Nutri-Lawn in Hamilton

This is our second season with nutri-lawn. Their customer service is receptive and reliable. They offer competitive pricing and use high quality products with evidence based techniques. As a new home owner, I really appeeciate the education and care guidance nutri lawn provides following each service. Michael did a great job on our lawn last week! We will be back with more service requests.

Extremely disappointed. This is our first season with Nutrilawn and our front lawn looks worse than when we started. We expressed our disatisfaction and they offered 50% off yet another service. Not impressed at all and would not recommend based on our experience. Wish I’d read the reviews beforehand! Absolute waste of money.

Orion is a very detailed-oriented person when treating my lawn. Knowledgeable and patient to provide an excellent service. I recommend him and Nutri-lawn to keep you grass green and “weed-less”.

Christian was very helpful and polite. Gave me some good advice regarding my grub eaten lawn. Quite happy with the service.

Be aware of this company as they auto-renew without permission, enter your property yearly, and send invoices assuming you want a service. Simply a money grab. The agreement must be signed to allow them to do that. They demand the payment without you agreeing to continued service. The weed control is also not effective, and the aeration dried out our lawn and left us with weeds. The manager, Jonathan, should have done a better job solving the issue.

I’ve been using Nutrilawn for the last 3 years and I’m very happy with their services. They always let me know when they are coming by. They make recommendations on what I need to do to make keep my lawn looking its best. For example on my last visit, my tech Michael, noticed I needed to sharpen my mower blades, which I needed to do and it was great for the reminder.

I paid for their lawn care program for over two years, but ended up with more weeds, clovers, and unwanted grass than when I started. The situation got so bad that I asked them to cancel the final service of the year until they could review my case. Instead, they canceled my account without my consent, providing no reason or refund. This company is unprofessional, lacking in lawn knowledge and accountability. It was an absolute waste of money.

Paid over $400 for their premium package last year and I had more weeds by the end of the summer than when I started. It was so bad I ended up cancelling the final service and they said they would refund me and they never did. I spent 3 hours digging up all the weeds by hand just to have a somewhat decent looking lawn. They were supposed seed it, which they did by throwing down a handful of grass seed and didn’t water it so mostly blew away. I’m starting off with a lawn that looks worse this year than ever. It was the biggest waste of money I’ve ever spent. These photos are from last year after two weed spray treatments and before I dug them up.
