Tyler and his crew have done a very professional job of landscaping a steep enbankment at 3060 Golfside Lane in Cummings Cove community. The project involved installing dual 75 foot long walls creating a terrace effect. The overall goal was to have a level area for planting shrubs, etc. and this has been accomplished thanks to Tyler and his crew.

Tyler did an exceptional job in helping to alleviate rainwater and drainage problems around our property, and making our home exterior aesthetically pleasing! We consulted with several contractors and none of them gave the attention to detail that Tyler gave. He was by far the best in presenting the ideas/solutions to our problems in the most cost-effective way. Since we were unfamiliar with the area, he was always happy to answer any questions we had. He and his crew were professional, courteous, friendly, meticulous in their work, but also in making sure the site was cleaned up thoroughly. We have had a hefty downpour of rain this past week, and Tyler made an effort to go to our property to make sure that everything was working properly. He discovered that a very small area needed minor attention. He contacted us and informed us that they will be doing any repairs needed to fix the problem. I’m willing to bet that no other company does that! Tyler is amazing and we plan on hiring him for our landscaping maintenance and any future projects. Highly recommend WNC Land Management!

Tyler installed a French drain next to my house and I could not be more pleased. His workers were very organized and worked hard, never stopping until the work was finished.Tyler is a total professional: he listens to your needs, offers suggestions and options, is well organized, and shows up when he says he will. His price was reasonable and came with a highly detailed proposal that makes the the costs totally transparent. I plan on using him again in the future for any yard issues. I must add that Tyler is also very personable and possesses excellent old-school manners that aren't as common as they used to be.

Tyler and his crew built a retaining wall around our newly paved driveway with a French drain, a river rock trench, evened out the ground and grass seeded the edges. Tyler was quick to come out to provide ideas and give a quote. He was easy to work with, professional, reasonably priced, they did great work, it was done in a timely manner and they cleaned up when finished. They power washed the driveway, picked up all debris and even hauled away old timbers that lined the driveway. We would highly recommend WNC Land Management!! Thank you for the awesome work!

As a retired general contractor I have dealt with hundreds of subcontractors and have seen the best and the worst to deal with. Tyler and his crew were very professional, on time and communication was great. They went above and beyond the scope of work when needed and completed the job without any problems or cost overruns. I would highly recommend WNC Land Management for all phases of landscaping.
