I could not be happier with the drainage solution Hamilton and the BLA team provided. Hamilton came out the same week, provided a fair estimate the next day, and project was complete in 1 day the following week. We will use them again in the future.
Working with this company and its owner and staff was above and beyond our expectations. From the planning stages to cost to completion all ours questions were answered, we problem solved as a team and the finished product was better than we could have imagined. Everyone on site was pleasant and professional. They left our property tidy and went above to make sure we were happy. We WILL use them again on future projects and would not hesitate to recommend them.
I highly recommend this terrific team. Hamilton Carrio has been a pleasure to work with. He did a thoughtful on site interview with me before starting the design work. He asked for input along the way. I asked for a focus on using native plants and he accommodated the design to include them. His team has been efficient, hard working and detail oriented. They kept a tidy construction site and left no mess behind. Hamilton has been accessible for questions or concerns. Either Hamilton himself or his partner have been on the job site to supervise every day. Hamilton has collaborated closely with the swimming pool company to make the best use of time and space on the work site and work schedule. Best of all, our yard looks amazing. I am thrilled. Hamilton and BLAM did an amazing job on my yard. He solved a terrible erosion problem I had in my front yard and replaced it with grass and mulch beds. They put in sod, mulch, and pine needles to tie my whole property together. The team was great and worked fast to get everything done in just a couple of days. Hamilton even came and fixed a section of sod after a delivery driver backed into it. I couldn’t recommend BLAM enough. Great company and reasonable prices.
We had the best experience with this group; both Phillip and Hamilton were incredible to work with as well as their crew. We were referred them by a friend who had them perform a major backyard project. We were sourcing a few different options for backyard contractors and they came in with the most fair and transparent pricing as well as a very expeditious timeline. They were responsive and honest in every aspect of the project. Additionally their process allowed for us to have full visibility into what we were getting even before the first shovel broke ground. We really enjoyed working with Phillip and Hamilton and already are trying to plan our next project with them!
Hamilton is a very hard worker. He took the time to investigate our issues and then explaining and demonstrating what he found and then making repairs at a reasonable price. He also took the time to train us and explain how the system operates. We cannot speak highly enough about our experience.
BLAM has done several projects for us, major landscaping project after house was finished. We are on 6 acres and are about 1/4 mile off of main road. Did 1/2 acres of grass, trees and other plantings, irrigation and drainage. Was a major project over 2 months, did a good job of the work and even better of communication. Had them back to finish the work after the pool we had installed was complete. Over past 2 years, did some additional irrigation work as well as replace some trees that were drought killed, under warranty. They are are our go to folks for anything to do with landscape lighting, irrigation and repair. Hamilton is a solid, honest guy who communicates promptly, does what he promises, and continues to follow up afterwards to ensure we are pleased and the work remains satisfactory.
Hamilton and his entire team has been exemplary in the way they have handled this job! We have been so pleased with every aspect of this project. They have been courteous, timely, respectful and helpful. Our yard is going to be beautiful when the grass greens and takes root. The landscaping and lighting is absolutely gorgeous. I would and will recommend Land and Agricultural Management to all who need landscaping or any kind of outside yard assistance. You cannot get more value for your dollar from any other company out there either. They are the best!

Hamilton & his crew were great to work with, excellent communication before+during+after our project. Quality of work was excellent, and they took a lot of care to investigate everything weird they ran in to on my property and leave it better than when they started. They are definitely my first call for future landscaping/drainage/irrigate/hardscaping projects.
Hamilton and crew did a great job with grading and laying stone in my back yard covering what was basically a mud pit. They were prompt, courteous, and went out of their way to make sure our drainage systems were in working order. I highly recommend.
We just finished a contract with BLAM, and can honestly say that it was an absolute pleasure to work with Hamilton and Philip. From first contact, to planning, to quotes (and re-quote after adjustments), scheduling, and installation. We hit a few snags due to weather, but Philip stayed in communication all the way through. Come time for implementation, these gentlemen were professional yet fun - very personable and respectful. I asked a TON of questions during the process - probably a bunch of dumb questions at that - and they took time to make sure I understood the answers. BLAM is an example of outstanding customer service, professional landscape design and installation, and just quality that is not often seen in todays environment. I would highly recommend Hamilton / BLAM for any landscape needs.
I highly recommend these guys! They installed a drain, brought in new soil, planted sod and planted three new trees for me. Philip and Hamilton were great to work with. Their communication was great. I never had to worry about when they were coming or what they were doing because Philip communicated the whole time to keep me in the loop. I was out of town the last day of the job and Hamilton even came by and watered the new sod the next day since I was not there. You can t go wrong with choosing these guys for your project!
These guys replaced my camellias that were a victim of our recent freeze and also made some changes to my irrigation system. I wanted the same ones I had and they were able to find them. I am so pleased with results.

We used Hamilton for a significant landscape project for our backyard pool area. He did a fantastic job, we are so pleased. He was prompt, communicative, and always did what was the right thing to do. We talked with several landscape companies concerning our project but we know we selected the right company to partner with. I give Hamilton and his company the highest recommendation.
We installed a pool in our backyard this summer. These guys corrected our drainage issues, helped us prevent potential erosion issues and graded the lot after the pool install. They replaced our yard from the back fence all the way to the street. The work was completed quickly and professionally finished. Excellent communication on expectations and timeliness and great advice on design of our new outdoor living space. We are very pleased and would recommend them to anyone.
