I just started using Emerald Lawns this Spring. My grass (zoysia) was suffering and weeds were taking it over. Too much for me to address alone. I had low expectations for quick results due to the condition of my lawn. Surprisingly, the lawn looks healthy and weeds appear to be less than 10% of my lawn in just 6 months. The services I signed up for are weed control/fertilizer, moisture retention and bed treatments. This team is reliable, they always check in with me when they arrive to see if I need anything and they ve even pulled up some stubborn crabgrass. D Artagnon in particular is professional and knowledgeable. Very happy to be doing business with this company and team.

The Emerald Lawns crew of Markus and Isaac worked very diligently, were professional yet friendly, explained/answered questions I asked them and treated our project as if they would their own home. (Jason immensely helped me with planning and options, which was wonderful.) We had a dig out, weed barrier, edging and rock fill next to our downhill driveway and also our outline of our front cemented sections just below the stoop step-up area, that we are 100% pleased with and improved our curb appeal immensely! We will hire them for any additional hardscaping projects and also continue to use their year round lawn treatment services [sidenote: ignore what the dirt/grass looks like next to driveway as that is directly caused by us... look upper left and you can see a section of green grass they directly helped grow!]

The techs are nice and appear to be knowledgeable from their lawn treatment reports, but their billing system leaves much to be desired and some of their customer service staff are sarcastic and condescending. I m taking my business elsewhere.

We gave Emerald Lawns a try last year due to the drought stress on our lawn over the past two years. Amazing work. My lawn has bounced back tremendously. Very few weeds and amazing health and vigor that I noticed last year. With these spring rains lately it looks good heading into these hot months. Alex stopped by today and applied a Grub prevention and a fertilizer treatment. I appreciate the communication from Alex on what they found and treated. It s nice not having to worry about maintenance schedules for my lawn.

I really wanted to use Emerald Lawns based on stellar reviews. But they must be having some office issues bc no one has come through for me. Have reached out 5 times and I still can t get a tech out here. I have spoken to very nice recep twice, talked to Ethan once and emailed Ethan twice but still can t get anyone out here. They do a satellite pic of lawn and their estimate is based on everything that s green and I keep telling them everything that s green isn t lawn. Recep said they d send a tech to measure area to be serviced but to date NO ONE has come or given me an accurate estimate. Sadly disappointed.

I was not happy with my previous lawn care that used powdery compost that got all over sidewalk and driveway and charged more.I highly recommend Emerald I started mosquito control with Emerald also. The tech Marcus explained how the traps work and took care to place them in exactly the right spots

Emerald Lawns is a great service, reasonably priced, and with personal, professional, and industrious employees. Their product has been beneficial to the lawn in spite of water restrictions and extreme weather conditions. Im so glad I learned about Emerald Lawns and chose them!

After talking to him he was very knowledgeable. It was pretty brief he was at my home so not sure what the average time is spent per lawn.

Jose has been my lawn tech for a few seasons now and he rocks! He always answers my scheduling inquiries, as well as lawn-related treatment questions, promptly and professionally. Too expensive for what was spread on the lawn. The material they spread is lighter than regular topdressing so its impossible to rake or blow leaves w/o also displacing or raking up what they spread. Also they skipped a section of my lawn I instructed estimator to ensure they include before hand. Gave them a month to reply to my DM to resolve.
