We also carry battery-powered electric options including Greenworks, EGO, Mean Green, and Gravely. Customer service is extremely important to us, so we strive to service what we sell. Great customer service! Prices are ok for local. They keep good stock of common items.
We had been thinking about buying a zero turn electric lawn mower, but were unsure of what to choose and how well it would work for our property. We went to Kreider because they carry only excellent products, are experts on the products they sell, and provide outstanding service. Jeffrey Smoker was so helpful and was able to answer all our questions. We chose an EGO 56-Volt 42" Zero Turn. Jeffrey delivered it the next day and showed us how to use and recharge it. If we have a problem, Kreider will do the service work at their shop. We trust them and appreciate not having to use unknown service people from outside our area. We are more than satisfied with the mower and with Kreider.
I recently made a bunch of purchases at Kreider and am very happy with it all. I was most impressed with the customer service which is why I will be going back to Kreider for any additional equipment needs. They followed up a couple weeks later to be sure everything was good and give me a few pointers that I hadn't thought about. Kreider is why you should purchase from a local dealer and not a big box store.
I highly recommend Kreider--I have purchased large equipment (Ventrac 3400) and small equipment (blowers, trimmers) there over the past 10 years, and always have appreciated their service and quality products. Their salesperson Jeffrey is extremely quick to respond to emails and offers great suggestions and solutions to my questions and problems.
Bought two Gravely zero turn from Kreiders. Jeffery was very knowledgeable with all my questions when I was looking to buy and got me the right mowers for my needs. Delivered my mowers and went over them til all my questions were answered. Had problem with one of the battery's going bad, Charity, in parts department helped me and replaced the battery, great attitude and smile. Will be returning to Kreiders for my next lawn equipment needs.

I’ve been a customer for a while and always have good service getting equipment repairs or buying supplies. Recently had a demo of their Ventrac KC180 stump grinder - amazing. The outside sales rep really knows how to make a tough job look easy. I’ll be back.
Shopping for a high end mower is quite the daunting task. Virtually all the local dealers have an attitude of arrogance. Like they’re doing you a favor. ... Then there’s Jeffrey at Kreider Equipment on rt. 11. He seems truly eager to help and sincere in his willingness to demonstrate what he believes to be some outstanding lawn equipment. His approach to customers was unmatched during my day of shopping. Plenty of stats, specs and stories of happy customers. I have not yet made my purchase and the machines at Kreider are not my favorite but, because of Jeffrey, I will more than likely buy at Kreider. It’s truly the only place ( I went to several) I was treated like a customer and not a target. I’m convinced I will receive great service after the sale. Thanks Jeffrey, see you soon.

Purchased a Ventrac tractor from this company in 2007 which has been a wonderful ownership experience. Jonathan and his team are absolutely spectacular at listening to my specific needs and ensuring the right piece of equipment is specified to perform the task defined. Our equipment operates in difficult high slope terrain performing a multitude of design pushing task (at times likely exceeding engineered limits). Additionally, follow-up with service and support is provided at a level that is beyond description within the allowed space of this comment section. What makes this even more remarkable is the fact we are in NE Tennessee requiring long distance service, parts and supporting information. This company has proven that going beyond expectations is their benchmark. Thanks to the Krieder Four Seasons Team for their support over the years and may there be many more!

I have worked with Kreiders primarily with grounds maintenace equipment for needed PM work, repair & sales. Over the last 7 yrs +. For my work responsibilites at the University of VA. ALL ! **** of their staff from Ownership, sales, Repairs and Parts Dept. Have only done a Quality JOB in repairs performed,parts provided and advice given. Knowledgeable, Trusted information and service provided respectfully treated by everyone. Additionally, they have done the same for me as an individual customer. Their Equipment options large to small engines are high performing, long lasting and able to be maintained vs needing to be replaced or discarded. I would recommend them highly and hope you give them a chance to serve you

Over the last few years we have purchased a Gravely Zero Turn, and log splitter, an Ariens walk behind mower, as well as a few pieces of handheld equipment from this business. We continue to buy equipment from them for two reason. 1. We loved being able to demo the mower we were interested in before purchasing it. Knowing it was the right machine for our property was a great feeling. 2. They spend quality time associating us with each new piece of equipment, as well as stressing the importance of using 93 octane fuel vs 87 octane. We will never buy equipment from a big box store.
