Greenline Landscape and Irrigation in Hattiesburg

My experience with this company was excellent and professional. Communication was strong, and prices quoted were fair. I would not hesitate to give them a call for any irrigation, landscaping, or patio needs.

1/5 stars for poor communication and lack of responsibility for errors. Ray/team did a good job executing what I was asking for in a decently timely manner, no issues there. During our project, however, there was damage to the road asphalt that was never repaired despite his claims that “we will take care of it”. Next, less than one year from completion of our project, a structural flaw developed (the exit of our brick courtyard). Looking back I realize the transition from our courtyard to our yard was done in a very lazy way with crudely poured concrete. This concrete was poured over normal yard dirt/rocks, with no prep or under layer created. This obviously led to progressive fracturing of the concrete and eventual sagging of the pavers of the courtyard. When I reached out to Ray about this, his communication was poor at best and he never offered to fix the issue that his team ultimately created, just asked me a couple times if I want to lay sod or do something else to the area. In fact, Im still waiting to hear back from him regarding his thoughts on fixing the area, even though I’ve already had it fixed. 1/10, recommend you find a different option.
