I've been both pleased & disappointed by the service of this contractor. When contact was made via text Stuart had all the excuses why it was difficult to understand my simple issue. I had to finally make a call... Again it seemed like he didn't want to communicate. Even though some of my issue had been addressed. I found out Stuart had been anyoid by the low quote givin me by his partner, by admitting it was $10 cheaper than their minium charge ! NB. I had been told my price was the minimum quote at the time... Gecko has a serious internal problem or so it seems...lol. Instead of informing me or addressing the issue they let it drag on & on behind closed doors, until Sturt found a solution to get out of the contract the messy way ! Get the customer frustrated by ignoring a simple request & blaming them because of the texting I'd sent them it was all my fault. Lol Their daughter has always done her best in doing her job mowing my verge & the neighbors lawn from what I can tell, but because of a lack of good management / social skills, I'm faced with finding another contractor.
