This company had been our go to for snow removal and dirt delivery in summer. I called to get on the route for upcoming snow removal and the woman said Call someone else, we are not taking new clients I asked if they had a referral for someone else and the woman said she would email me. I can t remember if I ve reviewed this company before, but I really should. They are outstanding! I call every year for mulch. The lady who answers the phone is super friendly, knows what she s doing, and is flexible. She always gets my order right, and things happen like clockwork after I talk to her. Each year the driver that drops off the mulch is very friendly, happy, puts the mulch exactly where and how I need it. I highly recommend them!

I used this service first in 2017 to do some yard improvements. I have used them yearly since for fall, fall clean up and snow removal. They are professional, show up when promised and do excellent work. I dont have to worry about them showing up because they always do. We were having a great struggle against certain types of spreading weeds that had killed large patches of our lawn. Advanced Lawn came in and after several applications our grass is looking great! There was one spot that was a problem because of neighbor weeds seeding in our direction, but that was dealt with by the applicator moving in with a hand sprayer and cleaned that up too! You can tell who uses this great company and who does not in the neighborhood!

Team Advance recently had 17 rose bushes installed outside my son s window. The service response time was so quick, and I even got a same day install. As a single mom who works full time, I was so thankful for their flexibility to my hectic schedule. I was also very impressed to see the dedication and work ethic of the team. Bill is such a caring man, taking the time to explain how shock process of the roses and how to make their transition easy and less shocking (miracle grow and putting leaves around the plants) I highly recommend this company!

Best fire place fire wood ever!

It was an absolute pleasure dealing with Austin and his team. We are new to the area and Advance made us feel at home right away. Super quick estimate, and fit us into their busy schedule within a couple weeks. They went above and beyond when installing our lawn. We were one of three lawns planted within a couple days and ours by FAR looks the best. Even to the point that one of the neighbors contacted Austin to ask how they did it!! Look forward to doing more business in the Spring!!

Ordered a cord of kiln dried firewood to be delivered. Notes on delivery order were exactly as I requested and load was delivered as promised.

We have had them since we moved 2016 our lawn had a lot of weeds they did do a good job. But they customer service is terrible. You call leave messages no one gets back to you, or no answer. Don t get how they can stay in business if they never answer your calls.

We called around for quotes to replace our corner fence along with a new flowed bed. Austin came out the next day and his personality and enthusiasm alone, is what sold us. We met again to go over details and he really understood what we envisioned. The workers who came out to work on the fence, were kind and energetic to talk to. It was not just any fence mind you, it was CUSTOM MADE...he put our dreams into action. It is rustic, yet classy looking ! We cant wait to see how the flower bed turns out. Austin sure has Powers :)

Great service

Austin is a driven young man that really wants to please his customers, and it shows! I dont think you could go wrong hiring them for any of your landscaping and yard care needs. Always a pleasure doing business with him.

I had someone come out to see the property and quote based on what I needed. We went over everything very extensively and got a quote, which I accepted. They spent about 3 hours at the property, pushed leaves off of the hill on my property, left clippings and leaves, I asked for weed removal from flower beds and they were just weed whacked down. The job was only about 50% completed and when I called the receptionist told me they would be back out to finish, which I was fine with. I wasnt angry, I just wasnt home when they were at the house and it looked incomplete, she said they would take care of it. Then I talked to Bill. What a nightmare. I hired this company for my parents home after they passed away, they had been sick and disabled for years and the yard needed a big clean up, which I understood and was willing to hire someone to do it. Bill yelled at me on the phone and actually made fun of me for the state of the yard. Laughed...and made fun of the situation I was in, calling me lazy and irrational. I have no idea why, I was absolutely shocked. I qas completely calm for the duration of the phone call, I never yelled or snapped at him, as soon as I mentioned something was incomplete or wrong he completely changed his tone and started yelling. He also accused me of rudely hanging up on him (my phone died) and sent me a nasty email after the phone call. What I dont understand is why did someone come out and quote me after seeing the yard in person and then do something different once they were paid? Bill just kept yelling at me over the phone saying I was wrong and they didnt owe me anything and if I didnt pay up in 24 hours they would sue me and thats not a threat, thats a promise sweetheart I have never been treated with that much disrespect from a business owner. On the website it says Austin is the business owner and I guess Bill is his dad that does the customer service? (Badly) I also wished I did a simple search of the people involved with this company. I was actually scared to post a review until enough time had passed and I had sold the house. I would never recommend this company to anyone.

Advance Lawn Care did a great job with snow removal from my driveway and walks. I have a corner lot so what would take me hours their team completes in short order. I was also able to request early morning removal so I could make it out of my driveway in time for work; much appreciated!

We switched to this local business two years ago after using TruGreen Chemlawn for over 20 years due to lots of service issues. Having always prepaid and did so with Advance Lawn Service, I havent had to keep track of the services. They come on a regular interval so I dont have to keep track of my prepaid services.
