It's been a few days since they came out and installed gutters and it has rained pretty good a few times. Everything drained great and had no issues at all. Within a random phone call during the week you setup an appointment and in less then 12hrs from that phone call you had my gutters installed. All I can say is they did a fantastic job. To the two workers that came to my house that were really nice to the awsome customer service to the professionalism I experienced. All I can say is you guys are a great company and can't thank you enough.
It is rare in this date and time for a company to do what they did. I called for an estimate to replace my gutters with seamless ones they sent someone same day, very polite and professional. Ryan arrived he took measurements and said I would get an estimate in 24 - 48 hours, true to his word I got my estimate, when I agreed I got a start date and time, they were there just as promised! It is the small things, for example most companies when doing work at your house just plug into your power for their stuff, not these guys they brought their own generator. Got the job done in two days, one to take the old gutters down and one day to put them up. Went above and beyond to make sure everything looked perfect before they left and never hesitated to ask me before making changes which were necessary to ensure a great fit and look. Would highly recommend to anyone. As I started this post, most company's couldn't be bothered to call you back or come when they can or call with excuses. Refreshing to work with a true professional team and will call for other work in the future.
I have dealt with many contractors and businesses having been involved in building a couple of new homes, but I have never experienced a higher level of professionalism and courtesy as that demonstrated by Rain Drain Gutters. Jamel was exceptionally prompt in answering my request for a quote and just as quick to do the work. He did exactly as promised in record time and performed a beautiful job replacing the gutter on the back of my home. I have had water issue in the back of my Emerald Isle home for 20+ years. After even mild rain storms I would have water pooling and splashing on lower level doors and windows. As a result, I would have to replace and repair these areas every few years. I have had estimates and recommendations from companies that wanted to install expensive awning and gutters designs to direct the water away for the lower level. After discussions with Jamel Carter , about possible solutions he along with Ryan George , Mike George came up with a simple, cost effective and quality gutter design . Mike George came out within a few days and did the installation to include custom segments in 1/2 day. The gutters perform flawlessly. I just can t say enough about the quality, attention to detail of this team. All done at a fraction of the cost. What a pleasure and piece of mind to see these areas dry during and after major rain storms . Thank you !!!

After another company never came after saying they would, I had reached out to Drain Rain. They not only responded quickly ( he answered the phone on a ladder for petes sake), they gave me a quote and completed the work in less than a week. I had a lot of standing water in my yard and decided to add underground drainage. Also, a few years back, I had installed vinyl guttering to my house and wanted to replace it with seamless guttering. I called Drain Rain and they came out to my house to give me an estimate. They were very polite and easy to deal with. I told them what I was looking for and they gave some suggestions which I had not thought of. The price was very reasonable and they did the job when they said they would. They brought out a whole crew which made the job go quick. It would have taken me weeks to do what they did in a day. There were no hidden charges and the price was what was quoted. I am very pleased with the work.
I had a difficult challenge due to bad design in the home building process where water from my large garage was cascading down unimpeded unto my dining room windows. I worried about future damage while also needing a small gutter job on an addition to a porch with installation of a rain change as well. The professionals at Drain Rain looked at the problem even called in the experts to make sure and every issue is solved perfectly without exception. I would highly recommend them for all your water diversion needs. Prompt inexpensive and responsive. It really does not get better than that.
They answered when I called and gave me a quote from the pictures I sent of my house. They came out two days later and had the Gutters installed in less than an hour and they made sure I was happy with the work before they left. I did however have to pay the men on site with cash or check which is fine, I just wasn t prepared for that so it left me hunting for a check book. All in all, great service and would highly recommend.
Was suppose to come to discuss problem with gutters and solutions on specific date, did not show up. I did have a phone problem, but texted a good number to use in a timely manner. UPDATE Contractor did contact me almost a week later with apologies and a plausible excuse.

They fully listened to my issues, we coordinated the service and they went to work quickly. They went above and beyond to resolve my issues, no cutting corners, and provided quality workmanship every step of the way.
Jamel and his team show promptly for the an estimate appointment and deliver a service is didnt expect. They were able to start that day on removing and replacing my gutters. Also he and crew continued working even though it started to downpour to finish the job he had started. He provided extra service in returning the next day to ensure the job site was cleaned and the gutter didnt experience issues. Overall, a job amazingly done.

Inquired about gutter cleaning and they were able to come out within a couple of days. They were on time, very professional and efficient. While here I asked about gutter shields which were quoted and installed the next day. They can also complete other jobs and are very pleasant to work with. I definitely recommend and will look them up again in the future for other projects.
