Brackman's Stepping Stone Rock and Garden Center, LLC in Hattiesburg

I stopped in Brackman's yesterday. I was greeted with smiles and the young man was a great help!! Excellent customer service with a smile! Thank you, I will be back!!

Great selection of plants and pottery!! Enjoyed walking around looking at everything and talking with the employees, who were very nice and helpful. I felt their prices were a bit high though… 🫤 I will still be back because of the nice selection. Oh! And the black kitty cat is so sweet!

I can’t recommend them. Brought my Toro in for routine maintenance in April and it leaked oil since I first mowed after I got it back. It progressively got worse. I took it back to them to have the oil leak fixed and I paid them to fix it. When they brought my garage kept lawnmower around the seat was split apart. It was perfectly intact when it was dropped off. They said it wasn’t their fault and wouldn’t do anything about it. Didn’t even try to fix it before they brought it around to me.

Highly recommend!!! Great prices, great selection, AND kind staff.. They really do go the extra mile. I've been well taken care of every time I've made a purchase here- especially this past weekend. If you're a DIY kind of person, just know that they are the go-to for materials, tools, and advice.

We went in after about a year and were still welcomed at the door and remembered from last year. The staff were very helpful in getting us with a great Mother's Day gift. The selection is great....things you likely wouldn't find at other places. Highly recommend.
