Had issues with the scheduler not reading notes for our job. They were promptly addressed by the office person, Cassandra, who was kind, helpful, and professional :) Prices are reasonable. Our service was aeration and reseed. Since I’ve not had this service before, would have been nice to know my yard was going to, very literally, look like a pack of dogs shat everywhere! Those soil logs are still there 2 weeks out and have been told they will eventually break up and reintegrate (told by my husband).
We couldn’t be happier with the service and completion of the work carried out at our house. Ty and his team did a great job. Melissa was also attentive and thorough. Thank you all.

I would never hire this company. Your neighbors will hate you. They are contracted by the residence next door to me. Going back to at least 2020 I have had multiple issues with this company’s employees cussing me out in my own yard, they refuse to respect property boundaries mowing and trimming property that they are not supposed to, and most recently the breaking of a branch on one of my trees. I have attempted numerous times to rectify the problems directly with the company, most recently last week with an email pleading with them to stop mowing my yard and that we are putting additional stakes as markers. In what I can now only assume is retaliatory behavior on the part of this company, they have crossed a line and have begun to damage trees that I bought and paid for. I now have reached out to the company that contracts them to inform them of how their contractor treats neighbors of their business. Last time I left a review I was courteous enough to remove it after the company owner claimed to resolve the issues. I regret not leaving the prior poor review as I am sure I am not the only one that has been targeted by this company.
J&J is definitely the best and most professional company I have worked with. I have had everything from lawn care and leaf removal to full house landscaping and everything is exceptional. The crews are always on time, very detailed, and dependable. Even if an issue does arise, the staff is friendly and responsive to figure out a solution. Everyone really does go above and beyond to make sure the costumer is satisfied.
Absolutely loved the work they did. Rob is top notch very professional and answered all my questions. We got tons of compliments on our yard. I recommend J&J to anyone who may need lawn care/maintenance. I couldn't be happier with the results.
The leaves are gone, the grass is green (hopefully until spring) and all is well. J&J did their usual fine work. They took advantage of a good day in Dec. and got it done. Most of all, they are as courteous as they are friendly. I appreciate their quality of work.

I had no idea what I was getting into when I decided to turn an area of overgrown foliage, an unsightly area that I had come to call the weed garden, into something under control and which added to the front of the property. Simply put, I couldnt keep up with it and I was not interested in the burden of mulching it each year. The first problem was, I did not know what was weed and what was plant. So I called J & J and Jim was on the scene in a day with a plan that closely matched my own. In short time, we decided what plants would stay, and Jim turned the area into something that is stunning, professional appearing, and which absolutely adds to the front of the property. I spent the evening showing it to the neighbors and feel the area now makes the front of the property look completely different. Jim was also very quick to answer questions and return communication. Without any hesitation I wholly recommend J & J!
