

Just canceled my service. Ive had the service for about 2 years, maybe a little more. I had no issues until the last 2-3 services. They come to service my yard, but I never see them, never hear them and my front and rear cameras never show anyone either. I just let the rep know of the ongoing issue on a call just and his response was might want to have your cameras checked as if I was lying. My yard was completely weed free until the last few visits. Either they arent actually doing the work, not applying it everywhere like they used to or their formula changed and isnt working for me. Either way I cut ties.
I am blown away by the quality of service we have received by Think Green, Nashville, TN. Josh and Blake have done a fantastic job of getting our lawn in shape this year. I was concerned that we would be wasting our money, as our yard was in bad shape with weeds, dead patches, etc. We have used other lawn companies in the past and have been very disappointed. Our yard looks great in the short time we have used them. We are not 100% there yet, but close. Definitely will be continuing our annual service. Cant wait to see 2024 results!
I live in The Grove and for the last two years we used another local company and our lawn looked just OK. I thought that we were going to just have to accept mediocrity because of the soil or something like that. This year we switched to Think Green and our lawn looks WAAAY better! Dont believe the hype you see elsewhere...Think Green is the real deal!

Josh was the technician who serviced our lawn today. He did an excellent job. Due to the recent installation of a irrigation system we were getting a lot of weeds. We are confident because of the great job Josh did today that will be under control in no time. Hope we have Josh for future applications. Thank you for a job well done!

I am very grateful for the professional, patient and very understanding technician that I have. The customer service that I receive is above and beyond my expectations. The quality of service I receive is outstanding. I m very grateful for everything these guys do for me. I get compliments on the improvements of my yard all the time. Well I have been with this company for a long time. They renew my services without prior approval. And I like to give them another chance So I addressed some area with weeds and every month I was hoping to get rid of them. Few times they came back but no change. I spend a lot of my time pulling weeds. And I discussed the matter with their office. But I did not get any convincing solution for the problem. Their solution is not right for the weeds I had. It appeared they use the same solution. My neighbor treated the same weed at his house and he got rid of it. I paid for full year but the last application. And regretted why I paid another year. And did not get proper care.

We had a miscommunication and misunderstanding but they straightened it all out and made it right
Signed up for weeds to be killed and lawn fertilizer for $42 a visit. I was quoted $200 for aeration and seeding. I made it a point to say I wanted it done in September or early October. They said no problem. Then they called to tell me it would be $425 this year. I said but I got a quote and told the sales woman and the guy who came out to spray my yard the first time that I wanted it done. I was told because my welcome email didnt say I signed up for it that I couldnt get the quoted price. I told her my quote says there are no contacts. In addition they have only been out to spray my yard 2 times since May. Its been 10 weeks since their last visit. I was advised that the next time I need to make sure its stated on the email exactly what I want. I said there will be no next time because I already told you to cancel my service.
These guys were beyond professional and knowledgeable. They explained exactly what it would take for us to transform my lawn of weeds to what it is today: a beautifully manicured Fescue perfection. I can t say enough good things about Think Green Lawn Service. Oh, and their prices were very reasonable.

I have been using these guys for about a year for Mosquito control. They are reliable, consistent and have great service. Plus the products work great and the guys are super friendly. One on the guys waited for my lawn guy to mow my grass (over an hour) before he sprayed one time. I ve never had better service or results. Dependability is a core issue for me with lawn care companies and price is another - they win on both fronts. I ve used other companies in the past that charge a fortune or try to lock you into long term contracts with cancellation fees - nothing will irritate your faster than having to pay hundreds to cancel a contract so they really hit on all fronts for me. Highly recommend.

Ive NEVER had a company to get my grass to grow as green and quickly as these guys have. And theyve done it much quicker than was expected. Very pleased thus far and have only used them for half of a season.
