DO NOT use Centerpoint Landscaping and DO NOT believe what the owner Steven say. They used to have great designers/sales team members, but things went down after all the good workers left the company.

I want to say thank you to Jesus and his crew at Centerpoint. They are amazing. The crew that worked on my project worked hard and was very professional. They always answered any questions I had as the project progressed. I met with Jesus today and his foreman on the job, and it was a constructive and productive meeting. Centerpoint has been wonderful to work with. I didnt know what to expect, but you all have been great to work with. Jesus went above and beyond to address all concerns during and after the project. He always responded to calls and texts promptly. Jeremy played a pivotal role in making the contract process with Centerpoint a breeze. His thorough explanations and insightful suggestions made my decision to sign the contract much easier. His expertise was evident when he offered suggestions on aspects I hadnt considered, such as the need for a backyard suitable for aging in place. His design, which incorporated my preferences, was perfect and exceeded my expectations. The transformation of my backyard, thanks to the hard work of Jesus and his crew, is truly astounding! Todays walk-through, where Jesus addressed any remaining concerns, was a clear demonstration of Centerpoints commitment to customer satisfaction. Six months after having Centerpoint Landscaping redo my front and back yard at a cost of $50,000 I have to say I would not recommend them to any of my friends. The design they did was nice, but some of my plants died, and the one tree I paid almost $900 for snapped in half from the wind, they added extra rock to existing rock, but didnt match the color, so it looks uncoordinated. The biggest issue is my gardner whom I have had for over 5 years said if Centerpoint Landscaping was an ethical company, they should have replaced my PVB valve and Irrigation clock automatically when doing a major $50,000 remodeling job on my yard. My PVB valve and pipes are totally rusted out and leaking all over the ground and my Irrigation clock timer is 24 years old and quit working. My gardner said any reliable and ethical company would have automatically replaced those items when replacing all my drip lines, especially since it was such an expensive project and anyone could see that my clock and valve was already rusty and old. When I called the manager and asked why they didnt replace those items, I was told they were old and worn, but were still working when they did the project, but said they would come out and replace those items and the dead plants for almost an additional $2,000. Honestly, I would not do business with them again. They definitely do not care about clients once they have your money and have completed the job.

They did a great job at modeling, planning, and installing everything in the backyard. We were told that we had a 90 day warranty on the plants they installed in case they don t survive. Due to Vegas summer heat, 5 plants dried out. I emailed them in July to inquire about the warranty which should still be within the 90 days, no response. Emailed them 2 weeks later to follow up, no response. Now I m well past the warranty period so I have to replace these plants myself. This is my first time trying to contact them after the job was complete. Seems like they are on top of communication and customer service until they fully get paid then they forget about you.

Beware of this company! Certainly a bait and switch once you leave a large deposit! Las Vegas has a lot of landscape companies, do your homework! Zero stars!

I contacted Centerpoint for landscaping design to which they did a great job on the design. They failed to inform me prior to paying a $10,000 deposit that they could not start the job for 5 months! This was crucial information in order to make an informed decision. Had I known that they were booked so far out, I would have contacted another company for my project. The office manager said that all companies are booked this far out but I found another company to start immediately. I reached out to the owner Steve who tried to cover and say that his team is always up front with timelines. It wasnt until after I paid the deposit and signed the contract that they provided a timeline. The owner Steve refuses to give any refund from my deposit and is trying to justify the $10,000 that I paid so he doesnt have to refund me. They are claiming their design fee is $10,000 despite their website stating they give free estimates.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They will keep your deposit and not be honest about timelines and how they will keep a large deposit!!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!

First and Foremost our designer Greg S is five stars all the way. The design, planning , collaboration and vision of what we were looking for in our backyard renovation truly came to life. Secondly the project started on time (actually earlier than we thought) and we were told it would take about 10 weeks to complete. The company did communicate the proper expectations for the work being done and the majority of work was completed in 9 weeks. There are ankle biter issues of work not being completed or working to capacity that are still being worked on however the majority of work was completed on time. This is a smaller company though that works and acts like a small boot-strapped business and lacks the infrastructure and tools necessary to effectively communicate with customers on large projects like ours.

I HIGHLY recommend the Centerpoint team for high end residential landscaping services because they are remarkably professional and more importantly, incredibly kind. I recently received an unnerving call from my HOA s security rover telling me that I had a gushing sprinkler leak that is flooding the street and that I needed to turn my water off to avoid damaging other homes. I was 30 minutes away from home so I called Centerpoint who we already use for maintenance. Meghan calmly listened, and provided instructions on what to do when I got home. She asked that I call her when I got home to go over what to do again and to drive safe! Within 10 minutes, I received a call from Issa at Centerpoint who informed me that our routine Landscaper Dave Plunkett was on his way to the house to assist. She explained that Meghan communicated the details of my call and reassured me that they were there to help. Dave was at the house when I arrived and was fixing the issue and provided a plan moving forward. He also reassured me that there was no water damage to our property or any of my neighbors. Top notch customer service!!! Thank you Meghan, Issa and Dave!!!

I just want to acknowledge my sincere appreciation of the work Centerpoint Landscaping completed for my home. I found Centerpoint Landscaping online and I am so happy I called and scheduled an appointment. Saul one of their design assistants came out the day of the appointment and listened very carefully about my desired landscaping needs. He took all the necessary measurements and scheduled a design session with me in the Centerpoint offices. I was very impressed with his presentation and the time he spent with me to ensure all my needs were met. There was no pressure or rush but instead a constant reassurance that Centerpoint would complete the job when and if I decide to sign the contract. Once we finalized the design, I signed the contract and the rest is history. The landscape lighting package and the backyard redesign turned out amazing! We are truly happy with the results and the professionalism Centerpoint Landscaping provided. Everyone in the office and the team that did the work was truly amazing. They walked me through the entire process and was there to answer all my questions. I would recommend using this company to all my friends and family for all their current and future needs. Thanks

Tried requesting a quote for some residential irrigation system repairs, but unfortunately they are not taking on new small residential customers at this time due to a shortage of manpower. However, Noel was kind enough to refer me to some trusted irrigation companies that they work with, so Ill try them out instead. I would still consider them for my other residential projects once things improve, hopefully in a couple of months.

Centerpoint completely remodeled our back yard including trees, pavers, and turf. They were extremely helpful, responsive and creative. We had a challenge with our pool which necessitated a late design change, and they rose to the occasion and really did an absolutely fantastic job. Id have no hesitation recommending them, and am planning to use them for our front yard remodel as well!!

They were great to work with and worked well with our home automation company DMC Systems to provide automation to the fire pit so we can turn it on and off from our phone! In all, they had good attention to detail and were on top of every question or issue we had.

I cant even begin to tell you how impressed I was with the entire team at Centerpoint. Las Vegas is one big flaky town when it comes to hiring contractors and other service providers. But Centerpoint was upfront from the beginning about the scope of work, showed up on time, stayed true to the bid, and did really fantastic, quality work. The entire management team including Megan the Office Manager, Greg the artist/bidder, the owner of the company and the construction manager, Edwin were all fantastic. They communicated with each other on a daily basis and made sure they stayed on schedule. The workers were truly amazing. The dream team (as I affectionately call them) came out each day and were very particular about the job, spoke perfect English, were courteous, professional and polite and had pride in their workmanship. They showed up every morning bright and early at 7:00 a.m. and left at 3:00 p.m. They were very considerate with my pets and my schedule. The transformation of my yard was nothing short of remarkable. I would highly recommend Centerpoint to anyone who wants a quality job at a reasonable price. What was once wasted space and 30 year old spotty grass is now our little slice of heaven that we enjoy with our friends and family on a daily basis. Wish I would have done this years ago! Steve and his crew did an amazing job on our courtyard project! Although it was not a huge project, there were many moving parts that needed to be planned and executed. First, he needed to demo the mess left by another contractor .... just a disaster left by that company! But, Steves team developed a cohesive strategy to demo and rebuild appropriately, including proper permits, inspections, and attention to detail; and, communication was always timely and accurate. We couldnt be happier with our finished product! Thanks to the entire Centerpoint Team!

The experience we had with Centerpoint Landscaping was beyond what we expected. I wanted to share our journey in case others find themselves in the same situation: My wife and I had a general idea of what we wanted to be done in the backyard. We contemplated doing it ourselves, but after some research determined this would take forever and I would probably screw something up. We did the usual song and dance of reaching out to a couple different landscaping companies based on reviews and pictures online and in flyers. Jeremy, our assigned landscape designer, was extremely punctual for the initial walkthrough and immediately made us comfortable with our design ideas and how they could implement them along with offering suggestions to make it more feasible. A few days later we setup a date and time for a presentation to view the design and quote. At first we were concerned because it seemed like it would be more like a sales pitch. We were wrong! For about 30 minutes we sat down with Jeremy, reviewed a 3D version of the design (Amazing) and then went line by line through the quote to answer questions. Not once did we feel pressured to give them the thumbs up or put down a deposit. While their quote may not have been the cheapest, the design, quality, and thought that went into it sold us on the entire package. Over the next few weeks we worked with the Centerpoint Team on getting HOA documents prepared and submitted, finalizing the plant list, and also scheduling a construction start date. Special shoutout to Meghan, the Office Manager, who fielded my calls and questions about every little detail. Not to mention she would communicate with us on every slight change in schedule to make sure we were prepared for the start of the job. Originally our construction was supposed to last about six days, but ended up going a few days over, which was no issue for us because we were notified of the delay prior. I can t say enough good things about the construction team. They were extremely courteous of our property, took their time with each piece of the project, and we could tell that they cared about the quality of their work. The final product is above and beyond what we expected and are extremely satisfied with what we had paid for and surprisingly the final result looks better than the 3D drawing

Centerpoint replaced our landscaping and installed artificial grass the spring. It was a big undertaking and was about a two week project due to the size of the lot, but has definitely been worth it. As a girl from the midwest I admittedly miss the smell of natural grass, but it feels good to be doing something good for the environment (and lowering our water bill!). Meghan and the team was awesome with follow up to make sure that everything was in working order after the install, and Mark was incredibly professional with scheduling through the whole process - especially when life throws other home projects at you unexpectedly. I have done two backyard landscaping projects in my 16 years living in Las Vegas. The first one didnt end up the way Id hoped and always felt kind of disappointing. (I dont even recall the company I worked with then.) Centerpoint designed and completed my second landscaping project. The difference between these projects was immense. Mark at Centerpoint really listened to all of our needs and ideas, then turned them into a project plan that actually works. He made beautiful renderings for us to get a very realistic view of what the yard would look like, then made changes as we changed our minds on things. The whole project did end up taking longer than we anticipated, but that was due to overall supply issues nationwide. I wouldnt hold that against them. I hope to be able to make some landscaping tweaks to my front yard in the future, and while those wont be as large as taking a completely empty backyard into a stunning landscape, I would still look to Centerpoint for that project. Everyone we talked with was friendly and respectful.

These people need to train their employees on how to drive, especially with regard to driving a truck that is towing a trailer. The driver of one of their trucks did not know what to do when his travel lane finally ended, so he suddenly pulled into my lane, the left lane, and stopped. He almost caused a multi-car pile up! I could see the drivers look of panic in his side mirror as he tried to figure out how to proceed! This is why we have motor vehicle accidents, because people dont know how to drive and cannot critically think through a problem! Next time, I hope there is a traffic cop nearby to teach this driver a lesson! UPDATE: I moved my rating from one star to three stars because the company PROMPTLY responded to my review with a promise to address motor vehicle safety with their employees, which I feel was an appropriate response. At this point, I can only hope that this additional training is reflected in their drivers performance on the road.

I know I annoyed Steve while we were in the planning phases. I had my own ideas and Centerpoint worked with me every step of the way. I reviewed every line item and we discussed why the price was what it was. But I appreciate the time spent and the product results. It was a lot of work - barren new backyard and a slight update to the builder grade landscaping in the front - all on a single income budget. The crew was always on time, polite and they worked so hard. Their work is above average in quality. My neighbors say the front is the prettiest in the neighborhood. There would be five stars but sometimes when I ask about something I feel Steve schluffs me off with a standard answer. So I gave up asking. But Meghan makes up for it. Thank you.

Centerpoint did an awesome job on our back yard. We basically had a dirt lot for them to work with. They added turf and about 15 plants with water running to each plant. They did all this in 5 days! They ve also been very responsive with replacing plants that didn t survive the heat. We ve had 3 plants that simply couldn t survive the 110 degree days in Vegas and Centerpoint had had workers come out and replace each plant and give us advice on how to help keep them alive in the heat. Highly recommend!

I am giving Centerpoint Landscaping Services (CLS) a 5-star rating for its design and installation of landscapes for the front and backyard of my new home. CLS designed, planned and executed the project to my full satisfaction. The members of CLS, from management to working crew, were professional and responsive. Any questions, issues or concerns were promptly addressed. After learning my interest in having a contemporary/Japanese style landscape that will complement my backyard mural of Mt. Fuji, Steven (the President) assigned Mark (who did studies of Japanese architecture in Japan) as my architect. Mark was the right architect to design my contemporary garden. He understood what I envisioned; synthesized my input and emerged with a design concept very much what I was looking for! Mark was aware of my high expectations and worked diligently with the mural artist to make sure the landscape design would complement the mural and that the work schedules of mural painting and landscape installation would not be in conflict with each other. I was also impressed with the 3D design technology used to provide a realistic view of the landscapes of my front and backyard. Since I knew what I would like in my yard but had little or no knowledge of trees and plants, I had a lot of questions. Mark was patient and took the time to enlighten me on that subject. Steven who has a rich background and knowledge in horticulture assisted in recommending plants along the line of my visual preferences. It all worked out and I was happy. I must not forget to give credit to the landscape installation crews who did an excellent job in bringing Mark s design to fruition. They are hardworking craftsmen and to be able to see how they did it from start to finish was quite an eye-opening experience for me. Lastly, but not least, Meghan the office manager was very helpful and responsive to my calls and requests. She kept me updated on contract paperwork and project schedules. To sum it up, I associate Centerpoint Landscape Services with professionalism, responsiveness and work excellence. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a first-class landscape service provider.

We had Centerpoint redo our front yard landscaping for $22,000. The job was done well and so we called upon them again to get a quote for the backyard. After coming out to discuss the project and take measurements on Feb. 4, we never heard from them again -- unfortunately, this is very much what we have experienced with this firm -- very poor communication and customer service. Very disappointing.

We worked with Mark on the front yard design and drafted up a great design we were happy with. Edwin and the crew did great knocking out the job in 4 days and were always friendly. A few weeks after completion we had a slight issue and everyone at Centerpoint was fast at fixing the issue, thank you Centerpoint! Highly recommend them!

Centerpoint designed and built our backyard from scratch (gravel). Mark came and met with us and spent time looking at photos of backyard designs we had seen online and incorporated the elements we liked into a custom design for us, something entirely original. Steve then personally supervised the construction. The quality was top notch. No corners were cut. Steve followed the design, added some upgrades and changes as we went along, and stayed on budget. The work crew took the time needed to get everything right. Our friends comment that our backyard is like visiting the Hyatt. We could not be happier.

Centerpoint Landscaping Services did a fantastic job in our back yard. The first appointment was with the owner Steven and the designer Greg. They came to our home and discussed what we were looking to do in the backyard. We discussed our plans and exact measurements were taken. A couple of weeks later Steve and Greg returned to our home to make the presentation. Using a fantastic computer program, we were shown a terrific design. The computer program was able to show us every detail from any viewpoint, including changing the time of day to demonstate the movement of the sun in the backyard. A extremely hard working crew of 4 men headed by Edwin began a full 7 days work of 8 hours per day to transform out back yard into a showplace. The results are beyond belief and we have the absolutely most beautiful back yard to enjoy for years to come. The plantings are wonderful and we could not be more satisfied. It is a PLEASURE to write a recommendation for Centerpoint Landscaping! Recently, they completed a complete remodel to our tired 15 yr. old backyard and added enhancement landscape to our front yard. Our initial meeting with Mark Johnson, the landscape architect , was a relief; our previous experience with professional landscapers hasnt always been pleasant or truthful. Mark truly envisioned and produced the exact yard we wanted and worked patiently with us to do minor adjustments. His professional architectural experience and talent created the Zen yard we wanted. His vision opened our yard and enhanced our view from all viewing points . His choice of plant and landscape features truly transformed our yard into a feature! The performance of the landscape workers was outstanding. They were gracious, respectful, dependable and a pleasure to work with - they worked straight through each day to complete out project and always left the work areas clean and safe. We appreciated that Centerpoint were true to their word - they promised us that once they started the project, they stayed until FULL completion...and they DID! Several neighbors have complimented us on the improvements and we can only praise Centerpoint Landscaping to others!

I gave Steve some basic ideas for my yard. He came up with a plan that was beyond my expectations. His crew were prompt and professional and finished ahead of schedule.

Our back yard was finished as promised and looks perfect. Follow up concerns have been addressed in a timely manner. Have recommended this company to family and friends and they have also had good results.

I wish this place had zero stars. They may be good at installing initial landscaping (I wouldnt know they did not do mine) but these guys are the worst at ongoing maintenance. They are the definition of blow and go. They do not pull weeds, trim back overgrown plants or check to make sure that your irrigation is working properly, The irrigation part is the best because when plants die because of their negligence, they give you a hyper expensive quote to replace them. No thanks I can drive to Moon and pick them up myself. They also run this place like a multi level corporate entity. Have an issue with your service? You cant talk to the guy that walks around your yard with a blower aimlessly, you have to call the office. Its a never ending run around. These dudes are the worst. Do yourself a favor, buy direct from Moon, have them install, and then just get a guy that owns his own little deal to take care of your yard.; Stay away from these guys.

People at Centerpoint Landscaping did an excellent job for my backyard. Our designer Mark designed a perfect yard for us. Responded quickly to all my questions and concerns before and during the construction. The job was done on time, and the end result looks great. Definitely recommend to anyone who wants their landscape to look amazing.

Does not know anything about customer communications and service. This company bought our previous landscapers business and was explicitly rude in addressing any issues and concerns we had. No introduction, no concern about current situation with our plants and no consideration with communication. We are glad that we will not be contracting these people to work on our yard.

Centerpoint Landscaping Services took over our old Landscape Service Company and it has been a miserable experience. They lack communication, they changed our service date after being told our service day would not be changed and they raised the monthly fee. To top it off they havent shown up on the days they used to be our service day nor the new day. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! There are so many other companies to choose from.

Steven is the owner and was always 100% transparent/honest with us through out the process. We gave him our design and his team turned it into reality! His crew was on time and completed the job in a week. I like that the crew didnt rush and they take true pride in their work. The crew did a fantastic job cutting and laying down each brick perfectly in place. We truly love the way our backyard looks and it was worth every penny we spent! The crew at Centerpoint Landscape does an amazing job! They are very responsive, communicate well, follow through on everything that they say they re going to do and are reasonably priced! They are very respectful of my yard and my animals when doing work. I ve been very pleased with everything that they ve done for me. Which BTW, includes a tortoise habitat that they built for my tortoises Spidey. It turned out wonderfully!
