On April 16th, I prepaid for services (spring spray and insecticide) that were never rendered. I called in May and spoke to someone who told me that if I was not signed up for several sprayings, they generally wait a few weeks to schedule it, but someone would contact me soon. I called again in July and left a voicemail message, requesting either services to be rendered or a refund. I was left a voicemail message (which is saved on my phone) stating that they would make sure I received a check for the $617.58 which I paid. It is August 16th, and I just called again to request the status of my refund or if services will ever be rendered. The receptionist on the phone said she would have to reach out to the accountant. I asked about what guarantee that I might receive, and she indicated she could not guarantee I would get my refund and that "checks sometimes get lost in the mail." I again stated that I have been without the $617.58 which I paid in April. She said she understood but did not have the authority to authorize my refund. I asked for a timeframe in which I should be receiving a call from someone regarding this issue, and again she said, "I do not know." I need resolution to this issue. This is unprofessional and unacceptable for this type of service. If it is not resolved by weeks end, I will consider it theft and refer it to the authorities. All I asked prior to this is either services to be rendered or a refund and neither has happened in the past 5 months.
I had a large tree branch break in the windstorm. They showed up fast, did a fantastic job, and were very nice and professional.
Jacob did a great job and was very kind. He took the time to talk to me and address any concerns I might have about my bug application(s). Thank you all for being able to get me in this year for bug control around my home.
After 2 years of service we have come to the conclusion that doing our rather larger property ourselves would yield far better results. With the high prices and minimal results I would not recommend....ever.
Townsend may be a stretch for their services. Nearly July and still no first application. Second year of delayed service. TruGreen has been to my neighborhood in May.
Didn’t have much of a yard but had grass, now I have nothing but weeds. We used them for two years. They came last year 2022 which was hottest year we had and couldn’t water because they put fertilizer down and burned up what lawn we had now have to start all over again and lived on this property for twenty three years. Our neighbor used them also and he could and had to lay sod to replace his lawn. We are in our later 60’s and can’t afford to do what our neighbors had done. They took advantage and please pay attention what they are doing!!!
Had them seed our backyard. They were supposed to level grade the yard, didn't do that. They were supposed to remove large rocks, didn't do that. They ran over concrete edging that we had made around our septic (reimbursed but not a great price and only after getting multiple collection letters for the cost even after being told we wouldn't be charged that). Our lawn still hasn't come in and we've called only to have a "we'll send someone out to look at it" more than 4 times. Don't waste your money. Paid for nothing to happen at all. Should have done it ourselves or paid for sod. If I could I could zero stars I would. FYI: We installed a sprinkler system prior to the seed and had it in a schedule.
I contacted them for a qoute. A week later an employee showed up to measure the lawn. He did not come to the door but I heard him outside. I contacted him and he said he would have someone contact me in a couple of days. Two weeks later with no follow up I phoned the office. I was told there was no information I had contacted them but I was assured someone would call me back. 1 1/2 weeks later still no contact. Hopefully by reading this it might help you avoid trying to use this company and waste your time. Not sure how a company like this can stay in business. I will stay with the lawn care service I have been using.
I called on Monday asking if someone could come as soon as possible. I talked to a very nice man . Nitrogreen came on Tuesday!

My girlfriend spoke with the receptionist who was great but the moment she had to hand us off to scheduling they never got back to us to set up a day or time to spray our lot. Not impressed! As a local I expect local companies to provide quality service and make appointments in a timely manner. Would never recommend nor personally use ever again. Very disappointed.

We use Nitro Green for our spider problem. Eric is always on time, personable, and informative. He explains why he is doing things, why they are effective, and how to help the problem. We have been using him consistently for a few years at our office. He is super thorough and patient with our questions. We call him the spider-man, and look forward to having him here.
Worst weed spraying I have ever seen. I have more weeds and 3 times hire than before Sean sprayed. Terrible

Eric came and sprayed for spiders for us and set traps! He was wonderful and very knowledgeable. Eric had a great attitude and had awesome customer service skills! I would recommend him 100%!

Don t know if they changed hand but I was a weekly customer for 4 years & then when I called this spring for service the guy acted like he didn t know me & said they worked & had no room for. Terrible customer service.

Do a good job
Shane called me back the very next day about spraying my home & lawn for pests & spiders. He was very understanding about my needs & concerns, he listened to me & made me feel that he was taking good care of it so I didnt need to worry anymore. I could tell right away that the spray was working. I was very pleased. Only thing I was hesitant about was the price- was a little steeper than I expected or can afford. But am hoping it will last at least 3 or more mths so it will be worth it. Thank you for being a responsive employee Shane! Great job!

I have used Nitrogreen for spraying my lawn and trees as well as pest control for over 10 years and have always been very happy with the results. Hired Nitro Green to take care of a wasp problem under the skirting of a trailer. The gentleman sent out to service the issue, Matt, was very polite and professional and took care in making certain the skirting wasnt damaged. He was attentive to any concerns I expressed and left me with a very positive opinion of this company. The rate charged was very reasonable, the timeliness was good and I would recommend their services to anyone in the area. If I ever need pest control again in the future I know who to go to.
Nitro Green tuned up my lawn mower and now it runs better than ever. I also use them for spraying my yard, no longer have a weed problem. They are great, will definitely use them again.
Nitro Green does what they say they are going to do. While the service does not take long on my yard they are courteous and kind and on time. The results are great. My lawn improves with the consistent care.

Very good service. Gave a free dead grass consultation. The only problem I have is hat it seems like they just did a spot treatment on the second application, so I have weeds growing in different spots that are in the opposite areas of where they were last month.
Nitro Green came at my request because I was concerned about my trees and other vegetation that seemed to be dying. They were very professional and recognized the cause immediately. Now that I know the cause I might be able to save them. Thank you Nitro Green.

Nitro Green just finished the Fall Cleanup of our Business exterior. This is the first year we have had their services and this is by far the best job we have ever had done. They cleaned up years of leaf/pine needle/trash accumulation from under the shrubs. They trimmed our perennials perfectly! They truly are experts at what they do. 5 Stars. I have used Nitro-Green of Helena for many years for lawn fertilizer and weed control applications and lawn aeration and they are the best. I always had the best looking lawn in the neighborhood (my opinion of course but many agreed). I now also take advantage of their exterior pest control applications that are also very effective. And now they have Christmas Décor which I also utilize and our house is the envy of the neighborhood at Christmas time.
The folks at Nitro Green do a wonderful job. They are very considerate, prompt, and competent. I will continue to use their service.

We hired Nitro Green to spray our trees for pine beetles. They charged us double what was verbally quoted us over the phone and also charged us for more trees than we even had on our property! The young guys spraying the trees also sprayed my vehicle (the entire vehicle was dripping wet) with beetle spray and then denied it. I was really ticked. It was was such an unprofessional experience that cost us way too much.
