I use Top Notch weekly for my lawn. They are consist and dependable and do a great job. Tanner arrives, mows the lawns, and leaves before I realize he has come. He pays attention to detail, as well. I have small dogs. He is careful to close the gates securely every time he mows. He communicates well if the schedule changes or the grass hasn't grown enough to warrant mowing. Best of all, the lawns always look great!

Top notch lawn maintenance took very good care of my lawn this past year. I was very impressed with how he cut and trimmed my lawn and also came and cleaned up my lawn this fall. I met Tanner via a neighborhood friend, who gave him high praise. Since mid 2021 I have used his services off/on as needed, which include, core aeration, whole-yard trimming, mowing as needed (I usually mow but a few times I needed extra help), plus snow removal (snow blower). Tanner is easy to contact and quick to respond, polite, friendly, professional, hard working, and does quality work overall, and now with his licensed business, he accepts several forms of payment. I'm very glad he's available in my area (Hazelwood) because I plan use his services as long as I need extra help. My husband is disabled and I'm in my 50s and knowing how reliable Tanner is, it eases my mind. He chose a great name for his business, because his work really is Top Notch. I really, really mean this.
Ive not used their lawn services, but they do have a habit of parking illegally in the neighborhood and leaving debris all over the street/sidewalk.

Professional owner and crew. Really gave my front yard the upgrade and vision needed. In the beginning of the process the owner came out and brought samples to choose from which really helped. We are so happy with the results. I would definitely recommend.

Their quality of work is outstanding and they always have great communication. Ive used them for lawn mowing, aeration, mulching, and tree/bush trimming. If there is ever an issue, Tanner is quick to call or text to solve it.

Top Notch is exactly what their name says. I used their grass cutting service when my mover was broke and I had them comeback and clean up my leaves in the fall. Their work is excellent, they give me exactly what I asked for, and they show up when they say they will. Top Notch are very professional and dependable with a great attitude which makes them a pleasure to do business with. I have looked for these simple qualities in a lawn service for a long time. Surprisingly it s hard to find. I m so glad I found Top Notch so I recommend them to everyone!

Tanner did a wonderful job of caring for our lawn this last year. He was always reliable and communicated any change to the schedule due to rain. We have specific requirements due to water collecting at the bottom of the backyard and zero radius mowers leave large ruts, and Tanner was very careful and used a push mower on that section so our lawn looks its best. We ve had others do our lawn care in the past but none were as good. We highly recommend his services.
