If I could give zero stars, I would. Vera Landscaping is the epitome of poor service and low-quality work. From start to finish, my experience was a nightmare. Their team is unprofessional, unresponsive, and completely lacks attention to detail. The work they delivered was not only subpar but actually damaged parts of my property. To make matters worse, they refused to take responsibility for their mistakes, which forced me to pursue legal action. Unsurprisingly, they lost the lawsuit over their atrocious service—a clear testament to their lack of integrity and professionalism. Save yourself the stress, time, and money. Do not trust Vera Landscaping with your property. Avoid at all costs!
Juan and Jose and all of their employees are amazing. They were able to completely transform our property and exceeded our expectations. It’s hard to find a good contractor that keeps their promise and executes accordingly. The landscaping looks incredible and we HIGHLY recommend them. They are meticulous and have high standards. Their passion for their work shines through and they are extremely efficient. No need to search for other landscapers. We recently bought a home that needed a significant amount of clean up....removing leaves, removing brush and mulching flower beds throughout the property. Jose came out and gave me a quote, a few days later he showed up with a team of guys and they completed the work in a day. It's an impressive transformation. Incredible company! The owners of Vera Landscaping, Juan and Jose, and all their employees did an awesome job landscaping the front and sides of our house which was in very bad shape. They tore out our old broken down fencing, removed overgrown bushes and weeds, trimmed dead branches off trees, and built a classy looking brick wall with mulch and 60 plants for a very reasonable price. Every neighbor who commented about how good our yard looked said that those guys worked so hard. I was tired just watching them work. Plus they constantly checked with us to make sure things were going the way we wanted. We definitely recommend them to beautify your landscape .
You'll have to micromanage this team. I hired them to trim my trees and bushes last spring and they did not complete the job saying they would have to bring ladders and finish at a later date. The owner had been at my house prior to this project and knew what would be required to do the job, but the team came unprepared. As a package deal with the landscape trim, I also signed up for their mowing service. The mowers failed to mow a large part of my yard (front to back) even after communicating with them. My yard basically had a field growing because they refused to mow. They also tried to charge me double for mulch - sending an invoice for 20 yards when I specifically told them I only wanted 10 yards. Very poorly run business and they have yet to finish any of the jobs I hired them to do in the spring...and now it's almost winter. Stay away!

Vera Landscaping came out and removed some sod in my backyard for a playground. I was initially unhappy with the results, but they came back out and made everything right. You always want to get everything exactly how you want it the first try, but there is also something to be said for acknowledgement that there is something that didnt go right and fixing it. I would highly recommend their services after working with them. Will be using them again in the future.

I highly recommend Vera Lawn Care. I used them for the first time for spring yard clean up. They were very professional, responsive, and overall did a really great job with our yard cleanup. I will definitely continue to use them moving forward.
Came each week as promised/scheduled and worked us in around rain and inclement weather. Fast, efficient, thorough from start to finish, including great clean-up/blowing off sidewalks and clumps of grass.
They worked super fast and nonstop. Add new soil around my foundation and new mulch on top. Looks great! I had a drainage issue in my backyard where a pond appears whenever rains. They installed a drain pipe and my yard never had the drainage issue ever since then no matter how big the storm was. Highly recommend their service!

They did exactly what they said they were going to do when they said they were going to do it. They were a pleasure to work with and had all the experience they needed to give an on the spot quote (they even came over the day I called!) and got the work done much faster than I expected. Heres what they helped me with: My basement was leaking and I didnt know why. Enrique came over assessed the issue and told us that there was a crack in the cinder block that was causing the water to leak through and pool on my basement floor. He was exactly right. The team came over, dug down to expose the wall, found two holes, patched them, sealed the walls and put the dirt back. Its rained twice with no issue. Furthermore they called to check in after it rained to make sure that their work was fully complete. I highly recommend them and will call on them again when needed.
These guys are amazing. I live on a corner lot with 10 massive trees. It took me 4 straight weekends last year to get rid of my leaves. They came and cleared out every single leaf in an hour. Highly recommend.

Great service! I called about getting new grass and they were out within one week removing old weeds, rototillIng my front yard putting in new soil and grass seed! Told me they guarantee their work and in 2 weeks I had new grass growing! I am thrilled with the work they did in my yard! Very affordable as well I would definitely recommend them! They are my go to guys for landscaping and lawn care!

I spoke to Jose a couple of times about cleaning up my daughter and son in law s yard. They have been dealing with cancer and didn t have the time or energy to work on it. He sent a small crew in and within hours cleaned out beds, trimmed tress and turned the whole yard around. They were courteous, hard working and professional all the way. I highly recommend them and will definitely call on them again to help out. Thank you.

These guys were professional and efficient. I asked them to haul away a large brush pile and in doing so they encountered two wasp nests in the brush and the wasps fought back! I hadn t known and felt terrible, but they didn t skip a beat and said they d be back to address the nests. They solved the problem and then got the brush hauled. I was impressed with their unflappable approach, their efficiency, and they left the area cleaner than its ever been. Would hire again without question.
Weve known VLC for over a decade. They have done a number of projects for us, most recently a reno of our under-deck patio from cracked concrete to beautiful pavers. They have become family, hard workers, friendly, highly recommended.
