The hurricane was not kind to my property, but Southwinds Landscape saved the day! The backfill was washed away from my foundation, the culvert providing drainage from my creek was clogged with silt and a fallen oak had undermined my driveway. Kim took the time to listen to my issues and came up with cost effective solutions to all my problems. I am very pleased with the results and recommend Southwinds for any of your landscaping needs.

I hired Southwinds to replace our old gutter under system with a new one. They were extremely efficient and did it in a timely manner. The work was done quickly. I am very happy with the work done and would highly recommend them.

Tyler and his crew were an absolute pleasure. He Actually came in below budget on this substantial job. The trees, plants and shrubs were all excellent quality and after about a month in the ground, they are still doing great. He will be coming by to do a second walk through, and he has assured us that anything that needs replacing will be timely done. After experiencing previous disappointment with local landscaping companies, we can gladly recommend Southwinds Landscaping to friends, neighbors, and family.

We are very pleased with the work Southwinds did for us. The owner, Tyler Smith, is a real artist and designed a backyard that is both beautiful and functional for a reasonable price. Our house had a slope into a ravine when we purchased the house, and we couldnt even walk fully around the back of our house without holding on to the siding! Tyler and crew took care of the vegetation, grading, two stone walls, etc. in a very professional manner. He is flexible and creative, and the final result looks fabulous. About the only downside is that Southwinds is in demand, so we had to wait some months before they were able to do our job. Then again, for something that will permanently enhance our yard, it was worth the wait.

Southwinds Landscapes created an artful retaining wall for our backyard that we are very pleased with! Tyler and his crew were a delight to work with, provided a timely and accurate estimate, executed the project on the promised timeline, stayed within budget (even considering a few changes we made), and stayed with the job until we were completely satisfied. The crew worked exceptionally hard getting the rocks, dirt, and concrete in place! It was amazing to watch them perform efficiently and effectively. As a bonus, they helped us move a couple of items inside the house. It was handy to have muscle available. We couldn t be happier with our project and Southwinds Landscapes!!!

Southwinds recently upgraded our gravel driveway using beautiful stone landscape edging and replaced the old gravel with smaller, color coordinated stones. Southwinds provided a custom plan that included all of our specific design and planting requests and worked closely with our irrigation specialists on a final watering plan. We were especially pleased with the quality and maturity of the six larger trees planted-Desert willows and crepe myrtles- and we think we received excellent value for the work they did.

Southwinds did a major project for our home in Hendersonville (Laurel Park), NC.. We had an erosion problem and everyone who looked at it just wanted to build tiered walls. They came up with a beautifully creative solution that solved our erosion issue and created amazing outdoor space including a terrace for a hot tub and a fireplace where we now enjoy our evenings.
