Manu and his team were professional and quick- a job well done! We had some sod put in and some renovations to the front and backyard of our house. I ll be using them again for future landscape projects for sure!

Grow Earth team worked on our home s landscaping in Oct. 2024. They removed heaps of mulch and sundry vegetation. All that was previously laid out, much of it poorly graded, was replaced with a beautiful, functional porch and walkway in the front, and rocks, beds and sod along the perimeter and surrounds of the house. The team comprises of Manu (team lead), Daniel (second in command), Trent and Jason (tech experts), Jordan, Jose and Sougat (all-round, efficient helpers and thoroughly nice), Mario and his brother (ever ready support) and Victor (sod laying pro). Very grateful to the wonderful Mr. Don Jose and Sons for their most excellent porch and patio work. Memorably, Mr. Antonio Ramirez and Nephews did terrific work with bricks. The project took time and patience but all these folks were fun to work with and we wish each of them the very best.

We worked with Manu and Jason at Grow Earth to lay a brick patio and sod our backyard after some other construction. The whole team was incredible to work with from the very start. They were able to quote very quickly, and since our back yard was unusable (all dirt!) after another construction project, they fit us in quickly so we could get back to enjoying the results. The project hit a few hiccups - namely a massive buried tree stump and the need to lay some drainage after discovering water pooling - but Manu and his team were able to accommodate and adjust to keep things moving. Finally, the end result looks amazing, and we couldnt be happier with it!

Manu and his team at Grow Earth were outstanding! When our sump pump service line collapsed, we had to have the entire run replaced, leaving us with hundreds of feet of excavated earth that needed to be re-graded and re-seeded. After seeing the stellar reviews for Grow Earth, we called Manu, and he was out almost immediately to assess the situation and propose a plan. Once the ground had a chance to settle, the Grow Earth team went to work with an initial round of re-grading. Throughout the process, they were very careful to avoid damaging other parts of our yard with their machinery, especially in light of the incessant rain weve experienced this year. When ground conditions finally permitted, they wrapped up the work promptly, including another re-grade, and ultimately laying straw, fertilizer, and seed. Manu emphasized that we could call upon them at any time if any further settling took place, seed needed to be augmented (since our birds believed it was a buffet for them!), or any drainage issues persisted. Grow Earths pricing was exceptionally reasonable, and they actually came in well below their original estimate! We were thrilled with the professional and friendly attitude of the entire staff, and we look forward to referring Manu and his team to our family and friends. Thanks again, you guys!

Hi, I just wanted to share the before and after of our yard. Our puppy had erased any bit of grass we had in our backyard. We talked to a lot of different contractors about what to do with our yard. Some said use pavers or artificial grass. But Manu and his team suggested that we sod the yard. They believed it was the most cost-efficient and best looking way to handle the yard. And they were right!

Grow Landscape Design did a superb job installing sod in our backyard. Communication was clear & prompt, pricing was reasonable, and job was done professionally. Manu and his team have always delivered top-notch service for us in a timely manner. They have leveled our yard and installed sod at two different properties, making our space usable and beautiful while providing tips on how to keep the grass looking great. Most recently, we had them remove a portion of sod and level the area with sand for an above ground pool. Once again, his team came through, working quickly and expertly (in 90 degree weather no less) so that we could get our pool set up. Grow installed our sod in 2019 and it still looks great. They worked with the irrigation company for the best layout for future landscaping. Grow did our landscaping and design in 2020, replaced a dead tree free of charge in 2022, and most recently in 2023 added more mulch to the landscaping beds. We appreciate the promptness and professionalism that Grow exhibits. They do a great job cleaning the site before they leave.

Manu and his team did an excellent job with our backyard redesign (walkway, landscaping, sod, etc.). When we were looking for companies to work with, we really wanted/needed someone to help design everything from the ground up. Admittedly, we were picky, and Manu and his team came to our house multiple times to make sure we were all on the same page with the project and that we were happy with the plant selection and layout. After we finally had a design, the whole team was very efficient and was able to complete the project in the time communicated to us. I really could not recommend them any more and if we need future work done GrowEarth will be the first call!

I must review Grow Garden and Landscape Design. My daughter and son-in-law recently researched many design landscape companies to completely landscape their backyard. They chose Grow Garden. It was the best choice ever made! The yard was completely blank and it was very difficult to design on your own. Grow Garden had very excellent ideas and designs that worked beautifully. Manu, the owner, and his team were extremely knowledgeable in regard to what plants thrive in certain areas, soil, sun position, etc. John and the whole team had a vision for the yard and it is stunning. I was also remarkably impressed by the beauty and size of the plants used. The sod is so gorgeous and healthy. Grow Garden also worked with my daughter for a brick sidewalk as she wanted it in keeping with the homes era. Manu knew exactly how to pull that together with a perfect result. The brick team was so skilled and it turned out stunning. Finally, this was a large job. The entire team worked so hard and finished in a timely fashion. And they even tolerated a mother sharing her advice. I will only use them myself in the future! Don t hesitate!

Aside from our house, college tuition and cars, this was the largest purchase we ve ever made. I m happy it was with Grow Garden and highly recommend their service. Manu, the owner, is a man of honor and integrity, and skilled at his craft. I have two little kids and felt very comfortable with his crew being around them. The only conflict we experienced was a tree that was planted died, however Manu reconciled it by replacing the tree at no additional cost. He could have easily dismissed the situation, however he honored his word which says all there is to know about his character.

Manu s team did an awesome job at a fair price reinstalling pavers which had to removed in our backyard due to electrical wiring. They also fixed some uneven pavers. My patio looks like new. The whole team arrived on time, worked very efficient and cleaned up when the job was finished. Everybody was very friendly.

My experience with grow earth and specifically Manu was over a year in the making. Many and I worked to get sod installed October 2021 up until May 2022. My first contact with Manu was March 2021. Manu and grow earth were so fantastic. Hurdles and rain and other things continued to intercept Manus ability to complete this job but needless to say he and his team did. I m forever grateful for that. The job itself looks beautiful. One of his crew was gracious enough to stay in contact with me until my sprinklers were good to go. Even offering to come back and look. Took a call at 9 pm. It s service that Manu and his group provide which is why I stuck with them until the end. I ll use this company and Manu and his group again in the future for other projects. Lastly, Manu did something he didn t have to do. I won t go in detail but in order to get his machines through my fence, he graciously covered cost in taking down and putting back up two parts of the fence. I ll wait until however long it takes for a project as long as grow earth and Manu complete it.

When I found Grow Earth and saw that basically every review was 5 stars I was honestly skeptical at first. Working with contractors over the past couple years has often been challenging for us and it was hard to believe a company could actually hit it out of the park every time. But Grow Earth 100% does, they were amazing from day one and incredibly responsive. Manu felt like a creative partner helping us to figure out what made sense for our space and budget, it was great. He came out at least three times during the planning process and made sure we were on the same page at every step. He was professional and his crew was kind and incredibly good at what they do. They completed a large brick paver patio and walkway for us in practically a weekend. Super kind, went above expectations with quality and customer service. We cannot recommend Manu enough.

We needed a portion of our backyard sodded and also a paver walkway/landings installed. They exceeded our expectations and we are absolutely in love with the work they did in our yard. Grow Earth and Manu were great from the beginning of the process all the way past my sod installation. He was very informative and easy to work with. After my initial plan of seeding the backyard wasn t going to happen because of a buried concrete patio (and rocks galore) we discussed a plan for installing sod and he was mindful of costs and worked to keep them low. I now have a beautiful lawn that will require a little watering work but Manu s recommendations for all the materials after the sod installation (e.g., sprinklers, hoses, splitters) were beyond helpful and he even checked in on me after to see how it was going! Manu was very responsive upon the initial quote request and able to fit our project in during a tight timeframe. We had two new paver walkways installed, which required quite a bit of grading work, old concrete removal, new sod installation and burying a downspout. Manu was very helpful in the design aspect, setting expectations around total cost, and also provided professional advice on what he thought would work best for our property, while keeping in mind the style we wanted. The crew faced a number of challenges with the weather (days of heavy rainfall), but they worked late nights to keep the project on time and also installed sections of new sod where some of our lawn was damaged due to the combination of weather and equipment used (which was not charged to us). Had first contacted Manu in the spring about cleaning up and installing sod for an area where we had an old patio demolished and replaced by a deck. Pandemic delayed things by a couple months. Then Manu had an equipment breakage which took another couple months to get resolved. Finally got our job 90% completed in July. We still had one small part of the yard left to finish but Manu wasnt able to get to my side of town to wrap it up for a few months. While it was frustrating to have taken so long, Manu acknowledged it and took a sizable portion off his already low price to make up for it. The quality of the sod and workmanship of Manu and his crew were great. I got some bad luck on the timing but would still recommend Grow Earth as Im sure my situation was more of an exception and not the rule.

Youll probably read this in Grow Earth reviews.... Manu & his team are the BEST contractors weve ever worked with! We started working with them last fall when we wanted to get new sod for our front lawn. As you can see from the pictures included with this review, it was in bad shape. We had tried everything we could think of over the past several years to repair the lawn and get rid of the grubs and other things that were damaging the lawn. NOTHING WORKED. So, we hired Grow Earth to put in a new sod for us and we couldnt be happier. The picture posted of our new lawn is 1 year after it was installed. As you can see for yourself, its doing wonderful. This year we decided to tackle the back yard and put in new landscaping along the sides and back fence line of our property. Manu put us in touch with Bob, Grow Earths Landscape Designer. The best part of working with Bob is that he really LISTENED to what we wanted in our new landscape. When he showed us the drawings he designed specifically for us, we didnt change a thing.... well, maybe one thing. We switched out a couple of service berry trees. We have this things about trees that have berries. :) At any rate, Manu and his team did a wonderful job of installing all the trees, shrubs, grass, etc. according to Bobs drawing. Bob also had coordinated with Wilcox Bros. to install landscape lighting. We are happy he thought to do this. We can enjoy our new landscaping day and night!

My wife and I recently bought a house in Auburn Hills and needed to freshen up the landscape. We contacted Grow Earth for a design who then recommended Robert Marzolf. My wife and I liked the design and went forward with the installation. We couldnt be happier and have received several compliments from our new neighbors on both the landscape and patio. The landscape was in rough condition and was close to deterring use from purchasing the home. Manu and his guys did an awesome job and were very easy to work with. We used grow earth for having sod and dirt removed. We received an original quote which was lower than all other landscape companies and then after arriving and removing the material, Grow Earth contacted us to tell us there was less material than they expected and they re-quoted at a lower price. We would definitely recommend anyone to use Grow Earth as they were quick to complete the job and very honest with us.

A fantastic experience to work with Grow Earth. From a start point with competitive & fair pricing to a timely executed implementation, and great final details. Our project included everything new for our backyard: grading, drainage, paver patio, landscape and sod. We began the process by working with Manu who came to our house several times to discuss what we needed and wanted. A landscape architect created a design. Manu presented us his estimate and once his team began, they were very efficient and worked fast for the size of project. The outcome is perfect, we love our new functional, private and beautiful backyard. They are extremely flexible, I added some changes to the original design based on how the project was coming together and they accommodated every request. We got our full landscaping done from grow earth in nov, 2014. It was an amazing experience. Manu Sood and his team are very professional, they looked at meticulous details before staring the work. Every step was well planned. Reargding the brick paver patio, being I engineer I know, how important is the base and I would say Manu had put in base material equivalent to what other landscapers would put in 3-4 same size patios. They went way beyond our initial agreement ti make sure we are satisfied with the work they did. Regarding the price, I cosulted 5 companies and Manus price was much better than all others. Many is very professional in is commitment, completed Tue work on time and cleaned up all the area very nicely once he was done. I would highly recommend him and say I would never talk to anyone else in case I have to get some other landscaping work done in future.

An overall excellent experience. You will deal direclty with Manu, who is very well experience and will patienly answer all your questions and make the proper recomendations. I went over several quotes from different sod suppliers for my new home lawn. At the end Grow Earth offered me the best value of cost-quality-service. I cannot say everything went perfect, we did have some issues during the grading process and that caused some frustation and a couple of days of delay. However, I am rating them excellent because they were very responsive and profesional and did what they have to do to make up for this issue. Their sod is the highest quality I was able to find around. I did waited almost six months to write this review so that I can really tell how well the quality of the grass would be and if they would still be supportive if there would be any issue with the grass. It is now Dec. and the grass is still green. Neighbords wonder how could my lawn be still so green at this time of the year, most of my neighbors lawns are loosing their green due to the season. That is not my case. Manu did called me some time after they laid the sod. He asked he if there were any issues, answered my questions and provided me some advice and tips for the maintenance. I am fully satisfied and appreciate all the excellent job Manu and his team did on my lawn. I fully recomend Grow Earth for all your lawn needs.
