I reached out to Green America as my front tree was dying and it needed to be removed and replaced. I got the quote at the end of August and we finally got the tree done! It took awhile since quote due to me having 2 HOA s and needing both approvals and then having 811 locate utilities for them to remove the tree. Gaby at the office is great and she was always so helpful when I called! If I had to leave a message, she would call me back either the same day or the next. She would always answer any questions that I had. I would highly recommend Green America for any of your landscaping needs!!

They handled tree trimming, tree and grass removal, reworked our sprinkler system drip loops, brought in beautiful rocks that transformed the look of our yard, and skillfully installed a path with pavers that has made the space both functional and visually stunning. Four team members were here this morning cleaning the yard and putting in additional sprinklers on the house we just moved into. They worked so hard, never taking a break from 8 am to noon. From the Green America office staff, estimator, landscapers and paver installer, the work and professionalism was outstanding.

I called to make appt and I was told to send photos so they can give me an estimate. I did that within the hour. I was told they d get back to me with a quote which they did. After I received the quote I asked her if we can set up an appt. She said I ll get back to you. Umm ok. Strange response. They never got back to me so the next day I messaged them again about setting up an appt and I was never responded back to. I even told her that I had an emergency with my water irrigation not working properly. By the time these people get back to me if they do at all, my plants will be dead. Extremely unprofessional and upsetting. I have used them a couple times in the past. But I ll never use them again.

I had converted some lawn on my 1/2 acre lot to a draught resistant landscaping that included, rocks, plants and irrigation updates. From Gabby in the office and her helpful and friendly demeanor to Saul who over saw the entire project and made sure everything was done right and met our expectations, I was impresses with their level of professionalism. The crew worked clean and efficiently. I will be using them for any future projects. I m relieved knowing that I made the right choice in having selected Green America to do the job.

I was seeking professional landscaping services to include the removal of grass, hedges and clean up to convert to desert landscaping. I went online and recognized the name Green America. I called the number and was impressed from the very start with the receptionist Delia. She had a smile in her voice and was an attentive listener. She scheduled an appointment for an in person estimate. The Supervisor Saul came on the scheduled day. He listened attentively and saw my vision and told me exactly what to expect.I was given a quote and he honored the quote. Once the deposit was placed in his hands he set things in motion promptly! He bought his assistant Junior with him who took measurements on the spot. He is as awesome as Saul . When I say this team of professionals handle their business and are skilled and talented, it is an understatement. The ball got rolling non-stop. Each person had specific duties they performed well, and they work as a team. This is when the winds were blowing heavily, and a little rain here and there. They did not stop the work. The arrived each morning promptly at seven a.m. each day. At quitting time they left everything clean and orderly, ready for the next days work! Courteous and professional. I was informed of the process , and any questions I had I could call the office where a message was taken and the receptionist always informed me what next steps to expect. Irene was as professional and used her expertise as well to ensure my needs were met! I am elated by the outcome and the presentation of our beautiful landscaping. Heads are turning and people are stopping, taking pictures , asking questions , and filled with compliments. The work speaks for itself! It s hard to pick the right person to do landscape renovations. One way over sells their services and gouges your pocketbook. Another has issues showing up and yet another is just questionable. Green America showed up and from the start I had confidence these guys work. The boss man, I forget his name, talked with me and immediately grasped the concept I was going for. He offered great ideas I have not even considered, not over selling anything. He gave me a timeline as to when work will start and finish. True to his word, the day comes and Green America shows up in force. 5-7 guys get at it and finish the job in a timely manner. A week after, boss man shows up to insure the job is correct and any issues (there was none) would be resolved. I am glad I picked them to do the work. I will recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable landscape company.

Very good service. On time and the price beat the other 8 plummets that gave me estimates. I have referred them to a friend and they were very happy with there work.

What was most important was making sure we got the rebate from SNWA, and they made sure our vision for our front yard would qualify. We did indeed get our rebate which approximately made the project 30% cheaper. We provided the designs, and they executed it perfectly. They were very easy to work with, our yard looks great, and they did so in a timely manner.

I ve used this company twice for tree removal and have been very satisfied with their work. I found them to be prompt and professional- They come with the heavy duty equipment and a crew of men sufficient to complete the job in an expedient manner. It appeared that each man had a specific job to do and knew what and how to do it. They did an excellent job and did not leave until everything was put back in place and thoroughly cleaned up. I called to get a quote with this company for a spring clean up and JR came out to look at the whole project , unfortunately from then on it was a horrible experience, from Gabby (receptionist) arguing with me, to the owner himself not trusting me but instead only interested in collecting money rather then to please the customer, and i would not waste my time with to even call them!!

We hired Green America Tree Service to take care of our landscaping needs. Within 2 hrs. their crew seamlessly orchestrated cutting down 9 large trees and disposing of them in a portable chopper. They even drilled holes, poured poison in the stumps, swept and blew away debris, leaving our yard spotless. We will definitely recommend Green America Tree Service to friends, as well as hire them in the future.

The owner didn t care about what my wife and I wanted, he just did it the way he wanted to do it (not satisfactory) He was rude and needs to be redone.

I hired this company to come out and trim my tree of dead branches and to blow my back yard of leaves. What they did was trim my tree of every living thing on it. It now leaves absolutely no shade in my yard and looks absolutely abysmal. On top of that the yard has more debris than when they started because they did blow my yard like I hired them to do in the first place. Would not recommend. This company is a sham. Edit: After contacting the company and expressing my displeasure, they sent someone out to access the situation. They explained the way they trimmed my tree will be beneficial in the long run as it is properly cared for. I said that I understood that but it was not what I asked for. And if they had told me before hand it would have been better than just seeing something I was not prepared for. They offered me a full refund and had another team come out two days later to finish the job of blowing my yard of dead leaves. Yard looks decent now. Upgrading from 1 out of 5 to 3 out of 5.

We ve used Green America for many years and are very satisfied with the company. I had a palm tree removed from my front yard, pretty messy job! When they finished the job, the yard was left very clean. We also had some pavers done around my spa and it turned out really nice! Sauls and his crew are very hard working, respectful and always on time. Gabby is the best to work with.

The crew sent to my home were on time, very nice and courteous. They trimmed the areas I had requested and shaped around to make it look nice. I appreciate the work they did. They also cleaned up afterward. They were to trim my neighbors tree also...which they did. The tree in her yard was bigger than mine and it looks beautiful! They are an exceptional crew!

They advertise free quotes online but asked for $120 up front when I called them. Plus they charge $120/hr labor when I found a competitor, who did a great job fixing my issue, charged only $80/hr.

Had them do a complete Landscaping. It included removal of 2 trees, a walk way, fence, retaining wall, and plants. They did an excellent job!! Yes, I would hire them again if needed.. You cant see the fence in this photo, it wasnt put in yet here. The fence was install just on the left of the steps. They did a beautiful job!!!

I contacted Green America based on an advertisement in the HOME Concepts magazine. From my initial contract through to completion, I was met with courteous and professional individuals. My free estimate for major pruning of a very large tree, pruning of front yard bushes, removal of dead plants was explained, and I understood exactly what I could expect for the quoted estimate. The office support staff was pleasant, courteous and responsive to my needs and an immediate appointment was established. On the appointed date, three gentleman arrived on time, confirmed the work to be done and immediately began their task. They were pleasant, courteous, professional and industrious! They were a well organized team that worked very well together. I was impressed! When they finished the task, they began their cleanup and removal of the debris. When completed, there was not a speck of dust left behind! I am now contracting them for my backyard landscsoing needs and regular maintenance. This company is spectacular. We used them to completely renovate our front and back yard. They demolitioned our jungle-like existing yard. Then they replaced all our real grass with artificial turf front/back yard. They built a cinderblock wall around our pool equipment. They did all kinds of excellent paver stone paths for us. Installed new irrigation, and accent lighting. Their price for all this work was about the same as our quotes to just have the grass changed to artificial turf only. Great Value. And they did it SUPER professional, extremely hard working, Saul runs a tight ship. Thanks guys.

Green America was awesome! We hired them to completely re-do our backyard. They had a competitive bid (we had 3 companies bid for the work), showed up when they said they would and quickly got the work done. We are thrilled! The work we had done included trash/junk removal, the installation of a lot of plants/bushes, and the installation of a lot of artificial grass. They were so easy to work with and handled everything so professionally. Ill recommend these guys to anyone who needs any type of landscaping or yard work done!

Very professional, very fast, great clean up and competitive prices! We needed some landscape work at our home, 2 each sago palm transplants, to purple chase tree trimmings, one partially dead tree removal, various plant removals and landscaping rocks and other products removed for disposal at dump. I got three quotes, two from the Home Concepts magazine in Las Vegas, and one other one from a friend who came highly recommended. They were tied for the lowest bid but it was their professionalism that one us over. They gave me a bid on a sheet of paper detailing all the work. The others did not! Their license number was imprinted on the side of their truck, Along with their phone number. They work fast and efficient and we are mindful of the other plants and sprinkler lines I had on the property. They continually asked me if what they were doing was good as they worked on. When it was all finished they did a very good job cleaning up, my wife double checked and she was happy so that means they did a good job! I will recommend this company to anyone!

They were contacted to remove some landscaping and replace a tree. They were pretty good right up to the end where they fell apart a little. They tried to cheap out staking up the tree by leaving the shipping pole against the tree and not getting the second pole to do a cross over offset with a pole on each side. They did fix it as soon as I mentioned it but I shouldnt have had to say that! The tree also appears that it might have been planted shallow, I see a feeder root that was not visible when it was in the box. I am going to be building up the front area where the tree is planted so Im not overly concerned. Overall they werent overpriced and they did a decent job! They will probably do some more work in the future!

I contacted Pro Green Land after I saw their ad in a local home magazine. Saul came out and provided me with a quote to do a first time landscape and monthly maintenance afterwards. The first time involved the removal of 2 large cactus and trimming of a large tree. Gabi confirmed the scheduled appointment prior to them coming. Saul and his crew showed up on time and made my yard look great!. This year has been real tough for me as I am getting older and had fallen and received stitches this summer. I normally do my own landscaping but was unable to keep up. Saul was not only fair and did a great job. Knowing that my landscaping is in great hands I will be using Saul and his company on a regular basis. Thank you for treating my yard like it was your own.

Lots of trees on an acre of land but its never a problem for this company to keep them maintained, removal if needed, and a company that responds ASAP to solve a problem.
