Waiting 2 weeks for the first lawn treatment not happy

Great folks...very responsive and knowledgeable...

I haven't had a chance to talk with these people. I am waiting for a technician to come to my house for an initial visit.

Just wanted to say how pleased I am with the Lobb's lawn service provided by Jordan and his crew. They are ALWAYS very professional, pleasant, courteous , polite and happy to assist with anything that may be needed .I would recommend them to anyone looking for such a great team!!

TO LOBBS LAWN Jordan does top quality work, not only on behalf of himself, but he also properly supervises his work crew to do the same. Jordan is an excellent manager of services and knows exactly how to manage the expectations of his customers. He always calls and communicates with me to explain issues pertaining to the lawn maintenance at our home, or to reschedule when bad weather prevented the regular service. He listens to his customers’ requests, and takes care of his customers so that they feel they are in good hands. He anticipates issues and always follows up where needed. He NEVER drops the ball. He is an excellent supervisor/manager. Always look forward to seeing the results of Jordan’s fine work on our lawn. Jordan obviously is a leader who strives for excellence. He does an excellent job.
