Rafael, the owner of JS Landscaping, is extremely professional and his company does quality work at a reasonable price. What I was most impressed with is their work ethic. Not only do they show up when they say they will be there but everyone on this team works hard and they clean up every day they have been here. The finished product is immaculate and professionally done. I would recommend them highly for any landscaping work.

Rafael and his team did an amazing job completely transforming my yard, which was overgrown and in disrepair after 40+ years. This was a large job, basically stripping my entire yard back to soil, removing rock groundcover, and demoing railroad tie retaining walls. They then replaced the entire irrigation system, ran downspout drainage lines, re-graded, installed block retaining walls on both sides of the house and along the back property line, installed stone stairs and crushed rock walkways, rebuilt my brick patio, rebuilt garden-block planters, built raised vegetable garden beds, and re-planted/mulched the entire yard. Throughout the entire process I was kept up to date on what was being done, what had been done, and what was next to come. The entire team worked hard through quite a rainy season to keep the project moving along, and Rafael was great at communicating when the unforeseen surfaced (house was built in the 70s, so plenty of large trees/roots and oddities). Multiple neighbors commented on how respectful the team was and noted how well they made sure to clean up, every single day. High level of professionalism. I also had other contractors pouring concrete and installing fencing during the project, and Rafael/JS was very accommodating with timing things to not interfere with each other.

Great company to work with that does high quality work!

I called this company because it had a 4.7 star rating in Google but when I got ahold of somebody and they agreed to come out they asked me if I could text them the arrangement details as far as time and date and my name and address like they didnt have a system to enter it into. Then on the day they were supposed to come out they called me an hour before the window and asked if they could come early because they were available. I told them I was not available until the time window and they said. Then they said they would reschedule me for the next day but, I was not available and I was available at the time we originally arranged. That to me is bad business so for that reason they get a one star.

Rafael and his team did a great job clearing and leveling our weeded back yard. They also laid sod for us. They are very efficient. They had multiple men and were very organized with materials so it only took them a day to do everything. They worked us into their schedule extremely quickly and were on time. We referred them to our neighbor because we had such a good experience!

We engaged JS Landscaping to totally re-do the patio and side area of our townhome. This involved tearing out the old patio, removing heavily settled river rock...and replacing it all with flagstone and a finer more walkable aggregate. Rafaels team was thorough , detailed, and made sure any future settlement problems were taken care of with thorough compaction and re-leveling. The patio and side area turned out beautifully. Rafael and his team (especially Gerardo) were responsive, neat and tidy and on time. In short, they did an absolutely terrific job. i would hire them again anytime

Rafael and his team lead by Gerardo did an excellent job extending our patio with pavers. They made sure it was done right. Definitely would call on them again and would recommend them to a friend. Positive

I called Rafael and his crew for help making my side yard more usable. His quick response and quality work got this done in a matter of hours. A total of 12 cubic yards of dirt were removed, the rest was graded and leveled allowing me to use the space. Now that this is done I m definitely going to call them again for future plans for the are which include concrete and paver work.

JS Landscaping completed a fantastic backyard project including removing a lot of nasty overgrown shrubs and small trees and then brought our vision of a backyard upgrade to life!! We wanted a path to the garage and back gate, and some solution to all the mud that appears after every snow and rain. We also added some new turf and had the irrigation lines adjusted to save water!! Truly an amazing job, very professional and friendly. Check out the pictures of the completed project.

The entire crew at JS Landscaping LLC did a fantastic job. From the moment we contacted them, they showed up and got us a quote in a timely fashion at a good price. They showed up and started the work within a few days and....wow! Completely transformed our yard. Respectful, on-time, professional, clean, and pros at what they do. They went above and beyond on our project......certainly went the extra mile. I will be hiring these guys for our next project...no questions asked.

JS Landscaping did a great job with our retaining wall.

I ve hired JS Landscaping for two projects over the past two years. Both were for removing weeds, trees and rocks and then putting down new weed barrier and rock. The most recent project this month was removing an old chicken coop, fencing, an apple tree and waist high weeds. Rafael and his crew brought in a skidsteer to make quick work of removing old growth. Over the course of 3 days the weed-filled coop was transformed to a nice new rock RV driveway. Rafael has been responsive, easy to work with and reasonable. We will definitely hire them again!

We set an appointment with this contractor, confirmed the morning of and they still did not show up. We called, they said their car broke down. Professionalism is at least calling to cancel. Edit: I attached the text screen shot since the contractor is not taking responsibility.

Raphael and his crew were incredible! Our project included extensive landscaping and concrete work and they are a one stop outfit. The project took about 2 weeks but they cleaned up the job site every night. Raphael stayed in constant communication and was a pleasure to work with on this diverse project. I highly recommend this company and they are definitely my go to for any outside projects in the future!

Rafael and his crew from JS Landscaping LLC did a great job on my sod and sprinkler system install! I was anxious co-ordinating landscaping with a concrete project on my property that was already scheduled, but Rafael assured me that the two could be done together, and that his work would be done correctly and efficiently along with the other, and it WAS! I now have a beautiful new lawn and irrigation system that works perfectly. A sewage line repair caused havoc to our backyard. Rafael and his crew at JS Landscaping did a fantastic job restoring our flagstone walkway, flagstone retaining wall, and railroad timber retaining wall to its original beauty. Rafael was polite, punctual, answered all our questions, gave wonderful suggestions, and provided an accurate proposal. Rafael and crew did a phenomenal job on my landscape project! I had a tight budget and Rafael really helped me stretch my money to complete all the work I needed done. And it looks great! They built a beautiful cedar privacy fence around my property and xeriscaped my front yard. They were quick and thorough, and Ill be using them for future landscaping needs.

Jose does excellent work at reasonable prices. No job is too big or too small. He built raised beds for me, rerouted the sprinkler system,, built paths. Ive seen numerous illustrations of his creativity on a variety of projects, including decks, fences and pergolas. So his company includes construction, as well as green scapes,planting, trees, shrubs, sod, etc
