Based upon a recommendation I received about Bullseye/Drew, I proceeded even though I did not receive the in-advance estimate I requested (to be fair it was a short time frame from when I approved the work to when it commenced, but nevertheless I was advised I would receive). The invoice came in about 20% or so higher than I expected even though the job was not completed (shame on me). Speaking of the invoice, I received it in advance of the work being finished and then received a past due notice the very next day, again prior to completion (even though there was a correction to the invoice that needed to be made to the invoice based upon plant count that Drew readily made). While Drew apologized and blamed it on his billing system, why not fix the billing system? Also, annoyingly, there was also a tip the crew prompt on the online invoice. While I often tip workers for their good service, I just do not appreciate being prompted to do so on an online invoice (or premature past due invoice). Even though I sent photos of the plants I wanted to be planted, all of which Drew indicated would be planted, I was advised by the crew that they could not plant two cacti because they were too large. Also, the crew was unwilling to install the sprinkler control on the inside of my garage as it necessitated simply drilling a hole, but instead wanted to jury rig it on the outside front of the house. Finally, a couple of the crew, while nice guys, were clearly not experienced. So as I learned, really not a full service landscape company. Conclusion: Receive pricing up front and understand the limitations of Bullseye.

Company representatives, Drew, showed up on time and as promised. Walked the project with me and took written and video notes exactly the way I wanted. Sent me an estimate the very next day and scheduled the work to be done in two weeks. Work crews showed up on time as scheduled and performed an outstanding job as I wanted. Headache-less work and no surprises. Thank you Drew for your professionalism and paying attention to details. I also appreciate the 10% discount on the entire job.

Aside from great communication, we had an embarrassing amount of weeds, just too much to deal with which left us putting it off, total overwhelm. I was skeptical when the approach for clearing was a weed whacker. The guys got the lot cleared very nicely and I have not seen but a couple weeds since - that was 260 days ago!

Bullseye is great. They are easy to contact by phone and email, and you can attach pictures, so that they are not going into it blind, or just based on your verbal description. The guys were punctual, efficient and quiet. My backyard was in particular neglected and needed lots of weeds, loose leaves and tree branches removed, and they did it all faster & quieter than I expected. They also removed a couple of dead cherry trees in my front yard. They have the right equipment and experience for the job. I recommend that you hire Bullseye for any and all your outdoor landscaping/maintenance needs.

I knew it was time to do something about my landscaping when I couldnt see two corners of my backyard due to overgrown shrubs and a tree trunk that had fallen from a small multi-trunk tree. Life had gotten in the way and I did not have time to keep up with all the maintenance of the landscaping. I called multiple companies to get quotes on a major one-time cleanup, and Drew of Bullseye was the very first to answer the call. He was able to provide a quote using several photos I sent along with explanations of what I wanted done (including removing the unstable tree and multiple shrubs), and the quote was actually within the range I expected. He was extremely patient while I discussed everything with the other member of my household before accepting his quote. We had a date set, but I ended up canceling after consulting with a landscape designer whose ideas will change the scope of work I requested from Bullseye (much of the plant removal wont be needed). I didnt want to waste Drews time while my designer and I figure out what to do with the landscaping, and he was nothing but supportive when I emailed him to cancel, even offering to provide a new quote once everything is nailed down. Drew was so responsive and professional when he was contacted about this clean-up project. His quote was also reasonable for the amount of work I originally requested - not inexpensive, but within the range I expected. I will not hesitate to contact Bullseye Outdoor Services when I need a major clean-up in the future.

They did a great job! I needed a tree repaired after it was blown over by the wind and they made the process so easy. They even fixed some of the drippers for me at the same time and tested them to make sure they were working before they left. Great experience all around and will definitely call them again if I need more work.

I have had yard services before but never like this! This was the most amazing lawn service. The two gentlemen that took care of the lawn service were impeccably polite. The service that I requested was impeccably completed. If you are ever needing a lawn service company this is the company for you! I tried two lawn service companies before I found Bullseye. The first one was a no show and the second one was a drive-by for an estimate on front and back yard clean-up, who was late and then didnt even call or ring the doorbell when he got here, so he never even saw the backyard! I called Bullseye and they showed up exactly on time, checked out everything, and gave me a good price for a major clean-up of both my front and back yards and an irrigation repair. They were on time, professional, courteous and just really good guys. It was a pleasurable experience, and I plan to continue with their maintenance service, as well as any other yard care I have. These days it seems difficult to get reliable people to do good work. Any landscaping need you have, just go directly to Bullseye and avoid the wasted time and effort dealing with the others. I promise you will not be sorry!

I found Bullseye Outdoor Services from yelp by searching landscaping services. I reached out to 3-4 other companies and only Bullseye was the only one that had the best response time. They quoted me by text and was able to fit me in the same week. I needed bamboo trees trimmed and cleaned up from over growth in the past few months and also replanting a few desert plants in the front yard. It would have taken me hours to do this on my own but they were able to knock it out within an hour. The price and time they charge is very reasonable and I will contact them in the spring to get more done in our backyard.

My husband and I had been longing to find a lawn maintenance company that would do seasonal cleanup in our backyard to include pruning of a couple small trees, shrub and floral trimming and fertilize for the spring. Three companies we contacted seemed vague on estimates and were unable to gain our confidence in what we could expect to get for our money. When we called Bullseye Outdoor Services, Drew himself answered the phone -no prompts, no we will get back to you - Drew was willing to come out at his earliest opening and give an estimate. He came out and boy, I was impressed because when we explained what we wanted, I knew he WAS listening. What he said it was , it was, what he said they were doing to do, they did. He sent out a crew of two very kind, very knowledgeable, very skilled young men. But the best part, these men were ALSO good listeners. Even though they had the job outline on their phone , they insisted we walk them through our expectations and then they worked so patiently taking their time- I was thinking they were doing their own yard. The work they did for us showed pride - hard to find these days. Bullseye exceeded our expectations and we feel confident that their monthly maintenance of our yard will be a sense of pride for them AND US! Don t think twice about hiring Bullseye if you love your yard!

I am very impressed on with Bullseye. I am selling a house and I told Drew what we needed done. He went out a sent me a detailed estimate that included yard clean up and planting 14 new shrubs. Leading up to them starting he kept in contact with me. After they were finished he asked if I could meet his team at the house to see if there was anything else that needed to be done. Drew came out gave me an estimate, and set up a day for the work. Two weeks later still no work done! Called and left a message and no return call.

If you need yard cleanups, tree/ shrub trimming / removal, irrigation work or other outside jobs I highly recommend Bullseye. I needed some particularly formidable ground cover dug up and removed from my pool area. Andrew had his crew come over, and within a couple of hours these two super hard working guys cleaned up the space and left it ready for anything I might want to plant there. The price was reasonable and I highly recommend this company.

We recently hired Bullseye Outdoor Services LLC for our yard cleanup. We called several lawn service companies for estimates and was pleasantly surprised when Drew, the owner showed up on time for our scheduled appointment.
