We had had Dustin Actin of Landscape Doctor do a job for us when we moved into our house in Palmyra 14 years ago . We were pleased enough with his work and the way it held up, that we called him on a major front yard landscaping project last spring . The landscaping crew headed up by Josh w/ Chandler arrived on Monday & tore into the project ,finishing it up Thursday afternoon.. Josh's attention to detail goes "above beyond" and finished product is far beyond our expectations. Quick response time when contacted about having a quote done for landscape work. Showed up on site with everything they needed to start the work. Guys worked quick but also paid great attention to detail and made sure to ask questions and keep us well up to date with everything being done. Would hire them again in a heartbeat to have them do another job!
Landscape doctor and crew did a great job landscaping our front yard. They were prompt at responding and reasonably priced. They were able to give me ideas when I wasn’t sure what to do with my yard. I appreciated the break down in the free detailed estimate so that I was able to choose which services I wanted to go forward with. It is nice to be able to look at their Facebook page to see previous projects they have completed!
Dustin was great to work with. He listened to what we were hoping for and made made what we envisioned 1000x better! He along with his crew worked hard all week to get this job completed. I highly recommend reaching out to them for your next landscape project.
Our backyard presented challenges due to a steep hillside we had. We wanted to do something that would keep it minimal maintenance and look beautiful at the same time. While still being pet friendly to our dogs. Dustin and his crew not only created the perfect design but saw it through challenging rains. His crew was not only professional but it showed personal interest and true caring about the end result. They were very eager to please and many times went above and beyond never complaining. We would recommend their cruise for any customization or challenging landscaping jobs you need done. They are at the top of their league!
Several years ago I had a contractor raise up my yard level to prevent flooding. I didn’t feel like he brought it up to the level that I wanted. There has been a lot of settling of the dirt and the quality wasn’t the best, it was mostly heavy clay. So I wanted some good topsoil brought in to raise my yard level back up to not just the way it was but up to where I wanted it in the first place. I called on another landscaper back in February but had nothing but the runaround for months. So September came around and I still was getting excuses from the landscaper and decided to fire him and look around for someone else. I had noticed these trucks around the area that had Landscape Doctor printed on them and decided to research them on Facebook and on their business website. I gave them a message and immediately heard back from them. I set up a time for them to come and take a look at my property and give me an estimate. They came to look things over when promised and gave me an estimate which I thought was more than reasonable. I set up a time with them and they were at my residence taking care of everything less than three weeks later. They brought in enough dirt to bring my yard level up to where I wanted it, placed my small shed back into the exact spot that I wanted and made sure that it was perfectly level. Then they sowed grass seed, laid down fertilizer and straw. They also brought in gravel for my driveway to raise my driveway up to match the newly raised level of my yard. I sure wish I would have went with Landscape Doctor in the beginning and saved a whole lot of headaches and lies that I experienced with the other guy. I couldn’t be more pleased with how they did everything and how fast and efficient they were with me. They responded to my messages fast and their people are so professional and polite. Now all I have to wait for is the grass to start growing. Can’t wait!!

The crew from The Landscape Doctor built me a beautiful deck, making me my perfect outdoor space. It was difficult for me to envision what I wanted, and I changed directions a number of times. Each time Dustin was there to patiently give me the information and guidance I needed to help figure out what was going to best suit my needs. The crew worked with me throughout the entire process to get my input and it all evolved into the perfect spot for me to entertain. I love it!

Landscape Doctor did a landscaping clean up and refresh. Trimming all the bushes and hedges , new mulch, weed clean up and maintenance, soil fill in. Dustin and his crew did a wonderful job landscaping around our house and putting in a retaining wall along the driveway. They were great to work with! Josh and Zane went above and beyond and paid a lot of attention to detail. They worked hard to get the project done before winter weather hit. The results are absolutely beautiful!!! Last Wednesday I took my 75 year old wife to Advanced Physical Therapy. She had total hip replacement Monday. It was a snow blizzard but their lot and entry drive were well plowed when we arrived. When we left an hour later the entry had a huge drift and we got stuck. Every tow company laughed at us and I was concerned that we could run out of gas. Thank goodness for Allan at Landscape Doctor. We hired Landscape Doctor for our newly built house. They started from zero and over the last two seasons have worked to make our yard look like a real yard. Not only did Dustin and his team choose plants and trees that compliment our house and yard, they went above and beyond with gorgeous hardscaping under our screened in porch and around our new trees. Were looking forward to working with Landscape Doctor again in the future as we continue to landscape our property.

Couldnt be happier with the work that dustin and his team did. I pretty much just told Dustin what I was looking for and he made it happen. Came in and got it all done in one day on a Friday working until 7 or 8.

The absolute worst lawn and landscape business Ive ever dealt with. What a headache! This business has gone downhill and at a fast pace! Knowledgeable and experienced employees are long gone and the owner is sketchy and I have personally witnessed him video recording customers so that he can re play and make fun of at a later date. Btw 95% of any landscape pictures you see on his site were designed, drawn, sold and installed by me. I still have the original drawings on most of them. Merry Christmas LD

Hired Landscape Doctor to complete cleanup at rental property - creating rock beds at each unit with an edge border. They completed the job in a timely, professional manner. Highly recommend their services.
My husband was sick and could not take care of the lawn; they came out right away and took care of the lawn on short notice. We called them a few weeks later to clean up a mess from a storm and they took care of that as well. Great work, really friendly and helpful. I will be using them again.

Our property needed a complete makeover because of trees that had died and bushes that were old and overgrown. Dustin is a professional businessman with GREAT employees, who are hard-working, conscientious, polite, and trustworthy (difficult attributes to find sometimes nowadays). We worked with Kevin during each step of our landscaping project. Kevin is knowledgeable, personable, can explain in laymans terms about construction, and is willing to accept input/ideas from us. He was always available by phone or text with questions or concerns that we had about the projects. On top of that, they do BEAUTIFUL WORK! We have received so many compliments from our neighbors and friends about how wonderful our home looks because of the landscaping! If you need any kind of work done having to do with lawn, landscaping, retaining walls, and more, Dustin, Kevin, and the entire team at Landscape Doctor are the ones to contact! I am so impressed with the exceptional service Landscape Doctor provided us. They were quick to return my emails and calls. When they came out, they were so nice and polite. I am more than happy with how my flower beds look. They are working on my stone steps next and have provided lawn maintenance to us as well. Contacted on a weekend, had someone here first thing Monday morning. Their team was back in a couple hours and had both trees down in no time.
