Landscapes on Main in Hayward

Matt called me back quickly after my first message late summer. He then scheduled our appointment to tour our property pretty soon thereafter. We spent about 90 min walking/talking about our desires and his ideas/experience. We think he even came back a few days later to get measurements. He said they likely had time to do the 50k+ job this fall. However, he then went MIA. He didn't return a call, text or email after a handful of attempts over a 2 month period. I hope he is still safe and in good health. If so, his lack of response was extremely unprofessional and uncalled for. He would have had our business per our discussions, but obviously that is no longer the case. If he didn't have time or an interest in the job, he should have let us know.

Our retaining wall was very old and leaning and collapsed. I called Matt from Landscapes on Main. He actualy came out and looked at project and I felt very confident in his ability. What was even better as the project was completed much faster and looks fantastic. His team was very professional and worked full days on project. I would recommend for any Landscaping job. Great to work with!

Matt and his crew do fantastic work. At the first visit when we shared projects ideas it was obvious that Matt gets excited about his work and has a wealth of ideas to recommend to make the project better. The work was started earlier than initially promised and was finished timely despite showing perfectionism at all stages to be sure that the outcome would be fantastic. We worked with Matt and Landscapes on Main earlier this summer. We were extremely pleased with the process and the results. He has a keen eye for landscape design and sees possibilities that were not on our minds, but that made a huge difference in the eventual outcome. Matt was timely in his execution, showing up when he said he would and working at pace while at our property. He and the crew were professional and friendly and easy to have around. Our new landscaping is spectacular! It’s functional and beautiful. We wanted something that was natural, in step with the Northwoods and easy to maintain. Matt listened and delivered! We’ve worked with multiple landscapers in the Minneapolis area and haven’t ever felt this good about the process. Matt is exceptional and we would highly recommend him.
