I could not recommend High Falls Tree Service more. We had a dead maple tree that needed to be removed and they handled it quickly, carefully, and for a reasonable price. They were especially careful to not hurt the rock wall less than a couple feet away from the tree, didn't damage plants or the lawn surrounding it, and cleaned the area as they worked so by the time they were done you couldn't even tell anything happened.
High Falls Tree removed a large, rotting oak in a very difficult spot on my property. They did an outstanding job from start to finish. We had them do some add on work as well. Everything was cleaned up nicely. They are very easy to work with.
Since moving into the Oakridge neighborhood in West Irondequoit in 1999 I have had to get tree service and removal a few times and I have quoted it out and I have always relied on Eric and his company to be fair and very very good service and people! I really appreciate them and the crew works so well together I enjoyed watching them! I believe they truly care about us and the clean up was amazing!! If you need tree service of any sort you should allow them to be the company that you rely upon!

We came back from a vacation. Noticed our power and WI-FI were out. A huge tree fell on our enclosed fence, our house, and our neighbors tree. We called High Falls tree service. They sent a service agent out. He quoted a reasonable price, and said they could come 24 hours later. Their crew removed the tree and cleaned up our yard so beautifully. This business is the best tree company. Thank you
Very professional and reasonable. They did a nice job getting rid of 2 large dead and few smaller trees from our backyard. The cleanup was perfect, they also removed debris from earlier wind storm before starting and left the yard in better condition than before. Thank you Jeff and the team for a perfect job.
I reached out to this company for a potential project to remove a stump in my yard. They were prompt in returning my call and were able to stop by to review my yard and provide an estimate quickly. I did decide to go with another company (that was able to provide additional landscaping services) but appreciated the fast and professional service up to that point. They gave me a very reasonable quote for the project and if the other company wasn’t able to provide additional services with landscaping I would have been very happy to go with High Falls.

Nine months have passed since a guy from High Falls Tree Service showed up in answer to my call about 2 problem trees. He was very pleasant but told me there was nothing he could do about one tree and told me the office would send an estimate on the other tree witin one week. I never heard from the office. After posting the above comments, I received a call from High Falls ... They forwarded a copy of a proposal that was sent to me but never appeared in my primary email. So...they did get back to me after all.
In and out on schedule and budget and left the area cleaner then when they arrived couldnt be happier .
In December 2021, I contracted with High Falls to trim a huge Black Walnut tree and a Thorned Honey Locust tree that was also on the large scale. The work was professional from the estimate to the clean-up. I intend to hire them again for additional work on other trees and an overgrown Lilac bush. I, therefore HIGHLY recommend them without hesitation! D.A

Great pricing and very responsive communication. I m only knocking 1 star off because my lawn was gouged up in a few spots and isn t coming back very well. Their guys did some very quick pitch-forking of the lawn at the time but it didn t really do anything. I ll have to fix up those areas myself. All in all though, I d use this service again!
Impressed from the start. Dan is in the office and answers the phone, it was a pleasure to be able to talk to someone. Scheduling for estimate was easy and prompt. Ken was great and we are set with their 4 step lawn program. After the first application, weeds are dying and grass is greener:)

On the initial sales call the gentleman had some concerns about being able to do the job. He said he would send out his boss the arborist. Two weeks passed without follow up. I called the office and was told that the arborist had been on vacation and would be out. That was tree weeks ago and still no contact. I hired another contractor.

cut down two trees. one was an extremely tall Norwegian pine. great job done by crew. clean up was better then expected. i would recomend them to service your trees
Very dissapointed. I wanted two trees fertilized, arborist said they dont provide that service. I wanted 7 arborvite trimmed and any weeds/vines growing near them pulled out. He said they would trim the arborvite only, they dont provide the other service. I wanted their lawn service, and was told i was too far away. I said i live in Greece, your company is 15 minutes away in Henrietta! He said they prefer Pittsford! I got the quote of $900 to trim those bushes! What a HUGE dissapointment all around.

Called on Tues. The estimator arrived within an hour. I received the quote that evening. I called the next day to give them the job. They came Friday and spent just over an hour and left the yard looking great. This was my second job by Highland Falls, and they did a great job at a great price!
Nice work. Very thorough. Cleaned up everything even cleaned our neighbors lawn where some leaves had blown. We have hired several times. They are competitively priced and dependable.

By far some of the nicest people I ve have the opportunity to do business with. Removed an elder Mulberry that was laid on power lines. Your gas and electric monopoly would not remove it. All other businesses turned us down. Dan and Eric are extremely personable owners; and their crew are meticulous about their trade and clean-up. I will always refer to High Falls Tree Service going forward.
