Never returned call or text message asking for irrigation setvice.

I was in need of someone with knowledge on irrigation systems, as I knew that s what I wanted but didn t know all the ins and outs . I reached out to this company, and their project coordinator came right out, was on time, as she said she would be, which was great! She was very professional and took her time to explain and recommend what she felt was best for my needs! She followed up with me, as I had asked her, so we could think about it first. Upon her follow up phone call, I went ahead and allowed this company to install the irrigation system! The crew was awesome, and very professional throughout the install. I WOULD highly recommend anyone with any needs that this company can offer to give them a call and meet with them to go over your needs! You won t be disappointed! We utilized Reliable for a spring clean up project and to switch the landscaping to mulch. His team did a great job in every respect. We will use them again next time we have an outdoor project. I d highly recommend them.

We were looking for a refresh of our landscaping around our home. We needed bushes and shrubs cut back, some overgrown plants removed, mulch and fresh edging for our yard. In addition, we had an area for a fire pit where we needed some new gravel at a reasonable price. Reliable came up with great solutions for all of the above and we are super pleased with the result! Richard extended an aggregate concrete patio in my backyard. The weather conditions were awful, but he and his team went the extra mile to complete a great looking patio and to help rehabillitate my yard after their work was done. Richard is the type of person who takes great pride in his work, and I am very lucky to have found him. I can t say enough good things about Reliable Landscape and Irrigation. They were prompt and efficient in everything that they did. Our experience started with their project manager Nathan. He was very knowledgeable and took the time to listen to exactly what we wanted and offered suggestions of how to accomplish our goal of adding several steps to our sloped backyard. Nathan explained the entire process and showed a genuine interest in our project. We were also very pleased with the owner Richard. He took the time to come out to our home and talk about the best options for our Hardscape project. He researched and found the best materials. Richard took the time to personally meet me at a local distributor and explained what we needed to look for. When we did not find a product that I liked he reached out to other step distributors in the Nashville area. He genuinely wanted us to be fully satisfied and happy with our choices. The two gentleman, Ricardo and Mario that came out to do the job were exceptional. The quality of their work and their work ethic were superior. They were very polite and courteous. We were amazed at how well they cleaned up the yard when the job was complete. Their attention to detail was phenomenal. Good communication is very important to my husband and I. We give Richard and his entire team 5 stars. They did everything they said they would do and in the time frame they said it would be done. We are very pleased with the finished product and glad we trusted Reliable Landscaping with this project. Will definately use them again in the future for any landscape or hardscape needs and recommend them highly.

If I could give this company zero stars I would. We had 16 trees planted and 11 of them died. After speaking with Richard for months about the issue, their only resolution was for us to repurchase the trees and they would replant them for free. We spent over $4000 to have them planted the first time. I would not use them for any landscaping, seems like any other company would have better customer service than this one.

The Irrigation system was installed in a very professional manner, on time, and on budget.

I had a big cleanup project involving some shrubs, trees, and a large, overgrown flower bed. Reliable Landscaping did a fantastic job getting everything cleaned out and shaped up for winter. Communication with the owner was easy and helpful, and the crew was very nice and got the job done quickly!

I was very pleased with entire experience.From start to finish they communicated with me their plans and updated me on their progress. It is so difficult to find a great contractor these days and with Reliable Landscaping I found a great company that I will recommend and use again.

What a great experience - from start to finish. We had irrigation installed, mulched our existing beds, and added a new bed with new plants and shrubs. It turned out better than we could have imagined. Richard and his team were professional and so easy to work with throughout the entire process. But, more than that, the quality of the work far exceeded our expectations. We will be back soon to finish our hardscape, and add some final landscaping touches.

Great work and great service. Richard and his team did an amazing job ay our property. We had them do a full irrigation system, plant 16 massive trees, front landscape lighting and a paver patio. Would highly recommend.

Two weeks ago I had Richard McCormick and Reliable Landscaping complete a fairly large project at my home. They completely removed my 10 year old front lawn, re-graded the sloping lot not properly prepared by our original builder and installed new sod. I am very satisfied with the handling of the project and the results. Richard McCormick took the time to come to the house twice before I committed to using his company. He listened to my description of what I wanted to achieve and discussed what they would do and how it would be done. This was head and shoulders above several other companies I called for estimates, a couple of which failed to show when they said they would even after multiple requests. I would recommend Reliable Landscaping.

Reliable Landscaping just put in a stone retaining wall for our front landscaping. We are very impressed with their quality of workmanship. They are professional and yet pleasant which is a rare combination today. The wall is beautiful and the neighbours love it too! They live up to their name-Reliable. Thank you Richard and staff!

Richard took time to talk us through our options to cater a package that was perfect for us. The work was top-notch and we plan to work with Richard and his team in the near future.

This company is anything but reliable. Spoke to the owner on March 25, 2016 and told me Id have a quote within 24 hours. I had to contact him to inquire about the quote and he told me he would need to go back with his foreman to get a final number. Said he would let me know within a week. Its April 14, 2016 and Im still waiting for his week to end. Poor communication - stay away!

We hired Reliable Landscaping to re-build our retaining wall and set up a new drainage system. They were so easy to work with and completed the job on time and on budget, and the new wall looks much better then the original. We would hire them for any of our landscaping or irrigation needs. Richard was always quick to respond and answered all our questions in an efficient manner.

Richard was easy to work with and communicated through texting so I did not have to go through an office and wait for return calls. His work crew members were polite and respectful. Richard has exceeded our expectations for walking us through how to use our irrigation system, making tweaks for best usage of water, and making sure we are completely satisfied with his work. He also allowed us to pay in two payment which allowed us to get what we really needed. No complaints.

I contacted Reliable Landscaping for a quote on laying sod in my backyard. I had a mess of weeds with very little grass mixed in, and with two dogs I felt sod was my only option. I quickly received my quote then Reliable stayed in touch with me about when the work could be done (this was late winter). Got a call last week that they wanted to prep my yard and lay the sod the next day and thats exactly what happened. The prep was done well and the sod looks great. It still has to take root, but Reliable has checked in with me and answered many questions about how/when to water, etc. Also important to note -- the sod was cut thick and meant I couldnt open a fence but they quickly came back to correct that. Overall Im thrilled with my new backyard and cant wait for it to green up. I plan to use Reliable for maintenance moving forward to make sure my investment stays beautiful. I called Reliable to do some landscape work, move a few bushes, a small tree, mulch and build a flower bed. Their prices were so affordable, I was able to expand the project! The crew was professional, and very hard working. I am very pleased with the work and would recommend this company for mow and go and landscape projects.

We hired Reliable Landscaping to install our irrigation system in Mt Juliet. We feel they were fast with the installation and everything was done with proper permits to meet codes. They used quality Rainbird equipment. The yard looked pretty good when they were finished. The only down side was the gravel and small rocks that were dug up and still on the surface of the yard and beds. I doubt that any company would have taken the time to remove these. They did take out any larger rocks however.
