If you're in need of lawn care, definitely use Augusta Lawn Care. The process of getting a quote, scheduling the service, to actually getting the lawn done was absolutely seamless. The lawn was pristine and they even got some weeds growing in the cracks of the concrete of my driveway. When they left, the yard was cleaned up nicely with absolutely zero residual mowed grass on concrete walkways. I also work overnight shifts sometimes so the fact that they just came in and got straight to work without needing to talk to me was very much appreciated, as I was drifting off to sleep when they arrived. Customer service was also fantastic when I called to change the service from weekly to biweekly. Very impressed!
I started using this company about a year ago. After they changed billing platforms, I've received nothing but problems. I paid close to $700 by the start of April. I contacted the company multiple times to make them aware that I was being well overcharged and I was not receiving the Services for which we agreed. Kayla was not only unprofessional, rude and inconsistent, she refused to listen to my concerns and she refused to direct my to her superior. Check you statements.
Bryan and Payton came out today 4/1124 and trimmed my bushes. They did an awesome job. They were very professional and made sure that they cleaned up before they left. I would recommend them for any work you need done.
Augusta Lawn Care does not disappoint! I have a pretty large property with lots of problematic areas to tackle. They handle each task with professionalism and ease. I am extremely pleased with the landscaping job done by Cody and Bryant. What a wonderful way to begin Springtime knowing that this amazing team has my lawn care needs covered. Awesome work guys!!!

Chandler Taylor has been my lawn care provider for the last six months. He is EXCELLENT and I highly recommend him and Augusta Lawn Care Services. Chandler has a high work ethic and truly values his customers. Augusta Lawn Care Services also very ethical in that they will not perform additional services and then surprise bill you. Chandler has recommended services he sees that will improve my lawn, like weeding the flower beds but he informs the company and then I will receive a quote and have the choice to accept or decline. I am new to the area and so thankful I found this company and was fortunate that Chandler was assigned to perform my lawn care.
Connor is a gem! He does an impeccable job at our home. He is friendly and responsive. Our lawn looks GREAT today thanks to his hard work. Rates are very competitive too! We highly recommend Connor and Augusta for your lawn care needs !
Connor did a wonderful job on trimming and removing some brushes in our yard today. He is very professional, fast and proficient with his work, and wonderful customer service from him and the company all together. Highly recommend this company especially Connor for any of your needs for brushes trimming and clean up.

Set up account for service, never showed up. Called and they stated that someone will show the next day, thats fine but never showed up the next two days. No call to inform me they would not be able to service or change the date. I had to reach out multiple times. So not a good experience with Augusta Lawn services.
