They only work on what they sell. In other words, they want you to buy a new mower and not honor any service when it is used, hoping you don't bring it back for services.

Fantastic service. We were slightly disorganized but Nathan and the guys took care of us as if we had always been customers of theirs. Only place I found in a 3 hr radious of Bowling Green KY to have top tier Echo Blowers and Shindaiwa trimmers left on hand. When I need more inventory they will be my first call before any vendor down the street from me. Best compliment I can give.

Always do a good job and reasonably priced
Did some research on several zero-turn mower brands/models, and settled on checking into a couple brands. Dickens Turf in Hendersonville is a dealer for Ferris Mowers so I stopped in. I was greeted by Grant. I told him what I was looking for and interested in. He answered my questions, and was never pushy or trying to upsell me on something. He was down to earth and professional didn t let on if he was annoyed by my 20 questions. I purchased a mower and within 2 days the mower was at my home. An issue occurred with the mower and Dickens was quick to come get it, fix, and returned it the same day. Great customer service! I am very happy with my purchase and with Dickens Turf.

Nice selection of equipment to choose from thats in stock and ready to leave with that same day. Front counter/sales people are good to deal with and knowledgeable. Biggest complaint would have to be the service department counter personnel. Rude, brash and is not helpful in anyway. Customer service is NOT a priority to put it nicely. Mower and small engine mechanics do great work. Turn around time on service is what youd expect during busy season so if you keep that in mind youre good. I try and support local business so I will probably use them again in the future. You know the saying dont let one bad apple spoil the entire bunch.
The service is amazing. The moment I pulled up I was greeted at the door and courtesy showed as the staff could sense this was a big purchase. Being able to answer all my questions from the What and Why is the reason I made my purchase. Being able to have someone knowledgeable at the store without countless hours on the phone is why I am giving 5 stars.

This place is great! I had taken my zero turn mower to another shop in Whitehouse, Tn and they failed to address my oil leak and we lost the engine on my mower. The guys at Dickens got my mower in and out on schedule and their professionalism and customer service are top notch
