2nd time I ve used Jr s for my yard clean up. The guys did a nice job as before. However, this time I had paid to have a few plants replaced and was told they would set the water timer. When I asked about this as they were leaving the guys said of I don t know. Not great especially because it was in my signed agreement they would be doing this.

Jrs Lawn Maintenance is a full service landscape maintenance service. I have been using them for about a year. They cost a little more than most of the others but they do a great job, and if theres ever a problem they take care of it right away. So far Im happy with the work they do.

What I value is professionalism and that is something very hard to find in this type of business as most of them are too small to have any kind of process. My prior landscaper sent me invoices in Microsoft Word which did not add up sometimes. This company has automations and processes which as a CPA I appreciate. They do fantastic work. I am so happy I found Jrs Lawn Maintenance! I was having problems in the past with gardeners who performed sloppy work or were unreliable. I dont have to worry about that any longer. Jrs has been fabulous; their work is VERY thorough and my property is looking great! They have even kept up with my aging sprinkler system and done repairs as needed. Update: Prior to leaving this review I called to voice my concerns to the company as I was asked to by them. Attached photo. After calling them and leaving this review they discontinued service to my other properties and their response is attached as well. The response seems wildly contradictory and inconsistent with their strive to maintain good customer service. No I m not happy, I called to voice that and rather than make it right they decided they would cut service to remaining properties. That s their right as a business, and I guess that s just how they chose to do business. I m just reporting what happened so others can take these things into consideration. Original review: This company is reliable in the sense they will show up to just clean up your yard. They do a good job of that and things are neat and clean. However, 2 of our large cypress trees died and we were not aware of this until our property manager let us know. It turns out they were simply not being watered. Unfortunately we couldn t save the trees. When I called to address this issue I was told irrigation is not part of my maintenance plan . One of the most basic plant needs like making sure the trees are receiving water is not part of their maintenance plan and will be extra. They were aware there was leak in the irrigation that may have contributed to the trees not getting water but didn t communicate that to us or even offer us the irrigation plan until it was to late. They instead told us they took a look at the trees and that the trees were still alive when they were there when they were literally not even receiving water. We weren t ever given even a chance to save the trees before they died but company was happy to offer a quote for us to pay for removal and replacement. Just some things to consider when hiring this company.

Original Post: We have been using Jr s for a while now and it s always been good service and quality work. It s also amazing to go outside and see the lawn looking nice. We use them on a monthly basis for our lawn maintenance. We just do not have the time and prefer to have a professional handle it. They have been good thus far and will probably continue with their service so long as this stays in the positive. Update: One thing that has been on my mind is that they plan to raise the rates from $100 to $120. It might not seem like much, but they also charge a fee to run our credit card but also not sure if there is another option to pay. Guess I will have to do some detective work.

Jr s Lawncare is who I went through for a small project of planting a few trees and shrubs to meet an HOA requirement that came out of left field. I called four lawncare services, two of which said I had to meet a $5k minimum. The other lawncare service who was going to give me a quote, was a no-show. In a world full of lawncare obstacles, I found Jr s to be reliable, be willing, be timely, and be professional. I would recommend them for ANY project (big or small, +$5k or less than $5k). My only criticism is their prices are high and they dont give a very large discount for return customers. Having said that, the next time I need lawn service I will be calling them first!

I hired jrs for a one time backyard cleanup. I had a great experience from start to finish. The only reason. I didnt give 5 stars is because there was no indication by me that I wanted any trimming. The only thing on the estimate/work order was the cleanup and rake rocks. The guys actually removed 4 or 5 limbs from 2 trees before I went out and stopped them. Other than that they did a nice job on the cleanup and I would use jrs again.

I have 2 big trees that needed trimming. JRs team arrived on time and did a good job, so I now use them for scheduled cleanup maintenance. They are reliable, friendly, and they do a good job.

They did a good job on our yard BUT when we moved into our rental house, the JR crew set our sprinkler system to go off 3 days times per day. When the rates skyrocketed in the summer we got hit with a $550 July water bill. And JR took zero responsibility for our bill hike though they were the ones who set our system to water at the hottest time of day. They fired us as clients when we called them on it. UNPROFESSIONAL and UNACCEPTABLE. Be careful with them because if they make a mistake they will NOT take accountability.

This is the 5th lawn maintenance company I have had and they are by far the best. If I had one gripe it would be that contacting them on the phone is more miss than hit. That said, I leave them a message or email them and I get a response within 24 hours. Other than that, they have done great work on my lawn, fixed my irrigation leaks, and talked to me about my lawn care so were on the same page.

We had JR s do a spring clean up, and monthly maintenance. As well as a tree removal, and could not be more happy! They did a great job, and even cleaned our pool after tearing out a tree and using a blower, which of course blew some debris into the pool. Professional work, at a reasonable price. Highly recommended!

Jrs lawn maintenance did a great job on the cleanup and regular scheduled maintenance that started today. They did such a great job on the cleanup and getting out all of the dead out of my bushes and trees (no ladders). Everything has shape now and doesnt look so over grown.

Update: Ive been using Jrs for the past 2 years since my first review. Never disappointed! Always on time, they do good work, and clean up afterwards. Went through 30 gardeners before Jrs (no joke!). Original Review: Juan gave me a fair in-person free estimate, arrived promptly with his helper (masked and called ahead), did great work trimming shrubs, blowing, and hauling away debris. Very professional: clean truck, good tools, expert work, and final cleanup. Ive dealt with over 40 yard maintenance companies. JRs was by far the best. I would use again!

The process of getting a quote and scheduling service was super easy and the crew did a thorough job.

I had them cleanup and redo my front yard over a year ago. They did do good work except the fact that they cut off the water feed for the backyard system. I didnt discover it till just this year and all they would do is charge me another $2500 to fix something they cut. In addition to that, they trimmed one of my trees up front so much that it has since died and now Im getting notices about it from my HOA to replace, which means I have to spend even more money now. Would NOT recommend their service anymore, would have prior to all this but that has changed.

I am extremely satisfied with this company! Their customer service is excellent. My front yard was in desperate need of help as my Sumac tree sheds so many leaves and I am unable to keep up with maintenance of it. It also grows those pesky tree suckers which I hate having to pull every couple weeks. They came and did an initial consultation and listened to everything I needed. Within a week they were at my house to perform the work. I came home from work the day they did the work and my yard looked awesome! I love how my yard looks now. I am definitely using them for continued maintenance. I could not be happier!

I had contacted 8 landscapers in the area and didnt hear back from any of them except Jrs Lawn Maintenance. They got back to me fast and came out to give me a free estimate. I was then put on the schedule shortly after. Had a number of palm trees pruned/cleaned up and they did a phenomenal job. The yard looks amazing. Looks brand new again! Seriously super happy with the job they did. They even came on time. Thank you so much!

We asked to clean the front yard. They basically trimmed hydrangeas all the branches 1/3 length of what it was(after I already trimmed myself). There are kinds of hydrangeas, it ll need to be trimmed just above the new green butts. These people are not landscapers but just cleaners. Don t know what plants they are dealing with, the correct way to trim. Another thing was the green bushes. It was already shaped as sphere, and they trimmed it to square, and again, way to small, the half size of it. As I do trim myself, I know that square is way easier than keeping the shape of sphere, so I know what they were doing. Lastly, they trimmed by the side yard gate, all the scrap fell inside of the gate and left as is. I called them, explained what happened. And this Victoria says we do on our way, winterize the plants, you didn t say anything . Wait a minute, if this is a decent (or normal) business, they would ask how would like it to be trimmed, any shape you have in your mind? , No, nothing they ve asked. Again, the bush WAS sphere shape, who ll think that it ll be different shape and not existed one. Hydrangea would not bloom in our yard this spring. She went there is nothing we can do . They will not fix anything. How they charge you is they ask money in front, and some other in the finishing of their job. So I told them we can pay for this because those hydrangeas and bushes are basically ruined and can t be fixed , Victoria said go ahead, that is no problem, WE WILL JUST SEND THE BILL TO THE COLLECTION COMPANY . This was the deal, we pay some, after the job we satisfy we pay some, no, now they are saying something different. Do not use this unskillful landscapers , use only for blowing cleaning job. Two stars instead of one is because we used them once last year, only blowing the yard, collecting all the yard waste, and they did good job, (didn t ask for the trimming that time) so we thought we will use them again. - To the business answer The problem was that we only got there is nothing we can do, we will send the bill to the collection company , that is never faithful businesses would do. Not even we ll refund some , or what can we do to fix . Only that s our common sense to cut so deep to winterize . Right, your common sense is NOT common in the world, please don t push your own common sense. That whatever you are now talking about would be just scam at this level. We paid for the service, and we lost our landscape bushes which never be able to be fix but wait another few seasons. Never sorry just excuses and demands.

This company is great! We had been trying to find a maintenance service for a few months and kept having problem after problem with communication and flat out unfriendly estimators. NOT here! We got our estimate and it was incredibly reasonable and after explaining everything to the very friendly person giving us the quote, we talked about future maintenance expectations. He sent everything we talked about to his office and by the end of the day we had an appointment scheduled within the week and future maintenance scheduled. When the maintenance workers showed up to actually complete the work, we did not have to repeat ourselves and exactly what we talked about was completed. Nothing more, nothing less. It was incredibly refreshing working with this company.

Showed up right on time, took less time than I thought, did everything right, and left the lawn barely looking like anyone was there. Could not be happier.

We recently had JRs Lawn Maintenance come do a front and back yard general cleanup. They gave an estimate and was way lower then others that came by to do estimates as well. We have had other work done in the house and you always get what you pay for. Was real hesitant about using them because the price they gave. But the gentleman that gave the estimate was very professional and listened to exactly what was needed and submitted the estimate very quickly. When they arrived to do the work; the 2 guys were on time, very professional and attention to detail. They finished the complete job and even did addon work that was needed. After the completion, they showed me everything they did and made sure everything was done how we wanted. We will definitely be calling them back when ever our yards deed more TLC. I stayed using Jrs lawn care a few months ago. I found them on yelp when I requested rates. They were prompt in replying and came out right away to give me a quote. Once we set the appointment they came out and started working. I live in an HOA and just moved here from out of town, so the HOA was on me immediately to have the yard cleaned. The rates were comparable to the other quotes I had received, but no one else was as friendly and responsive. I love that if I have a question or need to skip a month I can just text them and they reply right away. They also send text reminders when they are coming out. They are always friendly and always do a great job!

Just wanted to tell Jrs office and team how much I appreciated there service and superior work! We had service for a year and are moving but will definitely pick them back up at our new location! As a tenant the owners had certain requirements and They went out of there way to make sure they had the tools necessary and made the property look fantastic! We had an immediate response to a quote with a next day free in person estimate. Less than a week later the crew was out and performed all the changes to landscape perfectly and repair of our irrigation in half a day. We thought the work would be at least a full day. Our front and back yard went from disaster to beautifully landscaped in just a few hours. Amazing work.

JRs Lawn Maintenance does my next door neighbour front yard and i like it. My front yard has a big palo verde tree that i love and other plants and bushes that i usually maintain. This year my tree blossomed a lot and had lots a dried flowers falling, was overgrown and the strong vegas wind put it out of shape completely. They came in and trimmed it very well along with the bushes. At the end the front yard looked clean and in shape. They heard my comments and i was very happy with the time service and value. They did an excellent job and will use them again!
