I am giving them a 1 because they totally dropped me as a customer today with no notice and with upcoming storms. This is because I was telling them when I did and did not want them to plow. If I only wanted one plow for the storm vs two or no plow at all, I requested that. They are very expensive and 2 plows per storm are not always warranted. They were rather sloppy with the plowing as well, though I didn’t tell them that. They are all about the money. There’s no balance with serving the customer and serving themselves.
