I needed a tree to replace the one which was blown down by high winds. I reached out to RLM and within days, I was contacted and appointment set for Brittany to come out, take pics, and answer my questions. The next day, I received pictures of options and estimates. I picked my tree and in a matter of weeks, tree is now installed. I love the attention to detail, quick responses, professionalism by installing crew, and the guidance provided by Brittany. My front lawn was almost beyond repair. Weeds had taken over and insects destroyed what was once a beautiful lawn. I was using a different lawn care company at the time. I contacted RLM and they sent out a rep to review the property and damage to the front lawn. I entered into a contract with them three years ago. Today, my front lawn is beautiful and the rest of the property well maintained. Professional, timely, high quality work . I highly recommend them.

RLM has touched my family close to home. They pulled up one day with 3 trucks to give my landscaping a total refresh. Needless to say I thought it was a mistake. I called the office and through celebrating 25 years of being in business they were giving free service for 25 families who were selected as also giving back to the community through volunteer work. I was so moved and what an amazing job, I cried I was so happy. You just do not receive experience like this nowadays. RLM deserves the reputation they are the best. I recently also needed a tree care service. They could not provide the service but called me back with a company that would be able to take care of it. Again thank you RLM , Carrie and staff so so much.

Our patio that RLM installed a few years ago is looking horrible. I called to ask best way to clean it and if this was normal. Person who answered phone didn t know. Left two messages. Never heard back.

This review originally had more information, some details of my complaints, photos, etc., that I believe are accurate. I subsequently received a letter from a lawyer for this company threatening all kinds of legal hell and damnation if I did not remove the review. I believe that in a lawsuit I would ultimately prevail as I also believe the facts are on my side, but the costs of litigating can be oppressive. So for the time being I have removed the original test of this review and photos, while I decide if its worth the costs of getting my own lawyer involved. Ask yourself do you want to do business with a company that when they receive complaints and bad reviews, gets their lawyers involved rather than engaging with the customer to resolve the issue or posting their own side of the story for the public to see?

5-star service from start to finish, Nick and his team were responsive, professional and worked hard to make sure our project was finished on-time and on-budget. Nick was knowledgeable and provided excellent suggestions as to what plants and materials would work best for our home. His execution was stellar, and the whole team really put their heart into making the project a great success. Two thumbs up as high as they go!

Their landscaping work was top tier but their lawn service would be hard to recommend.

RLM is awesome!! We have been using them for 12 years and recommend them to everyone who asks about garden/sprinkler/outdoor needs. We are needing to change one of our sprinkler heads because it shoots water too hard on our garden and our tech, Sergio. He has these same sprinkler heads in his own garden and recommended for us. Everyone in the office, Camie and Andrea are awesome!! I have been working with Camie for years and she has made working with RLM easy and helpful. She also helps us understand our options and tries to help us save money as much as she can. You definitely get what you pay for it is a great company!!

Their spring and fall cleanup is excellent. I also had them do maintenance in my wooded area and they did a great job and came back and tweaked it when I asked them to.

I have used RLM in the past at my home in Hebron, and this is the first time I have used RLM at my home in Valparaiso. The maintenance of my irrigation system needed to be turned on in the Spring, and then off in the fall. The young man did an excellent job, was very professional and I will use RLM again in the future.

We had RLM do mulch/landscaping last year and they did a great job. However, they came out this year to give us some ideas regarding our back yard and quote us for the various stages of work they were recommending. It sounded great! Until 2 days later we get an email, thank you for considering RLM, we would like to respectfully decline the landscape work desired. They gave absolutely no reason why and did not answer email or phone call regarding the drastic change from when they left our home. I am shockingly disappointed in their unprofessionalism.

We have found Ricci s to be dependable and excellent with their service. They have fulfilled their promises when we signed the contract. They are very cooperative and helpful. Their support staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I highly recommend Ricci s.

They were very good and reasonably priced considering the quality you receive. Nick is very thorough and saw to it that the job was completed on time and to our specifications. I will definitely use them when I m ready to finish the rest of the house. Along with yard cleanup they did an outstanding job doing our landscaping around the pool and backyard.

We got into the lawn treatment schedule a little late in the season, once we realized that we could not handle the fertilization and herbicide maintenance ourselves. The services are exceptional, and when we experienced an invasion of creeping charlie they came up with a plan and helped to solve the issue. Their communication and flexibility is very good, and they are always here on the day they say they will be. Its pretty worry-free, and we would highly recommend them. In fact, our next door neighbors inquired who we were using and hired Riccis to do their yard as well!

The office staff were friendly and easy to deal with. However, it s Over 3 weeks now waiting for an estimate to alleviate some drainage issues. On the day of the estimate, the guy was almost an hour and a half late....with no courtesy call. It s very unprofessional to have to have the office staff locate the estimator to find out if he was even still coming out. I took the day off work for that...my time is valuable too. Then he told me he d have my estimate done in a week or 2. Now past 3 weeks....still waiting.

Ive been using RLM for several years now.......very happy with the results and advice they have provided.

They never graded my yard properly. Ive got giant dips in both my front and backyard that I now have to take care of. They over charged me for sod they didnt use claiming I got the wrong delivery, even though the job foreman was trying to sell the excess. Well, as it turns out they shorted me a LOT of sod because they didnt sod an entire section of my property even though it was clearly marked. My neighbors had to make up the difference. They did such a crappy job installing the sod in my backyard, its a nightmare. Seams arent together and dips and holes. Someone is bound to break an ankle. I would never recommend or use them again.

RLM has been my choice for the past three years for mowing & cleanup services after winter. Lawn looks well-manicured and perfectly edged. Crews are quick, efficient and detail oriented. No complaints.

Have not been totally satisfied with the service from this company. We thought our lawn would look better and better after each application, but that wasn t the case. Still waiting for the winter application to be applied, however, I called twice and was told to expect to receive the service agent within a certain number of days, and he still hasn t come. This application has already been paid for.

They have no respect for clients neighbors! Nothing like getting woken up at 7 AM on my only day off in 15 days!! Couldnt wait till at least 8am?! Ridiculous and rude!

RLM installed a very large paver patio around our pool, a stone stairway down the side of our home, a beautiful waterfall, a mosquito system, speakers, and many many plants over the last few years. I can not even explain the difference we experienced with this company. Previous to this, we were using a very well known company, and didnt feel happy with the work they had provided or the crews they sent out! We realized they lacked professionalism, knowledge and technology once we compared them to RLM. We have been blown away over the last few years by RLM. Their service is beyond wonderful! We deal directly with Joe Lloyd for our projects, and I could not ask for anyone better! He truly knows his products, stands behind his work, and has been a wonderful person to work with! Not to mention, the designs he has done for our home have been exactly what we were looking for. He really has listened to our needs and has an eye for design. The crews we have had at our home are absolutely wonderful! I feel like they have all been trained at Disneys Grand Floridian resort. RLM has exceeded all of my expectations and then some!!!! From design to customer service, this company truly is one of the best around! I will continue to recommend them to clients, family and friends.
