We were clients for over 16 years and had a very bad experience in 2018 - full service payment for no service in 2018. Worst part was the horrendous customer service we experienced when trying to find a solution. It was a complete kick in the teeth after years of loyalty. We use Nutrilawn now and will never go back. Like the other customer said do not use this company. For the 15 years before 2018, it was 4 star service....
