We were very satisfied with the amount of time and attention Mike gave to provide us estimates and then to work around changes we wanted to make. The work was done sooner than we expected and the crew did a very nice job. I am glad we chose them.

First time I called DRs, it was for irrigation start up. A week later I noticed system was not fully working. I called their competitor and it turns out DR s only turned on one zone out of 7. I asked for a refund of the $104 payment and never heard from them. It s difficult to hire good people these days but at least they could refund when they don t provide service.

Cut grass to low ,poor fertilizers , turn mower on grass and makes ruts,bad snow removal

DRs has provided top notch service and professionalism for my landscaping and mowing needs for several years now. Highly recommend.

I hired Mike from D.R.s Lawn Maintenance, LLC to remove a tree, plant 2 new trees and extend an underground drain 50 feet. I had detailed discussions with Mike about the scope of the work. Today his crew showed up unprepared to work as they only had 30 feet of pipe and the worker then asked me what needs to be done concerning the tree removal & sod repair, planting the two new trees and what was to be done with the underground drain. When I asked the crew lead if he knows what needs to be done he said Yes I asked him to tell me, he said he did I not know limited English. I told him to call Mike. In my speaking with Mike an hour later (no work permitted to begin) Mike thought it was unreasonable that his crew could not start the job because the crew lead would go to Lowes for the extra piping. Resulting in no management onsite. Also they had no idea of work concerning the trees and asked my wife what she wanted done. D.R.s Lawn Maintenance, LLC touts on their website Christian ethics and strong reputation of quality of service and reliability, their service is matchless and strive for customer satisfaction! Their goal is to continue to treat customers the way they deserve to be treated, appreciate your business and would like to hear from the customer. Im sorry that the hard working workers came without the proper management & materials and were put in the middle of this mess that was created by Mike of D.R.s Lawn Maintenance, LLC, but I have had too many experiences of companies sending workers with no management. Most times they do the best that they can but in the end Im disappointed and expected to pay full price for fractional poor work. I declined to perform the work due to lack of proper management & materials. I think D.R.s Lawn Maintenance, LLC should rely less on their Christian ethics (that doesnt get the job done) instead rely on Project Management skills. Per your response simply NOT true! The crew leader had no idea of what was to be done and when I asked him he said Yes then asked him to explain he said I dont know, which is a strong indication he was not clear on what the job entailed. In addition, one of the crew asked what location the large tree was to be moved to. (as you know, it wasnt being moved, it was being removed entirely) Another example - they did not know they were to move an underground drain @50ft. to the rear of yard, but instead planned to move it 10 to the side. (Our estimate is for 50 of drainage pipe). As you can see - the crew you sent, unmanaged by yourself to go over the job and get them started, had no real idea of what needed to be done! Your remark about previous problem: If you are talking about the sloppy sprinkler head repair which we let go, but asked that they be careful when replacing the sod for this job, was a problem with the project manager (You??) as again, no-one oversaw the job, or came to see what was done when we brought it to your attention. No attempt was even made to correct the problem, but it wasnt a huge issue so we fixed it ourselves (but still paid the full invoice). But, if you want to boast about your company pride in customer service - at a minimum you would have come out to see the concern so you could correct it for future business (if not just resolve it). Labor cost would not have been affected if you and your crew where properly prepared. It took your crew 45 minutes to reach you to see how to proceed. But instead of you trying to understand what went wrong, and how to move forward - you wanted to tell us how unreasonable it was for your crew to sit around for 45 minutes not working!? That was the final indication that DRLawns was NOT the company we had any interest in working on our property. There are many other landscaping companies in the area that will take responsibility when things on their end go wrong and DRLawns is obviously not one of them. Hopefully this review will give others a true perspective.

Great experience with this landscape company. Response was immediate and I was fit into a hectic fall schedule very quickly. The mulch job looks great and they installed some trees that I had purchased myself with no problem. The workers were professional and the owner was very genuine. Will definitely use for more projects and lawn needs.

Our mower broke awhile back so we decided to hire someone for the meantime. 2 years later and they re still cutting and maintaining our yard. Our home always looks top notch and is one less thing we have to worry about!

As a property manager of several communities I work with several landscaping companies. DRs Lawn Maintenance is the best of the best! I appreciate the quick response and direct follow up on work orders. I highly recommend this company.

They mow our community. They either cant or wont get close to objects when they mow, but they can sure destroy edging around a flower bed. They also cant or wont lower the deck or engage the blades so grass actually gets cut. Heck, the mower apparently cant mow around bushes. Maybe the old man gets dizzy if he has to mow in a circle. I realize accidents happen. But cant the old man, who destroyed our edging, knock on the door and apologize? Guess it would take away from his fun time of riding around on the mower. Because Lord knows hes not actually mowing, not our yard anyway. Might as well chalk it up to living in a mobile home community. Our time, money, and pride some of have in our yards means nothing to these kind of service companies because of where we live. My only question.... Next week can you use even bigger mowers? That way you can feel like youre doing your job and still get paid. How I wish I could post photos!

Devin has been cutting our grass for the past 10 years.His crew arrives on time and does an excellent job.There are many lawn service companies in Sussex Co, but D Rs is one of the best!! Our lawn looks great ,and is always admired in our community. 5 Star review!!!!!
