I call the same day mowing service on Thursday. Greeted them properly and ask if they had any same day appointments available today. He cut me off before I could finish talking to inform me that he is booked for the day because of the rain but he can come by tomorrow and cut my grass. He confirmed my address and confirmed back and agreed with tomorrow’s appointment. I didn’t care what time they cut it because I was at work. I came home at 8pm to find out that they never came or called to reschedule. I get being busy with other customers and being booked but communication goes a long way.
