ABARCA is a shady unprofessional company beware.

I called for a quote, I asked they send me via email the quote in writing, since its for a block wall between neighbors. I have to present it to them. gave my email , never got the quote

Great work, had a sprinkler emergency and these guys came out after hours and got the work done fast!

I called and they set up an appointment to come and give me an estimate for my backyard. They never showed up or even call to cancel or re schedule. Very unprofessional.

We hired Abarca Landscape Company to design and landscape our front yard a few months ago. They did a wonderful job as far as design and installation of turf and landscape plants and trees as well as creating a front courtyard. We would certainly hire them again for any future projects!

This company was referred to me by my father in law who had his yard done a few months prior. We were told we were being squeezed in as a favor. Despite my property looking amazing, I would not recommend this company to others and would encourage folks to make sure they know what they want from a contractor. I don t feel we received good customer service and the company was not responsive or empathetic. We worked with Efren. At first things were fine but then we noticed a pattern and we never knew where we stood. We would only get calls back or a text back after days to a week of pestering. Voicemail box was always full. Anytime there was an issue and I reached out, I felt like a nuisance and feel I was treated like one. For example, the team was supposed to install a drip line, they didn t finish laying it down and they didn t program it. When I called stating it wasn t functional and asked when they would be back out, I was told that I wasn t looking at the line correctly. Then in Spanish while on the phone our manger confirmed with their team it wasn t completed and they had used the wrong line. Once installed, our drip line for our expensive fruit trees went crazy a few days later and wouldn t stop running. It resulted in a 5 gallon bucket of water collecting on just one of the three trees. When I called and texted Efren explaining it was an emergency and the valve was malfunctioning, it took 4 days to get a response suggesting to lower the timer which we hadn t changed from their settings. Many other things went awry or required multiple visits to finish/fix (wrong size concrete, bricks on the retaining wall not being adhered properly, trash and rusty nails onsite). We only got results when we would complain or pester. That s not what a homeowner or client deserves. While we quoted the full project, Abarca only did concrete, a retaining wall, and sod and irrigation. We spent our own money and sweat to produce a beautiful yard and saved a few thousand in the process. I will note they were flexible with us when we had to pause our project for HOA coordination, but even that shouldn t be the cause for the consistent issues we experienced.

These guys are professional. I had a relatively large residential project that included concrete for widening driveway and walkways, a large patio of pavers. They did planting of a number of fruit and flowering trees. Installed a drainage system and watering system. Work done quickly and exactly as quoted. Plus they cleaned up after themselves. Excellent workmanship.

Awesome work

Abaca was truly awesome to work with. They did exactly what we wanted, worked within our price range and even made sure everything was safe for our dogs and pool. I can t recommend Abarca enough. We will use with any of our landscaping needs and recommend to anyone looking for landscaping.

They came highly recommended. We were told 6 to 8 weeks for the project to be started. The 6 to 8 weeks turned out to be 4 months plus before they had started. We told them that we were going to be away. But they started anyway. They finished majority of the project then stopped and demanded to be paid. Nothing in their contract says progressive billing. We have gotten back and have tried to contact them, but they are not returning our calls. This is not a professional company in our opinion. We have been in the contracting business for over 40 years and understand how to do business. We have had some of our clients for over 30 years.

These guys pride themselves on doing top quality work. We had them come out and re-landscape our front and back yards (new concrete, sod, trees, irrigation, drainage, planters, the works). Everything came out better than we expected and for a great price too. Get these guys if you want your landscaping done right.

These guys are 100% legit. I would highly recommend them to my friends and family. They came out and provided a free estimate and I felt like their price was fair. After the work was done im even more stoked. Awesome company. 100% recommend.

Excellent Service , On Time , Great Customer Service

Carlos and Anthony of Abarca Landscape Company provided me with exemplary customer service which is rare these days. Not only did they landscape my entire backyard they updated the design in the front as well. I am a recent widow...both Anthony and Carlos are prompt with any concerns I have (especially with my solar-sensored sprinkler system) as well as keep promised appointments. They provide reasonble prices up-front. Upon final agreement of work to be done a contract is drawn up and adhered to throughout the project. They use high tech machinery as well as quality products. I recommend Abarca Landscape Company without any hesitation!

Did what they said they were going to do, when they said they would do it and cleaned up everything in the entire yard. Great customer service and work performed.

Anthony and Carlos did a fantastic job on transforming our backyard. They planted numerous privacy hedges for us along with pine trees, deep watering spikes and redid our drip system. They were excellent at communication and kept us informed at every step of the process. They showed up on time each day and cleaned up after themselves when they left. Of all the bids I received they were the most expensive, but feel given their experience and professionalism it was well worth it. The plants are all first quality and very happy in their new location. Thank you again for everything Abarca!

Anthony and his wonderful crew did my backyard last week. They put in a new retaining wall and layed sod. It looks wonderful and I couldnt be happier. They were on time everyday and were very friendly. They even put up with my dogs checking them out. I would highly recommend them and will definitely use them again if the need arises.

We needed an entire front yard makeover and we needed it done quickly since we will be listing our home for sale soon. We also had a few palms that needed trimming in the back. These guys came out right away, gave a good quote, and completed the job the next day! Professional, the front yard looks amazing and they cleaned up well at the end. 10 out of 10 recommend!

Quick timely response and listened to request offering professional input. Kept to schedule & finished project as agreed to. Accepted and implemented last minute changes. Work was done in a professional way. Project was removing 600 sq ft of grass & several plants in raised planter, installing walkways & rocks, plants & sprinkler system in back yard. Project was started before rains & completed after so lots of mud everywhere. Clean up was complete.

These guys took their time at my house and did a fantastic a job for a more than decent price. Very good work!!!
