Had a broadleaf problem, they sprayed and they left burned grass patches, bad enough but my biggest problem is they showed up without appointments in two cases when we were not scheduled. You can get too much of a good thing. Ive canceled my service after receiving a bill for $85 for doing a poor job.

Sawyer did a great job, he explained the treatment applied and used a blower to clean the sidewalk and the concrete around the pool.

Perfromed services without verbal confirmation as requested in my customer profile. Maybe it was a miscommunication maybe not. This is not the first time Senske has done this. It s not the services themselves or quality that are terrible with this place, it s the lack of communication. It god is awful. Look elsewhere for lawn service companies

John came out to spray my yard. I had forgotten to pick up all of my dogs toys before he came out. When I got home I found that John had picked them all up and set them off to the side on the sidewalk before he sprayed. That is great service that he did that.

My swale and portion of my back lawn are definitely drying out even though I ve doubled the watering time and water every morning. Melissa spot checked and found the water wasn t getting down more than 2 in the swale. She put a special treatment on it to see if it would help.

*Edit I was contacted after posting this. Apparently there was an error with scheduling in their system. And I was never put on it. They came out almost immediately after I was contacted. Original post: We just moved up here from southeast Idaho. And Ill tell you that Senske down there was much better. So far our experience has been subpar at best. We signed up right when we moved here a couple of months ago. Lawn, weed, and pest control. It took them 3-4 weeks to come out for the pest control, only after I called multiple times. They were supposed to do mosquito spray and rodent control. I ended up dealing with the rodents myself, because they were in no rush to get out. I have yet to see any sort of lawn care or weed control. We have been trying to deal with the weeds ourself, since they arent bothering to come out. Im not really sure whats going on over there. Maybe theyre short-staffed? But they are definitely on their own schedule. There is no sense of urgency on their part.

Senske Services helped me revive my lawn. The previous owners neglected the grass and allowed moss and weeds to start to take over. In just 1 year of service my lawn is thick and green and has nearly recovered from the damage. Melissa S does a great job and is thorough. Truly the whole team has always been good

We set up a reaccuring service with Senske to have all of our weed and feed/pests taken care of. We started service 2 months ago and have had 5-6 appointments set up and canceled without notice(they only showed once). This wouldnt be that big of a deal except its an all day appointment and we lock our dogs up as they told us to do when we signed up for service. If they just called and let us know they cant make it that would be fine but they do not. Today same thing its 5pm and they didnt show, dogs are locked up all day. I called the customer service they were super nice but they let me know that they had rescheduled the appointment for tomorrow and never called or text again. If you have dogs that are in and out of the backyard this is not the service for you. Im guessing the next treatment was for weeds as our backyard still has weeds and normaly we do not have any. This second appointment started getting scheduled over 2 weeks ago and they still havent made it out. Im bummed cause I was looking forward to not having to do it this year oh well.

I gave them a three star because I used to be extremely pleased with them but lately they seem to be not very communicative about the weed control. last year was terrible with my weeds and now this year I still have some dandelions. The tech will call at the last minute and say they can t come sometimes. Also, I don t always get an invoice left on my door telling me what they did and what needs to be done, example today that happened. The pest control is always good. I haven t changed companies yet. But I am considering it

He was still nearby and was willing to go back a second time to do the interior of the house, and a very much appreciated that.

Since I wasn t able to watch him the entire time he sprayed as far as I know he did a good job. It had just rained prior to his arrival so I m hoping the vet grass didn t dilute the spray. He said it would help it to get to the roots.

I was very happy with Johns prompt service today! He really listened to my concerns and needs for my yard therefore I was very pleased. Fingers crossed that all of the weeds will be taken care of being that most commercial products dont change their recipe and I swear these weeds are immune to other products. Senske has been taking care of my lawn for a year now. I have 2 small kids and just don t have the time to care for it properly. When I moved into my home the lawn was overrun with weeds, grass was dying, and just over all looked sad. In a year of service my lawn is greener, happier, and healthier. No more pesky dandelions!
