Moxie used to have a really good tech and excellent customer service. Today I was not notified the tech was coming until I almost hit him backing out of my driveway to leave for the day. Tech was not great with customer service, stating that he just goes where he s told to . I have not had inside service for several months, because they simply show up whenever they want with no notice . Moxie used to care about servicing inside as well as outside . I m paying for both but haven t gotten both.

Have used Moxie for many years to take care of pest control at our house. Recently, Javier was our tech and he gave exceptional service by addressing some concerns we had with wasps in our eaves and finding some solutions he could provide during the same visit. Very helpful all around.

Moxie Pest Control is amazing. My Tech Marquez was friendly, asked all the right questions to help identify any problems, efficient, fast and very thorough!

I m pretty disappointed. I had three concerns. The chief concern was a Yellowjacket nest that sent my wife to the hospital after a single sting. It was the number one reason and highest priority. I was told whoever came out would come prepared with a suit so they could really get in there to treat the nest that I clearly marked in the yard. I was concerned about excess spraying because of not wanting to kill beneficial and fun bugs (lightning bugs, butterflies, honey bees, etc.). I was concerned about exposure to my pets and toddlers. I was assured that the stuff would dry in 15-20 minutes, but to be extra safe, I could wait 30-45 minutes. It was a full hour between when our tech sprayed inside our home and I came home with a toddler. My wife had to wipe up areas where it was still visibly wet. It was puddled in a couple of places (not like huge puddles, but enough that was definitely concerning with littles). The tech did NOT come prepared with a suit. He treated the Yellowjacket nest from several feet away for several minutes. I m concerned about the extra spray and by it not being directly into the nest. Time will obviously determine effectiveness and I ll update that when it s apparent one way or another, but what we got was not what was communicated and that s pretty frustrating. Frankly it might not even be Andrew s fault if someone else was supposed to communicate and neglected to do so adequately but it makes me second-guess using Moxie in the future. Considering how many great reviews this company has (which was key in me choosing y all), I m super surprised and upset to be having to write such a negative review.

A Moxie company truck just blew through a three-way stop sign in our Mt. Vernon subdivision in Mt. Juliet at 10:15am on a Saturday and proceeded to go over speed bumps like they didnt see them about 50 yards up the road. I really dont care if they do a great job with pest control. Not going to work with someone who has no regard for safety. Too many kids around, so what does that say for caring about my home. Be better.

Kimani was fantastic. We ve been getting attacked by wasps. Kimani listened to our concerns, located the pests, and handled business. Would recommend not just Moxie, but Kimani in particular

Moxie has been a trusted pest control company we have used in our household for several years. The quarterly service takes place when I m at work so I don t typically get to meet the person who provides the service. Moxie is always willing to promptly come out to take care of any problems between quarterly maintenance visits.

Total scammers be aware of this service the guy who came to offer the service said there will be no cancellation charges if i don t like the service after second treatment and there will be only charges for current cancellation month now when I reached them to cancel my service due to bad service and no results seen and have to mention about the allergy which i noticed after the treatment they are asking me to pay more than $300 to cancel the service which is pure scam and unethical as their representatives will promise you everything before making the contract once you are in contract they will say we never said this and that its clear mis representation of the services

We just began service so I will have to update this review when I notice if it s working for pest control. I will say I was getting a lot of Wolf Spiders in the house and that has stopped since he came out. Customer service has been great so far!

James is awesome. Goes above and beyond and is SUPER friendly. I would love to have James back. Best pest control ever. I gave him a hard task with some wasps. He fought the wasps and won!
