Milosi is in charge of lawn maintenance for the neighborhood I live in. I use that term loosely, in that there is Minimal lawn maintenance. I have lived here for one year and they have cut the grass, maybe four times. They went three months in the summer without cutting! The grass was 4 inches tall! If there is trash in the yard from adjacent construction, they just mow over it, dispersing trash everywhere. They have lightly applied mulch, so light that the dirt is not covered or irrigation lines. 89% of shrubs in pine islands are Dead. Trees have no surrounding mulch. They must be on a very tight budget to so Minimally service the lawns. I pay $278 a month for HOA fees, which is supposed to include lawn care. I live in a cottage with probably 600 sq ft of lawn. Half of that is Dead. I am beyond disappointed and plan on moving just because of a dead yard and the neighborhood landscaping is an eyesore. Do your homework before moving into a neighborhood that is serviced by Milosi.

Courteous with communication. Ever have a schedule change then the person you hire says they will call you back but never does? I was happy to see that wasn t a problem with them. Quick to respond and courteous, highly recommend.

Reached out to this company on multiple occasions to assist with a home project but no one ever contacted me. They display a good image on the outside but their customer service is severely lacking!

My yard was struggling so I called Milosi to bring it back to life. They did not do this . It looks worst than before they started. I have reached out to them twice now but no one has gotten back to me. Im so disappointed

Milosi recently installed our annual color in beds throughout our HOA, which had been maintained by another company for almost all of our HOAs near 40 year history. For the first time, we have a well-planned, properly-spaced, well-planted, intentional design and most of our neighbors love it! The sloped entrance bed design reads as a flower with red and pink petals surrounded by a contrasting white background, which makes the design pop. Prior to Milosi, most installations looked like two flats of flowers had been placed side by side in the shape and size of a bath mat then surrounded by soil conditioner. Milosi actually planted our annual flowers with a soil compost mix to support growth and retain moisture. In the past, annual plantings had been set on top of our soil and surrounded with soil conditioner (tiny bits of pine bark). Milosis flowers are already growing beautifully and will greatly improve the aesthetic of our annual beds. Milosi is also working well with our largely volunteer management team to provide consistent service application for every neighbor, which had been a significant issue in the past. Some of our neighbors dislike the change from our former landscape maintenance company to Milosi. Milosis team has handled the difficult process of transitioning to a new, standardized service model very graciously and patiently. Change can be hard and Milosi is not without error at times. We are also not perfect. However, Milosi strives to achieve a standard of excellence that is commendable and uncommon. Their communication is respectful, collaborative, and usually prompt. They clearly want to do a great job for our community. Their professionalism helps our HOA management team get the clear and timely answers we need to make the best decisions for the long-term future of our wonderful neighborhood. They are a welcome partner with our HOA. Thank you, Milosi!

I had a great experience with Milosi. Their Arborist Keenan did a phenomenal job and was extremely knowledgeable. They really care about plants and nature and wont just sell you things you dont need. They were punctual and fairly priced. Would recommend to anyone!

Milosi has my lawn looking better than ever before. My client relations manager, Amber, mapped out a plan for the entire year that included treatments, pruning, mulch, and irrigation maintenance. It was thought through and custom to my needs. Their crews are professional and friendly and they regularly stop by to monitor progress and look for any potential issues. Milosi has been diligent taking care of the mulch and work they did in my yard. The rains washed out a lot of the work they did and Amber Shoaap followed up with me and sent a crew out to take care to of this issue with no questions asked. She also called me (while out on maternity leave) after the December tornado because she knew it hit our street. She just wanted to check in. The relational part of the business is outstanding. Milos is 10/10

Paid 50% deposit and then waited 6+ months for them to do the work. When the work was completed even though the drainage was worse than before. Barely responded to emails before project was completed, then once it was done they wouldn t talk to me and I had to talk in circles with their accounting team. Work was finally corrected and they continued to threaten to file a lien less than 30 days after job was done.

Milosi had designed and installed the original hardscape, irrigation, sod, trees and flower beds for the builder as it was a model home for a little over a year prior to us purchasing it. Since then they they have done more hardscaping, tree planting, lighting, etc, since then. They are always professional and responsive, with Bill Petry standing out as the Program Manager for our follow on projects. Hw would respond to texts or calls no matter what day of the week it was. I would highly recommend Milosi for your landscaping needs.
