Willow Tree is who you should hire for all tree removal, lawn care, landscaping! We had a giant 60 beech tree, 2-4 big trees, 4-6 smaller trees removed and grinded and our entire front yard and backyard redesigned and relandscaped. Ian and Lisa are extremely knowledgeable about horticulture and use that knowledge to best advise on and design big and small projects at a competitive price. They are very responsive before, during, and after the work and resolve any issues seamlessly. The crew is efficient, well-trained, and friendly. They function as a team, use safety equipment/precautions to protect themselves and the property, and care about the work they are performing. They are horrible with returning your calls, planning and organization. So much that it is a chore just to get a quote. I had some work done in 2022 with them and it took multiple phone calls and emails to finally get an estimate and get it done. They were so disorganized I had to remind them to bill me. Come 2023 and I need services again. Since the work itself was decent enough and priced competitively, I thought I would try them again. Maybe since I was a customer and in their system now, it would be a different story. Nope. I first called them a week ago and a message was left for their landscaper. Then I called them Monday, two days ago, same thing. Today I called again and....Guess what!? Same thing. I was told she would call me today but I am losing faith of that happening and end of business is swiftly approaching. In the meantime today I actually called another landscaper and have someone coming out tomorrow for a quote, so apparently it isnt impossible to have timely landscaping service. My advice for them is to get an office manager or someone to fix this issue which, by the sound of other reviewers, has been going on for years.

Willow is, hands down, the best tree service in the area. The men are very respectful of property and do an amazing job. When you live in the woods its helpful to have a company you can call for quick service.

Always outstanding! We are fortunate enough to live in an area that has many gorgeous, large, old trees, but with that comes continuous maintenance and cleanups when storms and disease come through. We have used Willow Tree Service for over 15 years for everything from taking down 130 year old oak that towered over our historic home, to storm clean ups, to trimming up and cabling aging trees that are still in good health. I love that they make every attempt to protect and save trees rather than assume they need to come down, but without a risk to us. Their staff is always respectful of our property, and other shrubs and plants in the vicinity. They are always kind and courteous, on time and their prices continue to be fair and reasonable. They show up exactly when they say they will, sometimes can get us on the schedule earlier than expected and always clean up beautifully. Great experience with the Willow team, They promptly removed a 115 Tulip Poplar and smaller Maple. Clean up was exceptional. They had to temporarily close our street because of the space required with the crane. They went door to door informing my neighbors, and worked with them when access was needed. My neighbors even praised their professionalism.

I would highly recommend their services. I worked with Ian McGuire. He was very helpful in addressing my concerns of my three tulip trees in the back of the yard. Willow was the only outfit that had a crane long that could reach them while keeping the crane on my driveway. The crew arrived on time, did a good cleanup in the end and were very friendly. Willow pruned and trimmed 2 large Maple trees in my rear yard. My yard is small and tight only 16 deep so trees are very close to house with obstacles under the trees, hot tub, custom built brick and wood meat smoker and canopy patio roof cover. They t trimmed and shaped the trees like an artist sculpture!!! No damage to anything. Clean up was Immaculate!!! Barely found a twig!!! 10 stars out of 5! Thank You

One of their trucks reversed into me while ignoring my horn at a red light and took off driving after the accident. I tried contacting the business via phone and email with no response. Clearly not a trustworthy business.

I couldn t even tell they were at my property when they were done. They cleaned up everything and stacked my wood neatly along my fence. I couldn t have asked for better service. Had a very large, very old red maple taken down. The crew was wonderful and their clean-up was spectacular. Another crew came to grind the stump down. They were also fantastic. By the time they were done, you wouldn t know a tree had been there except for the wood chips. I would highly recommend Willow Tree Service.

The Three Stooges of Tree Service.... Rude workers, owners who dont return phone calls, excessive collateral damage, and weeks to finish a job that was supposed to take days. This company may have been the top tree company once upon a time but those days are gone. Dont be fooled by these people as they are not what they claim to be, they are a joke.

My wife and I have used Willow Tree Service for over 30 years and there aren t enough positives that we could say! Our property is one with very large, tall and mature trees. They take the greatest care in the safe removal and leave our property in pristine condition when they re done... even to the point of blowing the wood chips. And we have had them inspect trees we suspected as bad and we were told they were good! So very honest with fair prices! We have referred them to others and they have been very pleased with our recommendation! Thanks Willow!

Ed and Ian did another amazing job!!! There crew showed up on time and were very polite, courteous and respectful to the property. I still can t believe how much work they get done in a day. They worked like a well oiled machine and everyone knew exactly what to do. The next day another crew came back and ground the stumps. We would highly recommended to anyone.

He just finished one this past week and everything was taken care of with professionalism as like all the other jobs they have done for us . Prices have always been reasonable and they have all the equipment to do the job right. I would recommend them for any size job.

They came at a time when I was doing a telemed conference call. They immediately got to work, cleaned up and left with in 1/2 hour, never once interrupting me. Professional, pleasant, great value and efficient. If you are wondering if you should use them, the answer is YES.

The crew(ian and miguel) worked at our house and were EXCELLENT AFTER TROPICAL STORM ISAIAS BLEW OVER A VERY LARGE SECTION OF AN OLD ESTABLISHED SUGAR MAPLE TREE THAT WAS VERY PRECARIOUSLY HANGING FROM SAID TREE THAT TOOK OUT A SECTION OF OUR FENCE also willow deals with various insurance companies so if you have any tree related insurance claims I highly reccommend using willow tree &landscaping services they took the UTMOST CARE OF Our backyard AGAIN HIGHLY RECOMMENDED..!!

We had a tree that was dying and needed to be removed. We got several quotes for the tree removal and not only was Willow the best quote we received they were professional throughout the entire process! I would HIGHLY recommend Willow for your tree removal needs!

Bad experience from start to finish. Seriously lacking in organization and customer service. Disorganized with scheduling, poor communication between staff and crew, unclear estimate for which I was told its not my fault you read it wrong. If I could go back in time, Id heed the warning of them having no record of my estimate appointment and run the other way.

Ill admit it, I was very scared about having our maple tree, that was easily over 100 years old removed. I love trees and we waited seven years until it was obvious it had to come down. Willow was up for the task with the largest crane Ive ever seen in my life. Yes, a serious pruning of our Magnolia tree was required, but that was the only way they were able to have the crane go up and over our garage. Shawn saw my sadness about the Magnolia and explained to me that within five years I probably wont even notice it. Less than a week later they came back today and ground the stump for us. Once again I hid because this massive machine was only several feet away from our glass patio doors. The crew was meticulous in placing up wood boards to safely protect our home. And both times they cleaned up the area to perfection. Thank you to both amazing crews, to the owner who came out himself to assess the job and provide the estimate, and to his lovely daughter in the office who is always so nice on the phone!

We just had a large 100 year old tree removed from our front yard, and we are so happy we chose Willow Tree Service for the job. From the time Ed the owner came out to estimate the job until the grinding of the stump and thorough clean-up was finished, all of the crews were efficient, friendly, and professional. Not only were they a pleasure to deal with, the cost was significantly less than our other estimate. I was actually there this morning to apply for a job and they seem like a very professional and well structured company Ive seen them around and it seems like they do very quality work. So at this point I would recommend them.

The service provided from the initial consultation to the tree and stump removal was simply outstanding. Service provided in Chestnut Hill.

Let me start from the beginning. I had a tree fall down in my yard that crushed my deck outback, crushed an expensive canopy and blocked the back door of my house, which was a huge fire hazard had we not been able to get out of the front door. I called willow tree service and for an insurance estimate and had the absolute please to deal with Scott and his team. We made an appointment for them to check everything out and when we scheduled a time not only was he ON TIME but to the minute. Long story short insurance tried to say it wasn t as bad as it actually was. Not only did Scott and his team (who were booked for a month in advance) work with what my insurance company gave me, within 3 days he made it his priority to get that tree away from my house and hauled away so I could exit the house safely God for bid an emergency happen. They were no surprise cost, the work that was done was impeccable and he and his men went above and beyond the call of duty. I wish there were something I could do for this man and his crew that would make up for how great I was treated and how great the work they did was done. Not only will I recommend them to neighbors and friends alike, I will call them friends myself and any future work with landscaping or a tree or trimming I will go nowhere else! Sorry to be long-winded but this needed to be said. Willow tree service and landscaping did an excellent job on our property. Scott and his crew were professional in both removing a couple of large bushes, a few large limbs from trees and prunning other bushes. The crew showed up when they were scheduled and the estimate was spot-on. Clean- up was thorough and complete. Will use them for follow up on grass/sod installation where bushes were removed. Scott and the guys made it a stress-free project.

The tree and stump crews did a fantastic job at our property. It is evident that everyone in the family owned company takes pride in their work as they left the property in a very clean condition. Great clear proposal, competitive pricing, and easy to communicate with by phone, email, and text.

Ed the owner came to my new house 4 weeks ago to give me an estimate. We needed a large area of yard cleared of weeds and a stump ground down. I have called his business at least 4 times. Spoke to the lady who handles all of the calls asking where our estimate was. She told me she would send Ed a message to get back to me and I never got a call back. I own Adams Cash for Gold in Hatboro which is where Willow Tree is located. Figured I would give the business to another local business owner but I was really disappointed in the outcome!

This group of guys were amazing. They were so professional and nice. The guy who came out to do the estimate was Ian. Great guy. Estimate was reasonably priced...not the cheapest but not the most expensive. A friend has used them for over 20 years so we went with them. They cleaned up everything at each tree (we had so many projects for them to do on a new purchased property). They made sure falling branches didnt land in flower garden...the extra step this crew took makes them 5 stars in my book. My son and I sat outside and watched them..best show in town. HIGHLY recommend them.

Had Edward Yeakel out to get an estimate on some shrub removal and tree trimming. He told me he would have an estimate for me the next day. Weeks later still no estimate. Called the office and received no help with the missing estimate. Wish I could comment on their quality of work. But they could not even get me an estimate.
