Rameys came initially to spray for yellow jackets, and they removed every old nest. Then we called to spray our trees for both disease and bugs. They are often here same day they are called. Their work is superb, the cost of the service is better than anyone else. They follow up right on schedule. We will never utilize anyone else.

I called on a Monday and by Wednesday Scott Ramey had called me and was able to spend approximately 45 minutes to a hour covering not only my concern about the lawn having some type of disease, but also a couple other issues related to my lawn as well with me go. We have used Rameys for almost 3 years in our rental. First we called because we had an field of dandelions taking over our yard. Their customer service and response time were quick and friendly. The treatments they used on our lawn were effective and showed improvements within a week or so. When we bought our house in January 2023 we decided that we wanted to continue with Rameys Lawn Service. Currently we use their 5 treatment and prevention plan. We are very happy with the results of this service. On a side note to back up my claim about their wonderful customer service, I called recently to have someone come out to check a massive brown spot in our backyard. I couldnt figure out what was going on. Scott came out within 24 hours and helped me determine the cause. He was so helpful and kind. Turns out the sprinklers were not reaching that spot (I thought they were). I was a bit embarrassed but he showed kindness and patience and took samples of the lawn to verify. If you are looking for a company that is reliable, has great customer service, and you want a beautiful lawn , I urge you to get on their schedule. You will not regret it.

I changed from Greentech to Rameys a couple years ago. The biggest reason for the change is the communication I get from Rameys. They will call a few hours or a day before to let me know when they will be by to spray. This allows me to get my dog inside, and to be sure the yard is cleaned. We have used Rameys for lawn care since 2018 when I just became too busy to keep up on the front lawn and keep it looking good. I initially just had them doing weekly mowing, but they offered lawn treatments as well. I started having them do just a couple of the sprays, and since the just charge by the treatment, I am always able to opt out of a treatment and not be charged. Ive had other services that charged for all treatments and didnt offer options to not have a mid-season treatment when kids and dogs are out more. I also tried a different service that was going to be less expensive for treatments, but they ultimately almost killed our lawn, but Rameys fixed it. Good company, good to work with! If you dont want to do it yourself, Rameys is a great choice!

We have a pet, so naturally safe application, and returning the gate to a closed and locked position is important to us, and the Spray Techs have done just that with every visit. I was having ongoing problems with my lawn for the last few years. I had brown and yellow spots that kept getting bigger. I requested help from several lawn experts and no one could diagnose the problem. A city employee suggested Rameys. Dan from Rameys came and conducted a detailed examination of my lawn. He told me he wasnt sure what the problem was at the time but sprayed(no charge) the infected areas to rule out certain things. He returned a week later and conducted a sprinkler water measure test as he suspected the areas were getting too much water. He suggested I change my sprinkler heads, which I did. My lawn started to improve day by day. He came back three weeks later to check on the lawn again. His obvious Knowledge and expertise in this field payed off because my lawn problems are over! Initially just started with the fertilizer/weed control program (very satisfied w/results) and also used a tree drench to help with aphids (no more yellow jacket attacks since). More recently, added a request for yard cleanup to get ready for winter and Ramey s was prompt and thorough - excellent job! In addition, I was easily able to directly reach the owner, Scott, who was very professional and courteous- even called us (since he knew it was important to us) and on a day with inclement weather to apologize that they wouldn t be able to perform lawn cleanup that day due to the rain. Who goes to such lengths these days?! I ll tell you who - Ramey s Yard Care! They definitely deserve the 5 stars and I wholeheartedly recommend their service to everyone!

We live in a 55+ retirement community. I was looking online for a company to come and winterize our yard - bush trimming and cleanup - and saw the positive reviews on Rameys. Scott just finished our yard - front and back - and he did an absolutely beautiful job. His pricing is reasonable and his work is excellent. The thing that I really liked was that he was very responsive and called back within 10 minutes of my online inquiry. The other companies I contacted didnt. Im that guy that strives to have the best lawn in the neighborhood, and I typically do. A couple years back, I asked a guy that manages landscaping for the common areas of CDA. He said to call Rameys. Reluctantly, I did. My lawn is even better with the commercial grade magic they use. And get this, it costs me less money than what I was spending on lawn chemicals. We ve been using Rameys service for about a year until recently when I called to report multiple weeds and yellow areas throughout our lawn after it had been treated. Instead of offering a solution, I was given an excuse and told areas of my backyard grass areas were not considered my yard and because I chose to remove dandelions by hand instead of letting them seed I was not believed. This review is about 8 years late, but needs to be posted. Rameys Yard care has always done exceptional work and given exceptional service. My husband Dan and I love the fact that they offer not only mowing and edging, but all of the extra household and landscape services that are NEEDED here in the Inland Northwest. Pest Control, Tree and Shrub spraying, fertilizing, and fall and spring clean-ups. Scott and his crew have kept our trees and arbor vitaes beautiful and the envy of the neighborhood. They also do our landscaping at two rentals in CDA which have large Norway Maples that were a huge problem with gnats and sap every year. (8 years we put up with it not knowing it could be treated, prior to hiring Rameys), but after asking Scott about what could be done, and starting the Systemic Tree treatments the problems were solved. The properties look better than they ever did. I am a disabled veteran and am unable to do any type of yard work so I have relied heavily on Rameys for all of my yard care needs. As a background, I have been using their services for multiple years and have no plans in switching to a different yard service company for my yard care needs. First and foremost, Rameys Yard care is extremely consistent and detail oriented in their work. They are very detailed with their weed eating and if you ask for a specific way to mow something or weed eat the staff take the matter to mind and memory and to continue to do that particular task upon each visit to your house. Rameys Yard Care has a large variety of services that they offer and I use almost all of them from: cutting of bushes, fall cleanup, mowing and week eating, and their fertilizing program. I have tried multiple companies as well as my own attempts to rid my yard of the dandelion problem that plagues our neighborhood every spring and summer. Rameys Yard care is the only fertilizer that has completely abated the problem to the point that I have not a single dandelion in my yard that to their fertilizer abatement program. I personally recommend signing up for this program as my yard looks spectacular all season long. About five years ago, we were ready to completely dig out our front lawn and start over. We had a terrible case of necrotic ring spot that had completely taken over and left us with a horrible looking lawn. We had used another company out of Spokane to treat it, and they werent able to make a dent in the problem. Rameys came in and gave us a plan to treat the NRS with organic fertilizer and a special NRS treatment. They would also treat the weeds. We decided to give them a try, and by the end of the summer, we saw remarkable results. The first time that we called Rameys we had an infiltration of ANTS! They came out that day and sprayed and cured the problem. But the ants came back within a short time so I called again and again they came the same day but this time there was no charge because they considered it finishing the job. They have been great! Since then, theyve taken over fertilizing the lawn and have dealt with our ash aphids when it looked like it was snowing in the summer. I cannot say enough good things about this company. When it comes to our lawn we are extremely critical of our grass. Due to having a huge dog we were finding it difficult to coordinate a scheduled service. Rameys always called ahead to make sure the time worked with our busy schedule. About one year ago we moved into this small development of homes so the first information I started gathering was who was doing lawn care here. Over and over the name of Rameys Yard Care was mentioned. The first person who contacted me was very professional and informed me what was needed and most importantly gave me options on not only what should be done but gave me a choice on what I was willing to have done. Rameys Yard Care has been handling our exterior pest control issues for 9 years and they have been doing an excellent job. Their applications keep unwanted pests out of our house and garage. Since I started using Ramey s Yard Care, I no longer have a problem with Spring Dandelions in my yard. I also use them for weed control where I park my 5th wheel trailer and have not had an issue with weeds since they started treating for them. My grass is very green during the growing season. In addition to weed & feed, we use Ramey s for insect control and haven t had an issue with spiders or other insects since they started spraying.
