Really bad customer service, say would give call back but did not. Send you a message the day before lawn service and you must take it otherwise delist you from customer list.

Was 40mins late for agreed time, and I'm still waiting for the quote 6 wks later. This review is for Guy Meech in Hawkes Bay. Terrible communication + gave the impression that as we lived rural couldn't be bothered providing a service. Admin staff were efficient.

They can’t be bothered driving twenty minutes out of their way to provide a service. Buy the products elsewhere and do it yourself this lot don’t want your business unless you live next door to the ‘operators.’
